Style and comfort

I love the boots,, I search and compared to a lot others brands.. I like them very much.. now about comfort,, I'm 56 years old, I wear ten shoes must of the time, this boots so far I just wearing them in my job, I haven't walked in the streets with them yet!!!.. I fell my heels uncomfortable after 8hrs , I work in an office where I'm sitting must of the time.. I would not wear them for a whole day or daily but I like them a lot,, nice color, feels good to look at them, my friends noticed them without me saying anything!!!.. good compliments!!!!.

This is the third time I've bought this boot and as long as they continue to make it I'll continue to purchase it. Only negative is it can be hard to find in stock at times. I'm waiting seven months for my next pair.

Great appearance and fit

I'm a longtime J&M fan and these Chukkas did not disappoint. I chose the oiled brown leather to be more versatile: jeans or khakis, very casual to about as dressed up as I get short of wearing a suit. The boots require a few days of breaking in especially around the ankles, so don't take any long hikes on day one. The construction and finish are top notch, and the crepe soles are very quiet. I highly recommend them and expect they'll last for years, just as all my other J&M shoes have. A solid investment.

Good shoe, great fit, stylish.

The shoes are fantastic. Almost feel like slippers. They do run a quarter size big and therefore fit better with thicker socks the dress socks.
