I already own a pair of SoftWalk shoes, purchased between ten and fifteen years ago, and I still wear them. When it came time to look for new shoes, I must have looked at every comfortable shoe on Zappos and settled on the Salina Woven in rust and the San Marcos Woven in black. I normally purchase Clarks, but the two most recent Clarks shoes I purchased had no cushioning in the sole, making them very uncomfortable for someone who suffers from severe fibromyalgia and neuropathy. I received these two pair the next day and tried them on. They fit like they were made for my feet. I almost returned the black ones because the left shoe was a little narrower than the right, but when I wore them around the house for a couple of hours, I didn't notice any difference. Even though the Clarks were a little less expensive, I have absolutely no regrets about spending a few extra dollars and buying the two pairs of SoftWalk shoes. If I had the money, I'd buy them in every color they make. If I had to register any complaint about Zappos, it would be that they have too much of a selection, so that making a choice is difficult.

I am returning this shoe. It is very comfortable when trying it on (as promised) but kind of frumpy, cheesy looking in person. The leather was very shiny, almost plastic looking, and not something I would wear.

This shoe looks pretty in red, lovely leather, but the footbed is not removable as listed. Furthermore, the insole is so extremely padded that I could only just barely stuff my foot inside the shoe! It might have been nice with my own orthotic inside but the insole is glued very firmly in place so back it goes. I am glad of Zappo's return policy and free shipping, but I DO wish the item descriptions were more accurate.

I didn’t know shoes could be this comfortable . They aren’t the sexiest shoe but they the minute I tried them on I almost cried. I often have to walk a lot and stand a lot in my job. I can no longer wear heals or anything that fits poorly. These are nice enough that I can wear them with a suit. I have wide feet & low arches. The fit is perfect. I was even able to wear them with socks. So good I may buy another color!

I purchased the 11 ww in navy and they look so Fashion forward and are so comfortable. I have the hardest time finding shoes because of my wide feet and large bunion. I slid into these and there was no "hoping they would conform" moment. They fit like a glove. I also love them because if my feet start to swell I can sit and slide them off my toes without taking my shoes off. Look great with jeans, too!

These are my favorite shoes! I have a narrow foot, and they fit perfectly. I wore out older versions in brown and black (after many years) and have purchased both the black and rust in these. Wish they came in brown! I also love the quiet soles...you don't hear yourself walking down the hall.

These are almost identical to a pair of SoftWalks I bought over 13 years ago and have used primarily as indoor shoes / house slippers, even though you could wear them outside, of course. I finally that pair out (see photo of old next to new) and was delighted to find out the style is still made! They are SUPER comfy and hold the foot well - a true narrow. Thank you SoftWalk for not abandoning those of us with narrow feet!

I have purchase three pairs of these shoes over several years. I love slip-ons and these are comfortable and really nice-looking at the same time. I wear them all of the time unless it's sandal weather or winter has set in.

While this shoe is comfortable and true to size it has a tendency to be noisy when one walks in it. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I wear this shoe indoors only as I like the arch support over most slippers. So I will keep it because I won't be wearing it in public.

I usually wear a 9N but found these were a little short. I reordered a 9 1/2 N and they are perfect. For those of us with a narrow foot, the backless style works so well. No more slipping in the heel! They are so comfortable, and easily take a full day of shopping. I will definitely order in more colors.

SoftWalks are such comfortable shoes, I thought these would be great...but not for me. My feet are just slightly long and wide for most size 11 mediums, so I was thrilled to see that these came in 11 1/2. Ordered both medium and wide hoping one might be perfect. Unfortunately, the medium is hard to get into, since I have a very high arch, and I am afraid I would just walk out of the wides...so both are going back. Too bad, these are nice looking shoes.

These shoes fit better than I expected, but still a little wide on my narrow feet. They look good and are comfortable to walk in. I got the navy and it's a good color. I just wish they were a bit narrower!

Liked the shoe. ordered it in a 6.5 N & a 7 N and both were just too wide. I think shoes in general are not made as narrow as they once were.

Cute shoes,but my high arches kept my foot from getting all the way in. Have to send them back.

I really wanted these to work because I like the style and they look well made. However, even though I ordered a wide, the shoes I ordered actually were so narrow I couldn't even attempt to get my foot in it. My foot isn't even very wide. I actually thought that maybe they were a size narrow. So disappointing.

Really well made and comfortable. I am really a size 8, like in 95% of all shoes I own, however and with these I need the 8.5.

Fit and size were excellent. I'm returning them because I realize, I need a little "lip" on the back of the shoe. These feel a little too much like slippers for me, I need a little more support. They are beautiful and well-made and the red color is gorgeous.

They fit perfectly! I have an extremely difficult time finding shoes that fit so I’m elated!

Insole is very cushioned and I was happy it couldn't be removed. Shoe is not as "clunky" as other mules and the shinny leather makes it a bit more dressy. Have very sensitive toes and this shoe felt fine from the moment I tried them on.

The first pair I received had a funny popping sound coming from the right shoe but they seemed so comfortable that I risked ordering a replacement. Am I glad I did. I could walk for miles in these and they’re cut too.

These clogs are gorgeous and I really wanted them to work, howerver, on the left inside of each shoe a piece of leather and the stitching really hurts!

Shoes were too big and after following advice of one customer that shoes felt narrow, ordered a wide width. After wearing three times, the scuff marks are very pronounced and I’m disappointed w/ the leather quality & that the size I ordered is also a problem.

The shoes are beautiful but the width is incorrect. I normally wear a M or B width. The M was too loose. I reordered the N and it is too tight. As much as I like the shoes, they just don’t fit me.
