I bought these shoes a half-size smaller because of recommendations from others. Bad idea - my toes hit the top of the shoe. The toe box also seemed a bit tight. The shoes themselves were quite cute - I would have considered keeping them if they had been the right size.

Unfortunately I am returning this shoe because even in a narrow it's too wide overall for my foot. But the footbed is very comfortable and gives great arch support, and the shoe is MUCH cuter in person than it looks online. Wish I could keep!

I bought 9 based on a review. I can sometimes wear that-too short. Worse was narrow more like medium to wide. Felt padded at toe area, though.

This shoe appears to be comfortable. However, I am disappointed in the sizing. First I ordered a 9.5 N, then a 10N. Width is consistent, but length feels the same in both sizes. More shoes to return.

Small toe box area

I was hoping this shoe would be comfortable but it just wasn’t. The leather is very stiff and the heels rubbed. So sorry to have to send them back.

These flats are just so cute! However, they didn't work for me. I usually wear a 6 1/2 M or a 7 M, so I ordered both sizes to see which worked. Well, these shoes run very tight/narrow in the toe box. The 6 1/2 M was too small all over, and the 7 M was too tight in the shoe box. I liked them so much that I ordered a 7 Wide (& I never do wear a wide) to see if that would work. Well, the 7 W was fine in the toe box, but definitely too long for me. Reluctantly, I am returning all three pair.

I currently own a pair of Cobb Hill black flats that are beginning to show normal wear and tear. I was excited to find this pair. Sadly, the fit did not go as well as my previous purchase. I had to return the shoes as they felt small. The width which was a narrow was fine.

I felt that there was not enough room for me in the toe area.

Well made shoe, but big toe hit top of shoe

Seems like this particular item had been kept or used, because the box was in poor condition, with tape in 2 places and tears, and the shoes were not packaged to me with tissue or shoe-sticks or anything. However, Zappos has great customer service.

These shoes have an okay cushion in the bottom. However, they are typical of many flats in that there is absolutely no arch. In fact, when you're not stepping down, they actually lift at the toe and heel ends, bending your sole in an awkward direction. So many flats are shaped that way. I don't like the feel of them. The style is quite cute for a comfort shoe. I wish they would stop making shoes that have elastic around the top edge, and shoes without any arch inside of them. The "massaging bumps" on the inner sole of the shoe are also an innovation I could live without.

These were comfortable and cute. I wished these would have held up longer. I only wore them occasionally and the sole started separating from the shoe.

Let me preface by saying I have impossible feet to fit-narrow! I love the way these shoes look and felt, but they were too wide, even in the narrow width. If they were a tiny bit narrower so they didn't feel like my foot would flop out, they would have been perfect. I had to return them.

Stylish and well made, but the fit is too short and too narrow. Probably a full size too small.

Runs wide. I have two old pairs of Cobb Hill shoes that are extremely comfortable but worn out and I hoped these could replace them and look a little more feminine. Sadly, I found that they fell off my feet, being wide at the toes and at the heels. If it had fit, it probably would have been a 4 for comfort.

I wore these until I couldn’t stand them anymore. They press on my big toes and just aren’t comfortable. Going back to my favorite brand Munro.

I own this shoe from when was New Balance manufactured and was very comfortable. This shoe is to wide in a narrow. The top band is also very uncomfortable. Out of desperation I'm going to try another pair in case was just this pair of shoes.

These are a mixed bag for me. They are cute and the foot bed is very comfortable, but I got an 11W and all day yesterday, the toe box felt tight and then walking last night, the heels rubbed a bunch as well. They are flexible to the point that the sides gap which I don't know if that will be good for the shoe long term. I'm keeping them because I already wore them out, so hopefully with more wears they will stretch in the right places. I also had quite a bit of muffin top from where the toe box ends and the top of my foot is. Not sure they will work barefooted.

Ordered my regular 11 wide. Although very cute for pants and skirts, not enough room in the toe box both width and height. I don’t understand why companies make shoes with a toe box that actually dips down and rubs on the toe area. Will keep searching for a comfortable flat. If you want a light heel that supports and is comfortable, especially if you need wide but have a narrow heel, try the Earth Wanderlust. The T-strap is cuter than just straight, the heel is cushiony when you walk and not too high. Got the pewter to go with almost everything.

I have several other pairs of Rockports that I just love, which made me decide to get these shoes. But these were just too small. They were short in length, and the toe area was really tight. Also, they did look a bit matronly.

In my right foot, I have bursitis in 2 places from ballet and arch pain from taking walks with acrylic orthotics in my running shoes (bad advice from a podiatrist). The arches in both feet collapse due to pronation. So I need shoes with an ample toe box and good cushioning, arch support is secondary for me. I usually take an 8M or 8 1/2 M. These shoes were very comfortable. The 8B were too small. The length of the 8 1/2B was good, but the heel slipped. I tried the 8 1/2A: the heel width was good but they were 1/4" shorter than the 8 1/2B! I would have kept the 8 1/2A if they had been the same length as the 8 1/2B. I finally ended up buying Walking Cradles Flick in 8 1/2M. Brands that I like: Rockport Cob Hill, Vionic, Ara and Walking Cradles.

Zero arch support

These fit as expected but I returned them because in person they look cheap and tacky.

I did not find these shoes to be as comfortable as I expected. The fit was not good.
