I bought the stone. Nice, gently worn toe and heel - looks great. Love this boot. Very comfortable!! No break in time at all. Perfect height of heel even if you had to be on your feet a lot. Good arch support.

I initially ordered this boot in a 8N as this is my usual size and was the size of the exact shoe I had worn from Cobb Hill in the past. But had to send them back because they were definitely too small. I exchanged them for an 8 1/2N and was very happy that they fit perfectly! I wore them for hours the following weekend without having any “break in” necessary. The heel is the perfect height for my needs and think they will be fine with skirts as well as pants. The leather is soft and comfortable. I cant say enough for Zappos quick and easy return! I received them within a day of speaking with a Zappo rep!

True to size and fit. Having narrow feet, finding boots is very difficult. These are wonderful. They fit perfectly and there was no break in period. They were comfortable from day one. I can walk long distances in them without my feet hurting. I love them so much I ordered another pair in brown.

I’ve been wearing these shoes for a couple of years now, and I will rebuy then once mine die. I walk around the city a lot, and these are my most comfortable and versatile shoes.

The most comfortable boots I ever owned

I was looking for a boot that didn't look like I was a biker girl. Found it! Putting these boots on felt like they were broken in just for my feet. They make my size 10 feet appear to be smaller. Very stylish.

The shoes were great. I have a fuller ankle and they we're not as open as I would prefer. They weren't tight but just enough room to slip in two fingers. The shoes seemed to be well made and a nice quality.

I love Rockport Cobb Hill shoes! I have very wide feet and their shoes fit just right. They are incredibly comfortable and have great support.

These boots are awesome. I have wide feet with a huge instep and thick calves, so finding a boot has been impossible. These are the first to fit in decades. Very comfy even though they were slightly big. I think a half size down would be tight. I love, love, love them!

As an 67 year old woman with very wide feet I had long ago given up being able to find stylish shoes that fit well. I always find the "extra wide" choices to be limited and not all that trendy. These booties are a great exception. Right out of the box they were comfortable enough in width to walk in the city (Seattle in my case, which means up and down hills). I had been looking for a great winter low rise boot to finish off the "workout clothes meets the city" look that actually represents my lifestyle, and these are just right. They look terrific with designer leggings and I'm sure they would look great with dresses and jeans as well. Uggs have a place, but for a slim looks, these mesh with leggings and skinny jeans admirably and sure beat clogs! Recommend.

I love these boots! I have had foot/ankle surgery and need shoes/boots that are comfortable and supportive. I am a teacher and am on my feet 8+ hours of the day. I love wearing these! They support my feet well and are very comfortable! No sore feet at the end of the day! I also have a few pairs of shoes from Rockport Cobb Hill, top notch footwear all around!

These fit perfectly on me - in the wide width. The kicky little heel has a bounce to it - these have been comfortable all day, their first day!

Love this boot! I have multiple styles of Rockport Cobbhill boots in 7N and they all fit the same. They are a bit snug at first but stretch out comfortably within a few hours of wear. I wore this boot from 8am to 8 pm the first day with no discomfit at all! Very good quality boot!

These boots are great! I grabbed them out of the box, zipped them on, and went to the mall for a shopping date with my friend. We walked around for four hours and my feet still feel great! Highly recommend.

My second pair, love these boots!

These boots are stylish and comfortable. They have a soft rubber sole and were fine to stand in all day at work.

The leather in the black is beautiful but felt a whole size small. I ordered 11 narrow and the width was perfect.

The ONLY reason I bought these boots is because of the outstanding reviews. I bought a couple of other pairs that I thought were better looking, but I threw these in because of the reviews (gotta love the Zappos return policy!). Good idea! They are just as awesome as everyone else says - and the ones I kept! I ordered a 9.5 wide and they fit wonderfully. They have a feltish type lining that is super comfortable. Just order these.

I have been searching for a comfortable and stylish pair of ankle boots for a long time. It has been my experience in the past that you have to sacrifice style for comfort if you need a wide width. No longer is that true! I absolutely love these boots! They are perfectly sized, comfortable and very stylish! Thank you Rockport!

I ADORE these boots! They are so comfortable right out of the box. The sole is super flexible, which is exactly what I wanted in a boot I could wear in the Wisconsin winter. Nice and grippy on snow and ice. I wear an 8, sometimes and 8.5, and from the reviews I figured I'd go with an 8.5. To my surprise, they were too small. I tried again in a 9 and those were perfect with socks. So in love with these!
