I loved these shoes. I tried 3 different sizes and I just couldn’t make them work. The toe box is very narrow and the heel is wide. I wish I could have made them fit!

Beautiful boots, really wanted to keep them. The rubbed my ankle at the back of the boot, even just standing. They seemed narrow in the heel when putting them on...quite a struggle, but the heel was fine, once on. Wished they didn't rub me the wrong way. Zappos delivery was fast as usual!

These particular boots, with the seam going up the middle were very uncomfortable. I have a hammer toe and the seam rubbed on my toe. Also, I have bought a lot of Munro shoes, in the past, because I have wide feet and they have always carried a good selection; however, I think they are becoming too overpriced. The quality you used to be able to count on, is lacking.

I love this bootie, but the toe scratched and the leather peeled within the first two times I wore it.

I love Munro shoes, but this style just is too narrow in the toe box so they must go back !

Love the styling. Ordered in my regular size 6.5 wide but these are painful. Sorry they are going back.

I ordered WW width, but the shoe that arrived was closer to a B width.

This bootie felt amazing at first, but after just an hour of walking/standing, my feet were miserable and I had to change into other shoes. It is to narrow. I take an 11 Wide shoe in all brands--this one is just too small.

Lovely in profile, but they look disappointingly like a pair of slippers from the front view under wide leg pants. Too expensive for slippers, so returning. I'll be back on the site before week's end, though, no doubt. Adore Zappos!

Love this style boot. I have it in several other colors, but this particular brown suede style ran narrow. Will return, and hope to get a wide width.

I wanted to love these boots, but after walking around for a few evenings I've realized that when I wear them I end up with pain in my knees and back. Also, I had trouble with the fit; am usually a 10 medium width but the forefoot felt very narrow so I went with a 10W, which was good in the forefoot but then a little loose in the heel. They are cute but I'm sad they aren't more comfortable. I have difficulty finding comfortable heels; had high hopes for this brand but these didn't work as well for me as Beautifeel does.

After only a few wears, the seam in the front of the boot is splitting. Because I love the narrow fit and the buttery soft leather, I will now have to spend additional money to get them repaired. Love the boot, just very disappointed in the sewmanship.

Boot looks very cute online, but appeared a bit shoddy when it arrived. Suede "fuzz" rubbed off of boot toe on first day; it now has a large bald spot on the front of the base. Exceptionally wide, even for my feet, so fit is a little sloppy. Overall, less than I expected of Munro.

I really wanted to keep these shoes; I have been wearing them with socks in the house for several months. When I take them off, my toes feel almost numb. The toe box is just too narrow for my foot. I am disappointed because I love the style.

I was heartbroken because these boots are exactly what I want! But I have tried 3 sizes and they ALL slip off my heels. When Munro's fit me they are perfect, obviously I cannot wear this last. I have the Lexi and Sloane and LOVE both of them, but they are a different last. I wear a 9 or 9.5, usually a SS, sometimes a N. I wear mainly Munro's because that's what fits me best.

Wasn't crazy about the slit down the middle. The leather was a little puckered. Munro shoes are one of the few brands that carry narrows but the last couple of years I have been very disappointed with their styles.

I didn't love how they looked, so I couldn't justify the price. Plus there was a strange wrinkling of the leather on the sides. They felt reasonably comfortable. I'm still returning them because I've decided to only keep things I love:)

When I first got these shoes, I LOVED them. They were incredibly comfortable without any need for breaking them in. They were stylish. The 9 1/2 Narrows fit my feet well (I did order a 1/2 size up after reading the other reviews). The issue that other reviewers have mentioned about the boot feeling uncomfortable around the ankle was not a problem for me at all (but I have very narrow ankles). The HUGE downside is that after wearing them for two months they look like they are about two YEARS old. The leather scratches off easily, and I now have places all over the heels and toes where the shiny leather on top has scratched off showing some sort of other material underneath. I live in a small southern city, too, and I drive to work. I'm not walking through slush, and I'm not walking miles through city streets to get to work. These are the most expensive shoes I have ever bought, and I bought them thinking that they would last a long time. They may last a while longer, but I can tell that they are going to look worse and worse. There is no way to polish the places that are scratched. As I said, the top layer of material is just peeling off. If I had written this review a week after I got these shoes, I would have raved about them. They are incredibly comfortable. But I will hesitate to buy Munro booties again after watching them deteriorate so fast. VERY disappointed.

I absolutely love the style and comfort of the shoe, but it feels like a whole size smaller. I wear a 6, and this felt like a size 5, so will have to return.

This is a follow-up review, after having owned the Robyn boot in the black suede for just over 3 months. This is a great looking & super comfortable boot, but the suede hasn't held up as far as the color & finish goes. I've worn these about 2-3 times a week since mid-December & the toes look scuffed &lighter, plus all around the edges & the heel, there's a grey-green cast to the black. I live in San Diego, so no rough weather here! I have 4 other styles of black suede boots (Sam Edelman, La Canadienne, Aerosoles & Clarks), all have been worn frequently, some for 2-3 years & they all look better than this new pair. I may contact Zappos, but I've never had to return a pair of shoes that I've already worn.

These were comfortable except that the leather rubbed my shin until my skin was abraded. There is a seam running through the middle of the upper. The material began peeling out of the seam between the stitches - on both shoes. I had to return them.

This shoe is so disappointing. I am the proud owner of at least four pairs of Munro American Lilian. The Lilian leather is butter soft, the style classic, the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. I was so happy to think Robyn might be the same. But no. The leather is not so soft and though it has a zipper, that strange arch makes it difficult to put on, and quite unattractive from the top. Lilian, please come back!

I have a wide foot and rigid high arch. These were super comfortable. Ordered 8 wide. They fit great in the toe box but way too much room in the heel area. I wore them two hours and got home and they had fallen apart at the zipper, about three inches unsewn.

This boot is so tight, I can barely get it on! The first time I wore them (and am not anxious to wear them again) it must have taken ten minutes of pulling and tugging, which is totally ridiculous!

The comfort rating is inaccurate because I couldn't even get them on. I normally wear a 7 1/2 N, but ordered the 7 1/2 M and I still couldn't get them on. I'm not sure I would have like the low ankle style anyway.
