I like the look of the shoe, but it is way too wide in the heel area!

Liked the look of the shoe, but when I put them on, they were too short.

Does not have typical arch support as Rockport normally has. totally flat shoe

I ordered a 9N, my usual size, and this shoe was a lot bigger! I measured them up to my last pair and they looked like a giant's shoes next to my other 9N. Also, the show has NO arch support.

These technically have no arch support. They have a cushion foot bed but nor constructed arch support. For the price, these should be good orthotic shoes with real support. I am purchasing Abeo's from The Walking Company.

Felt very comfortable when first put on, and thought they would be a good option for my job since I am walking and on my feet all day while still wanting to look professional. Unfortunately, I have relatively flat feet and these shoes have almost no arch support which has led to sore feet and a sore back at the end of the day. Maybe fine if you don't have flat feet but do not recommend these shoes if you need arch support!

I received this shoes and the minute I saw them I knew they couldn't be true to size. So it was no surprise when I tried them on that they were a full size smaller and will now be returning these!

This was one of the best fitted comfortable flat I owned though I was not in love with design. I wore a lot on my trips and walked a lot. It was no rubbing, no break in time. One notable big problem with this flat is the insole. The synthetic suede like material make my feet really sweaty and smelly. I wore invisible cotton socks every time but that didn't help. I used Febreze, washed in the machine twice ( yes you can wash this shoes in delicate cycle in a washing machine), the insole smell came back. I have never had this kind of problem with other shoes or sandals. I saw one of travel Youtube videos by an expert travel guide, and she showed one of her sandal with the same material that got very smelly, and she did not like it. Be aware.

Sending back. This shoe has a stiff upper. It hurt my toes.

The ankle area is very large- I wear a 10 med width and I never have trouble with the ankle area. The length seems a bit short. Very disappointed since the other reviews implied it's a great walking shoe.

The size is true to fit. The width gets wider by the day each wearing. In 3 days of wear it is gaping when I walk. If I had to buy this shoe today I would get the width in narrow.

I am a tall & slim woman and this shoe is made for a wider foot and leg. The shoe is very plain and lacks any style

Nice looking, but because there is no inside structure or support, I found these shoes uncomfortable and will return them.

A cute shoe that I really wanted to fit. They are soft and have room in the toe box. Unfortunately they gap too much along the top.

Cute style, good construction, but runs WAY SMALL! I ordered a 10W which sometimes too big for my foot--and my big toe was squished up against the very end of the shoe. I wish they fit, I liked the style and they soft leather.....

I had hoped this shoe would work for me but it runs a tad short and the heels are to deep. The heel rim cuts into my ankle. This pair is going back.

I have used these shoes about 3 times, hoping they would stretch a little. But they haven't. They are size 6.5 which is what I wear, but they are really too small. My toes hit against the front of the shoe. Is it possible to return them after they have been used?

These shoes were very disappointing and strange. Trying on while walking around my living room for a few minutes they seemed great and I was surprised how comfortable they were. However, by the end of a full day of wearing I was ready to cry. I was in pain and terribly disappointed. There is zero arch support, they rubbed the bottoms of my big toes raw (which was very bizarre and has never happened to me before), and they kept falling off my heel (despite having put in heel grips) They made my feet quite tired. They also felt clunky and heavy like boots - not what I want or expect from a pair of flats.

I thought I'd found the holy grail of flats based off of these reviews. Love the way they look, but I've never found a comfortable pair of flats that hold up well. These flats aren't particularly sleek or flattering, but if you just need something that gets the job done these could work, except for one thing. The edges bit so painfully into the bottom of my ankles that I could barely walk in them. Disappointing, as they were supremely comfortable otherwise. Perhaps I just have low ankles...?

I was not impressed with this shoe, well made, but the fit was really off. I ordered it in size 7 but found the toe box to be too small, pushing down on my toes. I ordered the Cobb Hill Pearl shoe too and it fit just fine. The style is a bit too "old lady" for me; it's going back!

Nice looking shoes wish I could use them but am returning because there is no arch support. I can't wear shoes without arch support. Reviews led me to believe there would be. I tried inserting my own arch supports and it causes the heel to slip off.

Far too narrow. I wear a wide size and ordered my usual 6.5W. The shoe is definitely not a wide. Heel is slightly too narrow and toe box area is far too narrow. Disappointed as it's a cute shoe.

I hated to have to return this shoe, but it rubbed on my outside ankle bone. The design of the shoe actually goes up at that point instead of tapering downward.

These shoes looked and felt cheap and also ran small. I will be returning.
