If they were not so wide they would have been great. Unfortunately - had to return.

Pretty shoe and very comfortable, but the fit is off. My regular size was too small and a half size up was too big. Mostly in the toe box. LUnfortunately barely these are being returned

I usually wear a 9 or 9.5. Tried the 9 which were too small. Just ordered the 9.5 to see if those work.

Gaped in the back near the heel.

I really wanted to like these shoes but they didn't provide enough support for me.

Sadly, another pair of shoes I have to send back...pooh! This shoe runs very large. I usually take a 7 wide. My foot didn't even touch the heel. I should have ordered 6.5 wide but the shoe didn't feel right in the front..I have fred flinstone feet that are very wide across the front and narrow across the heel. I have ordered several pairs of shoes and am about to give up and go back to the comfy sneakers I live in (but hate bcz they are too ugly with skirts.) Heartbroken these didn't work - they were classy and pretty

Shoes felt very tight for medium width; and very stiff -- afraid they'd take too long to feel really com-fortable.

Not worth the price. I ordered a 10W- they were the correct width everywhere but the toe box- a little snug and rubbed my pinky toes for a week until they broke in. They still rub a bit but it's doable. My biggest issue is the breathability...my feet get SO hot in the shoe and sweat. Therefore they stink. I'm going to have to replace the sole. If your feet sweat, I would pass on these shoes.

I was rather disappointed in these shoes' appearance - definitely an "old lady shoe" sense about them. The toe is much more rounded than the photo shows (or I missed that photo!) and the instep is wider than expected. If they were comfortable and fit properly I would consider keeping them - but that's not the case. I'm still looking to replace a worn-out, favorite pair of Borns - these aren't it.

I ordered these shoes to replace another brand of shoes ordered from Zappos. Those were too tight. We're going to Europe later this year, and I need a comfortable, somewhat stylish pair of walking shoes. Well, these shoes are well-made, comfortable, if slightly large on my size 11 feet, but stylish? No way!! The toe is much too round and stubby. They really looked like old-lady shoes on my feet. Returning them. I'm giving them 3 stars because they are well made and may be just the thing for someone. Just not for me.

Heel slippage! Darn it! I have been unlucky twice with Cobb Hill. The size is right but the shoe slips off my heel and it's fully padded now. If my feet were to conform to the shoe I'm sure it will slip more. It's going back.

Very cute shoe! Too sad, doesn't fit. I ordered size 9N for my hard to fit narrow feet. This shoe was too short and too wide. (I think it is the brand.) Can't really rate the shoes fairly because couldn't wear them. Cute Shoe!

These shoes disappoint big time. I was convinced to try this brand based on the plethora of great reviews. So imagine my surprise when they did not have any arch support. I have pretty close to flat feet and this did squat to help. I only wore them to sabbath services and my heels hurt. I doubt that that I walked even a half mile total today. There is absolutely no lateral support. So my ankles hurt. I cannot imagine walking around all day at work in these. I was going to order a half-size smaller later today, but decided to test drive them where I did not have to walk much. Thank God for that - it save me another order. The only bad thing is that I have already worn them, so I cannot return them. I should have listened to my gut when I saw the video. This was an expensive mistake. Too bad Saucony does not make dress shoes. At least I have the Vaneli which fit like a glove.

These are super cute and comfortable flats! Unfortunately, my left foot is slightly smaller than my right so it is tough in general to find flats that fit both feet. I am very sad to return these shoes, but I would definitely recommend them!

Nice shoe but not narrow enough in the heel. That's what I've been finding with narrow shoes. The heels are not narrow enough and my foot always slips out.

I tried out both Pewter and Taupe Snake RevChis and while it feels and looks very comfortable, it just didn't fit my feet. I always have this problem when it comes to finding flats; my left foot is slightly smaller than my right. I went through sizes 8.5, 8, and 7.5. My left fit the 7.5 perfectly but my right felt a bit cramped on my big toe. I'm sad that I have to return these!

Surprised that a New Balance brand would have absolutely zero arch support. Otherwise shoe is great. Very good sole, super comfortable lining, looks beautiful. But zero arch support.

I need a shoe I can stand in comfortably for a long period of time. Choose the Cobb Hill RevChi in 8.5W. It was both too long and too wide. It seems to have plenty of arch support, but Tthere's no way I can wear them.

Bought these in a 9 but they were just a little too short and my toes were pushed right up to the front of the shoe. Unfortunately a 9.5 will be too big. (based on past experience trying both the 9 and the 9.5) I was really hoping in a flat that they would fit. I thought they were cute otherwise. This is the 3rd style of Cobb Hill I have tried and I can't get any of them to fit correctly. Will stop with this brand.

I ordered this shoe in a 9 W from Zappos and it was way too big. At the time, Zappos didn't have an 8.5W (I see one pair now available) so I ordered them elsewhere. The shoes are very nice looking, and the 8.5 fits perfectly BUT the heel is extremely wide. I am trying various inserts to keep the shoes from flapping off as I really, really want them to work.

This shoe was comfortable enough, but a little clunkier than I had hoped. Unfortunately, the lining is synthetic, not leather, so it gets really hot in warm weather. I'll keep them to wear at other times, but won't be using them this summer.

I thought this shoe was very uncomfortable. There was not much support and the cushion really lacked. I could tell that I would wear out these shoes very quickly; they do not seem to be made of good leather. I would rather spend more and get a better shoe that will last.

Definitely not a Narrow width! Length was OK. Style was nicer in the photo than in person.

Was very disappointed that these Cobb Hill flats are so much different than the same pair that I ordered several years and now wanted to replace. My old pair was all leather. The insert was a beautiful stitched leather with a lovely padded arch. Not so now... synthetic insert with barely an arch. I shall be returning them.

The shoe came with an insole that was bulky and not attached at all. i expect more from Cobb Hill
