Shoe not for someoneone with double wide feet and a high instep. Unabel to get my foot into the shoe.

The shoe runs a little short and narrow.

Not nearly comparable in fit to the similar shoes (same size 8 1/2 W) made by Merrill I ordered at the same time. I could not begin to get my feet into the SoftWalks. I cannot evaluate the size or arch support. I wish there were a way to indicate NA on the evaluation pulldowns.

These shoes are very cheaply made. I am incredibly disappointment, especially for this price! Stitching release where the shoe strap attached. Also they are scuffed in such a way that the top layer peeled off. This all happened after only wearing them for a couple of months.

I wear a size 8M. I could hardly get this shoe on and when I did my heel was hanging out just a little... of course it was very uncomfortable. There is no way to know if it had arch support without the shoe actually being on my foot. There is no way to know if it wouldn't go on my foot because it was too narrow or if I needed it larger. I am very disappointed. I like the look and style of this shoe. I wish it had worked.
