I ordered this shoe because I already had the exact same one and just wanted another pair. So I ordered the exact same size and style, but when I received them, they fit at least one size too big, even though online it said it was the same size.

Very comfortable shoe! I bought this pair for my daughter who is on her feet quite a bit during the day and she loves them. I also have the same pair and think they are comfortable too although the arch support (for me) could be better.

Nice comfortable shoe that looks dressy or casual. Normally wear a 7 but had to return and get a 6.5. Bordeaux is a great color. May also order in black.

These black flats are perfect and are comfortable right out of the box. They are very cushioned inside. I had no trouble wearing them for the first time to an even where I was on my feet for most of the day. The bottoms do not skid.

So...excited to write this review! First of all -- Zappos is amazing. Ordered yesterday...on front porch today. Returns will be a breeze on any of the ones I will send back. Now for the shoe. I have a size 11 and that is a long 11. I am a 43 in Euro. In fact, at 48 years old -- I am finding that a lot of 11s just don't feel long enough. That means I'm in trouble. I also suffer from Plantar Fasciitis but have that under control because I wear Danskos, Naot, Allegria, and such to keep it from acting up. However, I am aching for a shoe that doesn't look so bulky. Born is a shoe that I really like. Great cushioning, not stellar arch support but works for a short period of time. Then comes the Earth brand! Never tried them before...and I love it! So cute! So soft on the inside and the upper leather itself. Shoe is very well made. Sole is a great "cushiony" rubber, truly grips. The 11 on this fits me fantastic! The shoe feels as comfortable as a slipper and has what I would say is a mentionable arch support. Thank you so much! I plan on order more!

These are the most comfortable flats I have ever owned. They didn't require a break in period - they felt like butter right out of the box!

Ordered the 11 wide, which is my normal size, and I was falling out of the shoe. Replaced it with the 10 wide and it fits very well. That is an unusual experience, so I might particularly recommend these for women with large feet that are hard to fit. It is a touch stiff at the toe and I used some isopropanol to stretch the leather there as I have a "tall" foot. Now they fit like a glove. Well cushioned sole, very professional and sleek while also being a comfortable flat.

Great foot bed - very comfortable. But, the sides gapped a ton near the inner part of my ankle when I walked. Very shallow cut and not sturdy feeling, and I have normal width feet. I also felt the pewter looked slightly matronly in person.

The shoes are so comfortable and true to size. I put them on for the first time, wore them for 6 hours, and they never bothered my feet at all.

These are superb. The pewter metallic is dark and subtle and pairs well with a wide range of clothing. The pleats on the toe are crisp. Footbed is cushioned and has an arch. Worth owning more than one pair.

I ordered these in black. The shoes look nice online, but they look fabulous out of the box. I'd read in a review that there was a metallic sheen to them, but it's more subtle than that, and really good-looking. And the fit is perfect.

Love these shoes. Extremely comfortable and a very nice dress/casual look. I highly recommend.

Love these flats! I was a bit afraid to order these shoes online because flats can be tricky to fit, but these were perfect. I ordered true to my size, 8 1/2, and they fit and look great. Hardly any breaking in period.

These are hands down the most comfortable flats I own! I am on my feet all day and these are like wearing slippers! Highly recommend!

Incredibly well-made! Looks elegant. The leather is nice, the fit is true to size and there is enough support and cushion that these are comfortable.

Nice comfortable shoe! However, must exchange for a smaller size. Too big in back of heel.

Very pleased with these shoes. My normal size fits nicely although the heel is a little wide (typical for me with ballet style flats). I can just put a small square of moleskin on either side of the heel to fix this. The toe box is nice and roomy. The color was even better in person than showed on my monitor and they are slightly shiny which gives them a nice dressy look. Need them for a wedding so am very pleased to find comfort and style. :-)

I returned the size 10 and ordered the 9.5. They fit perfectly. I'm ordering a second pair, same color (distressed pewter), size 9.5. I have narrow feet but the 9.5 size works for me. Great looking classic shoe. The real test will be hitting the streets in NYC.

I love these shoes, the distressed pewter color is perfect. I ordered 10M but really need a narrow width which is not available. I so hate returning these shoes. I am considering adding pads to take up the space at my heels so I can keep them.

I have incredibly wide feet so finding a pair of flats that are comfortable and the right fit is very hard. These are great! They don't stretch out but have give and are so comfortable with subtle arch support. Bought them in two pairs!

This is a beautiful shoe. Because my heel often steps out of flats, I ordered a half-size small. Sure enough, after wearing these flats around the house for a while, they stretched to just the right size and are comfortable, lovely, and stay on now.

I needed shoes for my daughter's wedding and didn't want to have to kick them off at the reception. These were perfect. They went well with my very dressy dress. I was able to wear them for hours of standing and dancing. These shoes also go well with jeans. I will wear them often!

I purchased this shoe to wear with slacks and jeans. It is cute and well made. It feels a little loose at the heel but not enough to return. Comfy insole.

Bought these because I needed some high quality, comfortable flats for work. These are super comfortable and also stylish - I wear them all the time (not just at the office). The cushioned foot bed is lovely, and the edge around the heel doesn't rub uncomfortably or give me blisters.

I bought these to wear as my wedding shoes. The pewter is true to the photo; it's not silvery, but it's not as dark as in the video. The shoes are very comfortable, and I haven't had any blisters as I've been breaking them in. I'm a 9.5 wide and ordered these in a 10 (normal width) like I do most of the time. They're slightly long on me, but not so long that I want to go down a size. I'll likely buy some additional comfort inserts, since I'm going to be on my feet and doing a lot of dancing in them; that should take care of the extra room.
