I was so excited to get these in the mail and they were an extreme disappointment. The packaging was very nice and kind of radiated quality, however the boots themselves are cheap feeling. I felt weird seems inside on the bottom of my foot and the material is extremely flimsy. The adorable red zipper has basically no inner support so it just creases weird at my ankle and the cut of the boot around the ankle area is not flattering at all, its over sized and not in the cute slouchy way. The height was nice and colors beautiful but I do not want to spend $80 on a pair of boots that the fabric is so flimsy it just creases where it can't support itself. I have denim jackets with more stability. Going back tomorrow.

I was very excited to receive these boots. When I got them, they were everything I'd hoped for. The feel of the material of the boot was great, the buckles around the ankle and up top were cute. The sole felt sturdy to withstand a Midwestern winter. But when I put them on, I could not zip them over my calves. I'm sad to say, these had to go back. If you have 16" calves or larger, these won't work for you. Especially if you plan to wear with jeans. My only other complaint is the zipper is very hard to maneuver. So girls with skinny legs, these boots were made for you!

Love this boot! Read reviews prior to purchasing. I went down a half size (this was perfect size). Heel box was a little tight at first, but it fitted in fine. The sole is kind of hard. I threw in a cheap pair of insoles and they were good to go! I am an average build/average calf and these are fine to wear bear leg with no slumping, or stuffing skinny jeans in them. Great boot. Adorable. Just what I wanted! Thanks again Zappos!

This was my first time ordering from Zappos. As it turns out my order was more complicated that I originally expected. I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered the boots late and didn't think they would make it in time, but they did. That was great, but the boots didn't fit. I no longer had the exterior shipping box but, they sent me a return label,at no charge, via e-mail that I could use on a different exterior box and that worked great for the return. In addition, we ordered a different size boot and had to have it sent to the other side of the country where my daughter is at school. Though it was a different shipping address than the first shipment, it was no problem. Each step of the way I thought might be difficult turned out to be pretty simple. The customer service people were very helpful and pleasant. Thank you for making my experience worth while. I will not hesitate to shop with you again.

Love these boots. They are super comfortable and look great. They look great for the price. I would suggest ordering 1 size smaller or at least .5 size, because they run big.

I LOVE THESE BOOTS! Worth the price. The soul is pretty substantial; I was impressed. It may be me, but the left shaft seems a smidge smaller than the right and thus is a little tighter around my calf.

Love the boots! I get compliments on them all the time. They look great paired with leggins and with skinny jeans. They are my new go-to shoe for fall/winter!

I should've taken the advice - these are really big, probably a whole size. Also, the zippers are really "rough" - hard to zip up and feels like they will break if forced. I am returning them. I did like the ease of tucking pants in with the full back zipper though! And the calves are fairly roomy, but not plus size.

Zappos customer service is awesome. I have returned these boots twice (once for size, once for an issue with my specific pair of boots) and they gave me free one-day shipping both times. Their phone representatives have been helpful, friendly, and polite, something I cannot say for all online retailers! They make online shopping a convenient and positive experience. I will have no doubts when thinking about ordering from them in the future!

I bought these 3 months ago and they are already falling apart. I don't mean a little either. They are unwearable. The sole of the boot is detaching from the the rest of the boot. Very disappointed.

I had read the reviews for this boot where people with larger calves said they fit. That may have worked for them, but it didn't for me! I don't have tree trunk legs, but I waver between needing wide calf and standard shaft boots and these wouldn't go over my muscles. They were really cute and I wish they had fit (some goring definitely would have helped!) but they're headed back to Zappos as we speak.

I bought them in the Brown Fabric and I love them! Much better looking than the brown faux leather I had on a previous pair of Madden Girl boots. Great look! I bought these because they are "vegan" and feel they look as good as any leather/suede boots out there. I am now going to order the in black too. Definitely order at least 1/2 size smaller! I normally wear an 8 but had to send it back for a 7.5 which is still very roomy. This time I'm going to try a 7.

I love this boot! I have worn them all summer. I did spray some waterproof solution on them which made a big difference. The only minor thing is that my heels were sore if I wore for long periods besides that...it's a great boot. I totally recommend.

LOVE THESE! I get so many compliments on them! The red zipper makes the boo! DEFINITELY order a size smaller. I did and they are still a tad big, but ok with a pair of thicker socks. I got the darker brown color. Looks great with khaki's and jeans!

This is my second pair of these boots. Love the style, only wish they were leather. Had to replace the first pair after about 4 years because the vinyl outside was cracking and peeling. The zippers are a little tricky on these new ones. Also, the color is much darker, more black than gray.

These are great boots. I have an older style as well and got these in black. Order half a size smaller as they do run big. I am a solid 7 and both of my pairs are 6½.

I love this boot. It has amazing support and comfort. It goes with most pieces in my wardrobe. It was here the very next day thanks to Zappos!

I love these boots! They fit perfect, feel great and the soles grip the snowy ground. One of the comments said they run small. For me, my regular size was just fine. Great price and great boot.

I saw a friend at church who had these boots on, they looked great so I ordered a pair. I really like them. I am always happy when things fit and these do. The zippers needed a little soap to help them slide smoothly, but a swipe with a cocoa butter stick and they work perfectly! I have ordered a pair for my sister and she loves them too.

These boots are exactly what I was looking for and at an amazing price! Very cute paired with skinny jeans and a sweater as it seems the cold is sticking around for awhile. I ordered the grey but I may just order the brown too!

I absolutely love these boots! I did as the other reviewers suggested and got a half-size down from my regular size. My calves are 14.5" around and they fit just right. My favorite part was the exposed blue zipper in the back.

This shoe is very comfortable and well made. I wear it with a lot of outfits, including tights, skinny jeans, skirts and dresses and get tons of compliments. The sizes run about a half size big so I'd suggest ordering a half size smaller than what your typical size is.

Definitely order a half-size down. Great for long-ish, skinny legs! I have a hard time finding boots that don't look like rain boots on my calves. These are perfect. So comfortable - didn't even have to break them in. I have a long, narrow foot but usually need a pretty wide toe box. These fit so well.
