Well worth the money! I purchased these in grey and they are lovely. Very soft suede and super comfortable. The heel height is wonderful! Always great VIP service with Zappos! Thank you!

I take my shoes very seriously. These are worth the money! I got the cranberry and it's a nice deep cranberry shade, not like the photo shown on Zappos. Incredibly comfortable, perfect heel height. Basically, perfect. And made in the US if I'm not mistaken. That's really important to me. I got 9 W and it's true to size though a super wide W.

Great fit and comfortable right out of the box. Classy look, fine leather. I love these and will wear them often.

Love these boots - I ordered the WW as I have a wide foot and large right ankle (old fracture), perfect fit in the foot managed to get the zipper up (just) but as they are leather they will stretch & I was prepared to take them to a special shoe repair to get a modification done if needed for my personal challenge - but now not needed.

I normally wear a 9N which is why I must shop online to find shoes! The 8-1/2 M was the best fit over the 9N. The slit detail in front is very flattering to the leg and the comfort is terrific, as usual, with Munro. The only reason I'm returning them is that my no-sho socks show in the slit by about 1". I debated on just not wearing the socks but knew I would regret that as winter goes on. The search continues, unfortunately.

The fit, 10.5 SS, is spot on. They are actually cute! Not easy to come by with this size foot. If Munro ever went out of business I'd be in real trouble. I'm not kidding. When your foot is this long, low volume, and AAA to AAAA, your choices are almost nonexistent. Thank you Munro and Zappos!

Generally, I wear between 10 1/2 W and 11W, but with this bootie, I went up a size to 11 1/2 W. I have purchased this shoe before (3 years ago, maybe 4, I believe) and the storage box in my closet read 11 1/2 W. Perhaps the 11W was a bit snug, but who can remember?? So, I went with the 11 1/2 W. These are THE most comfortable booties I own, and thus, I have worn them to the point that they look a little shabby from wear, so I decided to replace them. A year ago, I had them "reblacked" professionally at the shoe repair shop. But, alas, I felt it was time to replace them now. I also own this bootie in burgundy suede. The only negaive I have is the price of $225. I think that is a little high. However, I realize that is Munro's fault, not yours.

As with all my Munro's, the Robyn is stylish and very comfortable. I have only one complaint and that is that Munro does not seem to be making attractive shoes that they have in the past. I have some loafers, that I am about to wear out, that are awesome, but the styles are no longer being made. Perhaps they will come up with some new designs.

I am coping with plantar fasciitis, a healing bone spur, a flattening arch on one foot, and a pulled perineal tendon on the other foot. I am now forced to wear 10 Wide shoes, I am supposed to wear either orthotics or supportive insoles available from retail, and my podiatrist told me there's no going back to mediums. This makes me sad because very few shoe shops or department stores provide wides for women in a variety of shoes. So, thank you for existing and listening to us outliers, Zappo's!! I've been looking for a cute pair of black ankle boots to wear with skirts'n'tights or slacks. These came close, but my toes felt a bit too far forward into the pointy toe, squeezing them a bit. I didn't think I could put up with that for more than an hour, so back they go. I really like Munro and will try that brand again the next time i need a shoe.

Good tight fit for a narrow foot, extremely comfortable. Unusual "Greige Suede" color adapts to many color schemes. Heel a little too low and chunky for my taste.

I love the way this boot looks. I have a little problem putting it on because I have a very high instep and even with the split in front, it is tight. I wish the zipper were just a little longer. But, with a shoehorn it works. Munro shoes are wonderful -soft leather and fabrics, good variety of heels. If you have never owned a pair, treat yourself. They are comfortable and they last!-

These boots are very comfortable like all my munro American boots. I wanted a different style but they were all out in my size. I'm not crazy about the v design because it shows my socks. The boots got scuffed within a few days of wearing them. The leather on my other pair tore. I wish the leather was more durable.

I ordered these to take the daily place of a dearly loved pair of Clarks that I still wear but cannot wear for work anymore due to the higher heel. The front dip adds some style and they have a sharper look than the pictures suggest. I ordered an 8 wide and a 7.5 wide. The 8s feel a little large, but the 7.5s were too snug to believe they would stretch enough to be comfortable. I might have tried an 8 regular but the reviews sounded like the standard sizing was on the narrow side. The soles are super cushioned and comfortable for a lot of walking comfort.

These are cutsie booties. Mine felt about a "tick" short, so I sent back for 1/2 size larger. I took out the innersole & put in the New Balance arch support innersole. (I know--another 45.00). However, they are wonderful. I thought long & hard about keeping them, since they were RED and a touch on the pricy side. But, I believe I will keep them because they feel so good & are so cute. The v notch makes it hard to hide a sock, so will have to be creative about that. They don't go very well with red, red, because they are wine, which is the hottest color of the season. But, they are Munros, so they're well made, fit well & re cute!

Super cute shoe. Definitely runs very narrow. I got the same size just in a wide and they fit great.

I found the boot comfortable but the quality for how much they want didn't seem to work for me. I ordered a wide and was glad I did.

I couldn't get my size from a department store, so I was happy to see there were two pairs left at Zappos. I received the pair which had large marks on both heels and the soles were clearly worn. Apparently, there is no quality control. It is a waste of time and money on both sides. This was my first purchase from Zappos and my last.

These boots are awesome except they are too narrow by the toes. If you order up a size, then they are too big...unfortunately because of this reason they have to go back.

These boots are hot on my feet. If I'm going to wear a boot with a heel, it's to look nice while I'm inside somewhere...a restaurant, work, or some event where flats or very casual shoes or boots are not enough. For me, these boots are too hot for inside wear. If you want an outside boot with a heel, these are sure to keep your feet warm.

Even though I ordered a SS width, the heel was loose and slipped. A beautiful boot otherwise, with some instep padding to make walking comfortable.

Great looking bootie, soft leather, but the toe is too narrow for my foot. I have nerve problems in my feet, so anything tight really hurts. I even tried it a size larger than I normally wear and the toe still hurt my feet. Loved the look and feel, just not on me.

This bootie is so skinny, i could barely fit my foot into it. Other than that it is a beautiful shoe.
