This is a beautiful shoe with great details. The color is more red than expected, but not an issue for me. The only reason I'm returning my pair is because I need more cushioning in the sole for old feet. Otherwise the fit is just right.

I have been wanting them since last winter but the cost held me back. But I went for it this year. I wanted to like them but they were just too narrow for my feet. I ordered an 8 wide my usual size in Cobb Hill Shoes but they were so uncomfortable across the front of the boot. I do have an awful time finding shoes that fit - bunions and all - but Cobb Hill usually works. Feel sad!

Picked these up in a 8.5 wide, since I can usually wear a 8.5 or 9 regular, and they felt tight with regular socks but ok with trouser socks. Exchanged for a 9 wide, they fit with regular socks but not as roomy as I would expect for a wide shoe. I wanted something that I could wear to work but could also run around outside, and these felt more like comfy work shoes but not very tough. I ended up returning them for that reason, though I'll keep them in mind if I need boots for the office. They looked great with a pair of skinny jeans pulled just over the tops.

A very nice little boot. I purchased it in a size 9W and it fit just fine. I wanted to note, though, that the "blue/teal" color currently available (as of 10/2016) is a very, very dark teal; it is almost indistinguishable from black. I was hoping for a lighter/brighter shade -- I actually wanted them to look teal -- but they're just too dark. Regretfully, I am sending them back. I would otherwise recommend this shoe; it is comfortable and roomy enough for thick socks come winter.

I wanted to love these boots. I ordered the brown in my usual size in wide. They were still pretty narrow, but I could make them work, since there was extra length in the boot. They are very lightweight, comfortable without much arch support. I put an insole in, and they felt great. But...... They looked plasticky and cheap. The sole looks very cheesy and plasticky as well. Read some of the reviews about the sole coming right apart and decided not to risk my $135 on these boots.

These are fantastic, comfortable short boots. I wore them from October to April, in rotation with other shoes, and they are holding up very well. I have a high instep and prefer a C width, and the 7 Wide are a great fit when worn with a medium thickness sock. There is a zipper on the inside of the ankle and the boots are fairly easy to get on and off. One thing I did not like was the thin sole. There is some arch support but not much protection from cold sidewalks in the winter. I'll definitely look at Cobb Hill when I'm shoe shopping again.

These are very cute and I'm thrilled they fit. I ordered 10W and was concerned after reading some reviews that didn't show good arch support. While not the best, they do offer some support. I'm happy with them!

I had to add a small insert for more padding for walking, but overall they are comfortable and run narrow which is great! I had to do a lot of walking the day I got them and they never hurt my feet.

I love my Pandoras! They have a nice comfortable fit right out of the box. I was concerned that these boots might look too fussy, but I've gotten compliments when I wore them with my jeans. The boots will be my main shoe for travels to Shanghai and Hong Kong.

Very nice boots, just a little tight at the ball of the foot. Very stylish and easy to get on and off. I use orthotics and this has removable insoles, and my orthotics fit fine.

My shoe size is 11 D so my input doesn't pertain to most other women. Thes boots, however, are quite comfortable and more fashionable than I am usually able to wear. I've been trying to wear Merrell clogs but they are not wide enough (they only go up to a B width). They keep my feet nicely warm, Only problem is that they don't have arch support.

I ordered these because they look very similar to the Earth Thyme shoes. The latter is the winner and keeper. I normally wear size 8 and that was what I ordered. They feel 1/2 size bigger in length and width, and not enough arch support. Style is pretty. Can't keep them.

I ordered 11N. That was still too wide for my true narrow feet. I kept them because it is very hard to find narrow in boots that are comfortable and flat.

Zappos is the best. These were a cute shoe but the sole of the shoe felt lower in the back than the front. I felt like I was leaning backwards. Found another on Zappos site.

I thought these were going to be great. At first they felt like a fit and they are really comfy. The length might be just a tad long, but worked well for me. Unfortunately, the heel was too wide (In the narrow) and was slipping, so I didn't keep them.

My size is 7½AA and I use an orthotic for pronation. I have had good luck with Cobb Hill sandals and hoped that these boots would work for me but they were just too wide from toe to heel for me. Although the footbed is not supposed to come out, I think a little judicious prying would get it loose. There is not a lot of arch support but these are comfortable shoes.

These are super cute, but shorter than I would have liked so I am returning them. I can tell they would have been very comfortable.

The shoe fit in length but my heel slid up and down when I walked. I really like the look, but darn have to send them back. With a narrow foot it is very limited as to what will fit and I can't believe Zappos doesn't carry more narrow. If they do have narrow they are usually out of them and I never get an email saying they have restocked.

Super comfy for everyday city walking. Unfortunately my first pair, which was very well taken care of, had the sole split from the leather of the shoe after four months. Thankfully I was able to exchange them. For the cost I expect longevity (I have rubber-soled leather Hush Puppies boots that are similarly styled and have lasted me a decade with no issue).

These boots are a nice find for casual wear. I wear them with pants/leggings and corduroy skirts and sweater dresses. They are comfortable and supportive. My feet are probably a little on the wide side, but I ended up getting the regular width because the wide sloshed around on my feet. They are a tiny bit snug in the normal width, but I assume they will stretch over time. I usually vacillate between size 9.5 and 10, and I ended up with the 9.5 in these because the 10 were too loose. Hope this information helps someone trying to pick their size! Zappos is amazing. I have had a ton of foot issues this past year. I have tried countless pairs from them and returned a vast majority. They have been 100% gracious and helpful. I have a very narrow foot and was glad to see narrow available. I'd tried on the medium width at a store, but it was too loose. However, this narrow was very tight across top of foot, not so much narrow in width. I think it would have been painful over time.

Cute, comfy boots! Everyone has such different feet -- I tend to wear an average width 8.5-9 with fairly high arches. These boots are a little roomy in the heel but work because of the height. They are cute with jeans or skirts and look as pictured. I wish they had a little more arch support.

I have one foot wider, shorter, with a narrow heel. This boot was just too large in the heel, with nothing to adjust. Plenty wide...more like a WW. Nice look, though.
