This shoe felt comfortable from the moment I put it on.

These were way too tight and the heel came up too high. I was hoping they would be more comfortable. I sent them back.

Comfortable ballerinas!

This shoe runs just a bit small. I'm not sure it was even a half size too small, but my big toe touched the end.Also, it did not have enough arch support for me.

I liked the shoe and it did not slip off my heel as many flats do, but they were too short to be comfortable and I was afraid if I went up a size they would slip off my narrow heel. They also did not have enough arch support for me.

Shoe is a bit small for a wide (which I wear because of bunions) but okay if you wear thin stockings. Comfortable to wear most of the day.

I needed to get a half size larger than I normally wear so I got an 8 instead of a 7 1/2. However, this fits very well. It is perfect for me because of the arhritis in my knees I can no longer wear anything with much of a heel. Also, I have a very narrow heel and tend to slip out of most shoes in the heel since shoe makers no longer make the option of buying an AA heel like they used to years ago. This shoe does not slip, so if you have a narrow heel they are perfect for that. Wish they came in more colors.

These are very nice shoes, but do seem to run a little short.

Very comfy with minimal break in time. Style is a bit casual but is suitable for my workplace. I wish that they were a tad more supportive but in my experience, truly supportive flats just don't exist. Again, these will be suitable for my workplace as I'm not on my feet for the majority of my day.

I had read the reviews of this shoe and hoped I would enjoy it as much as other reviewers. Unfortunately, the heel slipped on my left foot and the shoe cut into the top of my right foot. For me, it did not have enough arch support. It is a very attractive, well-made shoe. I wish I could wear it. I have enjoyed Rockport shoes in the past. SAS shoes seem to fit my feet better.

Very nice shoe. Toe box OK, but not as roomy as Cobb Hill Emma, which I preferred. Good heel design: doesn't slip off when walking.

I like this shoe for wanting a flat shoe. Nice small heel. Fits well, and hopefully comfortable to stand in for a long time. Nice looking; the trim gives it a bit of style over the totally plain shoes. I'm not sure it will be great to walk in.

This is a beautiful pair of flats, but I am returning them for two reasons. I have high arches and need good support and yet this pair, despite what others have said, has almost no support in the arch area. You can look into the shoe and see that there is no little "hill" where the arch should be. Since some people would disagree with me, my guess is that they just don't need the kind of support I do. The sole is somewhat soft and cushy, but it is a flat and there is only so much room for cushioning. When I first put the shoe on, it felt comfortable (minus the lack of arch support). It molded to my foot quite nicely, was snug at my heel (not too much) where I often have too much room. The shoe looks great. But I am returning them because my arches need much better support and because it did seem as if the shoe, in my normal size, was just a tad bit too small. My big toes hurt after several minutes of wear. Just a bit. Had this been the only problem, I would have kept them and allowed them to stretch to fit.

These shoes were too narrow in the toe box for me, even though they were wides. They were attractive but not comfortable for me.

It is a nice constructed and soft shoe. Don't really know if I could wear these shoes a half size larger I didn't find the arch support that good for my narrow heels.

I like this shoe, but had to return for a different size. The one I ordered is a 9M, and I will try a 9W instead to see if it fits better. The toe box is too tight across the top of my toes on one foot (my slightly larger foot) so that, even when wearing a short time in the house, it was becoming uncomfortable.

Comfortable right out of the box, super cushy and the ankle is very soft.

Loved the clever styling of this shoe. Trim disguises the wide width across the toe box and added extra trim crosses at the back. Well made with padded inside sole. Just too wide at the heel to stay on for me. I have been looking for a smart and comfortable pair of flats for a long time. Regretfully returning them.

for 9.5 fit was too snug. Had to return. Otherwise seemed like an attractive, comfortable flat.

This is a really cute shoe (esp. in bronze with black contrast details), and darn comfortable for a ballet flat, but the top scoop of the shoe hit the bony part of my foot just enough that I think I'd be unhappy walking in them after a while. So they're going back, sadly.

I ordered my normal size, but when it arrived it was a half to full size too big, even at the very end of the day when your feet are supposed to be at their biggest. I’ve reordered a half and full size down to try again because they are very cute and comfortable...just way oversized.

If you are a true 10.5N, these shoes will not work for you. WHY DON'T SHOE MAKERS MAKE 10.5??? I ordered the 11N, and it was too wide and too long. I would have exchanged them but I could tell that they are not a full size too long for me but more like .75 too long, and a 10 would not give me enough toe room. Otherwise, they are cute and better constructed than the usual ballet slippers, which my podiatrist said are absolutely the worst type of shoe we can wear.

I ordered these in a 10 and 11. I wish Cobb Hill made these in a 10.5...they would have been perfect. I have Hallux Rigidus and a bone growth on the top of the big toe joint. Needless to say, finding shoes (especially ballet flats) are next to impossible. Thanks, Zappos, for giving folks like me with bad feet an opportunity to try different styles. I'm hoping the 10's stretch a bit to be even more comfortable.

Decent looking comfort flat but small toe box (in width and height), very mid-foot and heel, and length was at least half size too big.
