they are very comfortable for wide feet.

These shoes are cute but some of the shoe is shiny. Since I have a small foot some shoes at a size 5 are too large but these are perfect.

These run about a half size too short in length, but as a narrow, they are nice and narrow. They feel very comfortable and supportive but they are not very attractive. I'm debating whether or not to order the next size when I return them.

I have a very high arch and despite this is a great shoe, it doesn't support my arch.

It seems that most of your Softwalk mule style slip-ons have a ridge around the back which make them feel shorter than they are. Not so with open toes which have some "wiggle room". just a note....PLEASE, Softwalk, continue to make your summer slip on sandals with the wonderful soft cloudlike cushion and do not change to the less "cushony" padding in some of your newer styles. I buy every pair of open back slip on sandal of yours that I can find. I have a problem with the bottom of my foot and yours are the ONLY comfortable slip on sandals I want to wear.

The size was perfect for my size 8 narrow foot (either AA or AAA), but I really wanted an open toe for summer wear. I also was concerned that the foot bed - thought comfy - would be really too hot in the summer hear.

Attractive and comfortable mule. I was hoping for a bright red and the color on my screen does not depict this as having a slight rosy "leaning." I find it difficult to find simply bright, red shoes. Returned due to color and a little more "basic" looking than I want for a red shoe.

Too Cute for words. Size too big. Returned with no problem. Will keep looking.

This style looks like previous ones, but it doesn’t have the air cushion insole. Disappointing!

Nice looking, material nice. However the top of the shoe did not touch the top of my foot, therefore my foot slipped way too much as I walked. These did not feel like a true narrow.

With the arch support, the shoe was too narrow. Without, it was not comfortable.

This is a nice looking shoe, but I didn't like the "shiny" leather finish although this is not a patent leather shoe.

I love these shoes. I have to return though. Too long but half a size smaller would be too short. Also needed a wider foot with more mass. Definitely not enough enough support for my fallen arches.

For me, the arch support was very extreme; so high & hard that hurt too much to wear shoes. But....Wished they were comfortable because I love the color a\& the style.

Just looking for a decent shoe for everyday use. I ordered a size 11W which is the size I usually wear. The left shoe felt okay, however, the right shoe was too wide and my foot kept slipping out. Not comfortable, so back they go.

I originally ordered the 9.5 N, but they were a half size too short (width was good). Oddly, the 10 N hardly made a difference in the length--still too short, so the back of these, which is slight, rubs my heel. They're going back. As a side note, the cushioning in these is fantastic, but there is little to no arch support beyond the cushioning. Also, the leather is very shiny.

These shoes were long for the size and too wide for a WW. I was afraid I would walk out of them and fall. Also, the material was not pleasing.

This is a very attractive, well-made shoe. I wish the vamp sides extended closer to the heel. They are a little difficult to keep on the foot without sliding around.

Extremely narrow fitting shoe. I have a slender foot, no bunions, etc., but could barely get these on they were so narrow.

Loved the look of these and they were comfortable; however, the unique insert clicked when I walked.

I ordered the SoftWalk San Marcos - Red in 8W (my normal size). They can right away; but were too small and too narrow. I had to return them as there was not a larger size available. All was not lost as Zappos.com has the best return and refund policy and processing you could ask for.

Could not get my foot in....

These shoes look pretty cute, but although they have the egg crate insole, which is very cushy, there is no arch support. For people that really need it, this won't work.

I needed a softer shoe. I loved the look, but the leather was very stiff and I didn't want to take the chance that it would never get softer. And I've been wearing soft shoes for so long that my feet have gotten wider - no longer a medium. And the bumpy innersole was more bothersome than comforting. Back it goes, alas.

This shoe does not compare to the Klogs comfort but since the Klogs no longer come in the style I like, thought I would try this shoe. Simply not as comfortable and one needs to wear a fairly heavy sock because of the checkerboard style on the front of the shoe. Probably wouldn't buy this shoe again though it is very attractive.
