Cool shoe. many compliments. I have a foot like a platypus, so the extra wide fit was great. Extremely comfortable, and incredibly light. Unfortunately Not made in America.

I've worn these shoes every day since purchased. They were great shoes for the first two months. Then they seemed to lose all shape and support.

My husband was looking for a comfortable, good-looking shoe and these are perfect. They look good with jeans and he loves the way they feel. Zappos had them delivered fast as usual. When I asked why 4 stars my husband said there is always room for improvement, but in this case he doesn't know where that would be. So maybe it should be 5 stars!

These chukka boots are well made and very lite and the fit to size. However, if your feet have any irregularities then either a larger or wider shoe would be better. It seems that my right foot is a little wider than my left and the shoe is real tight fit on it. I should have returned the shoe for a different size.

This is a nice looking shoe an very light. I have very wide feet and wear orthotics. Even the widest width was pretty snug when they arrived. However, some persistent stretching and walking around in the house in these shoes have resulted in a very comfortable fit. They look good with jeans and casual pants. One big issue, though. The cranberry laces that match the sole are WAY too long, even for my wide feet. I have not been able to find shorter laces that either match the shoes or the soles. So, now I am using tan laces, but they aren't perfect. Deduct one star. Add back a little because, when I remove the inserts to fit my orthotics, they are nice and flat inside. The uppers are very supple.

My experience was exactly what I expected. The product was as presented, the delivery time was spot on. A great way to shop, and I will certainly use them again.

My husband said these boots were extremely comfortable but the style was "old." There seemed like there should be another set of eyes at the top of the boot. The laces needed to come up a little higher.

I walk easily 7 miles a day, sometimes 10-12, on sidewalks and dirt paths. My feet love these shoes. The up side: They are very comfortable and light weight, even in a 13 4E. Easy to find the sweet spot when tying them. I like the way they look. The downside: Because they are lightweight, big sharp rocks can be felt. The tread does pick up rocks, but they are easily dislodged. I've bought two pairs. The first 11/6/14, the 2nd a few days later. It's 2/10/15 and I need new shoes, I've worn through the heels of the soles.

Good shoe, surprisingly very lite. The only draw back i have is with the shoe strings. They become untied very, very easily.

Great looking boot, good price, brown suede slightly different in color as shown, but they felt a half to a full size too short, will return and order a longer length.

Great shoes. Comfortable as you can get for causal office shoes. If I had any criticism it would be that there are only 2 lace holes provided. I found myself having to tightening them up bc they come loose pretty often. Other that that I have not complaints. Have had them for over a month now. I am a little worried to see how they well they clean.

I am very picky when it comes to my shoes so someone else would probably give these boots 5 stars. All my shoes are always size 10 this one feels more than half a size bigger. Unlike the other reviews the width feels good (I ordered a wide). They are not the most comfy boots i ever had but yes they are very comfortable. I am also not crazy about the design but they are not ugly. Overall I am happy that I have them but i would not buy a second pair like most people did. It has nothing to do with the product but Zappos surprised me again with the shipping time. Great customer service!

I was looking for a lightweight, ankle high for summer. This is lightweight; somewhere between a slipper and a tennis shoe. I don't know how many seasons it will last as there is pronounced wear to ball of foot on sole after 2 months. It fits into rotation for foot relief and weather. Passable support. Looks good; kind of medieval, actually. Nunn Bush desert boot I purchased earlier has better support and is longer lasting after a year.

Very difficult for me to find comfortable shoes as I have very wide feet. Instead of a 12 I bought these at 13 and a simple wide. Sporty, good looking (I love the red laces), great with chinos. I'm not a big fan of the hook strap at the back as my pants tend to get hung up on them.

Very comfortable, incredibly light. Replaced the insole with Superfeet Blue for more support. Will probably get these in another color, so I don't wear these out. Highly recommended!

These shoes are simply the best, light as a feather, soft, comfortable and they are available in wide width. Buy them now 6 STARS!

The overall styling of the shoe was great. I had to return them because they weren't wide enough. Due to them being so popular my size in a wide width was not available.

Nice looking shoe, but runs very narrow. I need a EE width normally, but the EE of this model didn't provide nearly enough room. Recommend ordering one width more than you need. I had only one on when I knew they were a no-go, so I can't comment on the arch support.

These are very nice and comfortable except the sole and heel being the same height makes me feel like I'm walking flat footed with my heel lower than the rest of the foot.

I wear loads of men's boots..Danner, Ariat Georgia, Roper Caterpillar and Schnee packers..all in a 7.5 or 8 E-EEE. These feel a little long and while OK in width across the toe joints across the arch is really tight.Plus according to others they aren't waterproof and the sole wears out quickly... So they are going back..Tried Clarks but can't find anything in my size..Damn! None of the other boots I have are as light as these! (Caterpillar comes close and they are waterproof but my pair is insulated for winter wear.) They are like slippers... if they were water proof I would probably keep them (a little stretching) even if they wear out a little quickly. They are comfy!

I love this shoe, and have worn out a pair in tan leather. The brown ones were just as light, comfortable and breathable, but be warned -- the color is not a true brown. The shoes have a bluish undertone or hue, and the overall effect produces a brown on the cool end of the spectrum. I kept them because of the comfort, and I wear them regularly. I wore them with plain brown chinos today, and they just didn't quite match. On the other hand, they look good with a pair of white or bone-colored pants. The thing is, whenever I do look down at them, I wish these shoes were really brown.

I like the shoes/boots pretty good I guess. They don't appeal to my eye once I have them on my feet. They are boring looking. Too smooth. They appear shape molded. (But they're not of course.) They need some accent of some kind.? Perhaps more wear and tear will do. I cut off those loops on the back of the shoes. Hate those things. I don't like the very long laces. I'm going to replace them with shorter waxed laces. The shoes are super light and I could wear them all day.

Quick review here after one week of moderate wear. Super comfy, probably the most comfortable boot type shoe I have owned. Stylish? Absolutely! So whats the catch you might ask? Well I just looked at the soles and there is noticeable tread wear already. I don't care how stylish and comfy a shoe is but for this price it should definitely wear better. My first experience with the brand Rockport maybe this is a common occurrence, I don't know.

Very light shoe, just what I was looking for a long vacation with lots of walking, however, I usually wear 4E New Balance and the Rocsports felt more like a 2E. The boot cut is the issue as lace shoe gives some give. Maybe I could have broken them in but they already so soft didn't see it making a difference. Went with a Wolverine 4E hiking boot. Much heavy, but more comfortable for my wide foot.
