I have others in this style. The woven tend to wear at the outside by the small toe. I also have a brown embossed. The older style is a little slimmer looking, but I am so happy they had the black in the embossed, because I love these clogs!

I wear size 4.5-5, so ordered this shoe in 5. I am cautious when considering shoes with an exposed instep because I have a "crawling arch," and most exposed shoes don't give me enough arch support to hold my arch up. This shoe has it all--great fit (perfect 5), excellent arch support, beautiful style, the comfort of walking on a cloud (been testing it in house for several hours). Wearing barefoot, but there's room in toe box for a half-sock, leaving heel exposed. Looking forward to enjoying these shoes as spring weather approaches.

the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. Comfortable but dressy enough to wear out. Used Zappo's size guide and the fit is perfect. I will buy these in another color.

After purchasing 1 pair,I liked them so much I purchased 2 more in different colors. I have hard-to-fit feet, but these shoes are definite KEEPERS!!! I highly recommend.

This an attractive all around good shoe. Casual and suitable for dress. I think I will order in another color.

Fabulous shoe for me! I am a retired nurse and very used to walking in clogs because they are so very comfortable. These shoes are VERY COMFORTABLE with a pillow like foot bed that is soothing to walk on. I like them so much I am going to see if they have other colors available in my size to order today. These are clogs but don't look chunky likeeee Santos or Dansko clogs. Great with jeans,slacks skorts,shorts and casual skirts. I ador these shoes!

I love these shoes ... flat, smart for both the office and casual. However, I will be returning them because of my foot size. There is no gores to give the shoe tops some flexibility and I have a very high arch. I feel like if there had been some elastic there, these would have been perfect for me.

Comfortable, not as clunky as a lot of clogs.

These are very comfortable with good support. I have a much older pair in a 9 1/2 but needed to take a 10 in these. I've had issues with plantar fascitis and these offer comfort and good support.

I like this shoe It is comfortable and easy to walk in. I hope to purchase a 2nd pair in a different color

I love all of my soft walk shoes and I usually wear a 9 but need a 9.5 in this the San Marcos. I have the 9.5 in my possession and am returning the 9. Zappos makes it so very easy to do both.

Love these in black burnished veg kid. Super comfortable foot bed, good room for my toes, which I know means not so fashionable blunt toe shape. Not pointy, so there room for toes! Heel perfect for me. As someone recovering from knee surgery, I can't manage heels, so these are great. More of a low wedge. And very comfortable. Just gone back to work after my surgery, and this are just what I needed. As always thanks Zappos for the super fast delivery!

Loveeee these shoes. I wear a 10aa or 10aaa, depending on the shoe, and these fit perfectly. Bought the black, but also want the rust (out of stock). Comfortable and looks like wonderful Italian leather, not cheesy. You won't be disappointed. Some testimonials mention breaking in a shoe??? For me if they fit, there should be NO breaking in. Breaking a shoe in is if it is ill fitting. Again, these are perfect.

These are so comfortable to put my feet in. My toes are pretty damaged from arthritis, and these feel great on. Others thought the leather (I have the brownish ones) was too shiny and looked like plastic, but I do not think so. I am very happy with these.

I love these shoes. They are a little shiny but I found them attractive. This brand runs long for me so I ordered half a size smaller than normal. So so arch support. Could be a little narrower but works well with socks. They are perfect for casual, comfortable wear.

I have a long narrow foot, e.g. 11 S. I took the brown clogs out of the box to try on and haven't taken them off yet. They are so comfortable. They don't come in a S, but the N works for me because the foot seats so nicely in the shoe. My only requests: more colors and make a S! The black is out of stock, but I will order it if it returns.

I purchases these for my mom as she has bad arthritis and has a hard time finding comfortable, stylish shoes. She loved these, said they are very light and easy for her to walk in.

These shoes rock! I love them. They are stylish, comfortable, with an excellent fit. I've gotten so many compliments on them already. They are now my favorite shoes.

I absolutely love these shoes. I first had ordered a pair of Clarks but had to send them back because one shoe was missed marked for size! Zappos said "factory defect." These shoes were sent to me in exchange. They are true to size and width. They are very comfortable! I love the style.

These are very good shoes in every way. Beautiful in person and excellent quality, perfect height, quite comfortable. The SoftWalk footbed is a nice feature. I recommend SoftWalk as I've had others. The only thing I did not care for is the small higher part which comes up around the heel.

This is the third pair of San Marcos Woven shoes that I have purchased. I wear the tan color or black color shoe nearly every day. They are oh so comfortable, offer great arch support and stay on the foot (unlike other "sling" style shoes I have tried). I give them a "5"!
