These shoes are so comfortable!I have wide feet, arthritis in the big toe joint, and a bunion. I typically have to avoid ballet flats, but these are really comfortable. I walked 4 miles in them on the first day! I got a normal width and my true size. I now own 2 pairs.

The guy that I ordered to was very helpful. I had been trying to place the order on line. I had messed up my address so it had locked me out of making the purchase. He tried every way to get it to go through. Finally I remembered that I had another credit card since the original credit card was now locked out . He was do patient & very sweet to talk to. I'm so glad that you hired him. He is what a sales rep should be. I was a service rep for 37 years for a phone co so I know what excellent customer service is when I see it.

Finally! A true "navy" flat. For years, I've been looking for quality navy flats dark enough to wear with navy pants. Must we always wear black pants and flats if we want to create the illusion of a long line? Nope. Not anymore. These flats are also much prettier in person than in the photos. I was worried that they'd be wide and clunky, with too much lip sticking up along the top rim (like an ill-fitting bra that slopes away from your chest and creates a line on your T-shirt), but they're not. They're made of beautiful, rich leather that conforms to your foot. And they're super cushiony. Bravo, Earth! And of course, hats off to Zappos for fast shipping. Seems like you click "submit my order" and someone knocks on your door with the shoes.

I've just recently discovered Earth. Love the quality and the cushioned footbeds! I have a wide foot and followed the reviews and ordered a medium width, counting on it being wide enough. Well, it almost is The shoes bind somewhat on top of my foot at the base of the big toe. I'm wearing them around trying to stretch them out and it seems to be working. The rest of the shoe fits fine. They remind me of a favorite pair of black flats from when I was 21, so I need to make them work so I can be 21. I also have the Belltower flat and they fit more comfortably right out of the box, no need for stretching out.

Liking this flat!! The leather is so soft and supple. I sometimes need wide, but the regular width is generous. The shoes are very comfortable straight out of the box. The heel is a little loose for me, but I hope with wear that the shoe molds to my feet, like most flats do. I will likely order another color.

So comfortable! Like walking on pillows. I do have a bunion on my left foot and the shoe does rub on it a bit. However, after I wore them once, they adjusted and work well with the bunion. They still rub, but there's no pain, no blisters. And the insole is very comfy and pillowy. Highly recommend!

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever bought; no blisters, no pain! At first the leather was a little tight so I thought about returning for larger size, but then had a second thought. The leather has stretched and fits beautifully now. I work as a medical provider and I am on my feet all day. I needed to buy summer flats for my new job. These are perfect; I am about to buy another color!

I usually wear a size 6, but flats tend to fall off my feet, so I ordered both a 5.5 and a 6 in this style. The 6 was not just a little loose, it was really big and just flopped right off when I walked. The 5.5 was a bit snug at first, especially in the toe, but felt quite comfortable within a half hour of wearing them. Really cute style, love the pewter leather for its versatility for wear with black or other colors. The insole is super comfortable. I will likely buy in other colors if they have my size.

This is a really comfortable shoe that feels good on your foot with good support. I wish I had listened to the other reviewers and order a 7 the first time as these run large. I am consistently a 7.5 and usually when I try a 7 they are too tight, but with these a 7 is just right. The width is fine and my foot is a little narrow even though I wear medium shoes since narrow is hard to find. Overall, I love the style and comfort of these shoes and recommend them highly.

These are great for conferences where you need to be dressy and wear a suit but still be comfortable on your feet all day. Very useful.

Cute, light weight but supportive, wow what more do you want in a flat? The price is higher than I usually spend but I noticed the quality of the product and think they were worth it. I bought these to go with wedding clothes to change into if my high heels start to hurt. I think they will be the perfect blend of comfort and professional look to also wear when school resumes and I'll be on my feet all day. Love ya Zappos I didn't even have to drive into town for these, delivered to my door.Problem solved.

I'm a teacher, and these shoes are wonderful for being on your feet all day. You almost feel like you're not even wearing shoes! They are super-soft leather and very comfortable.

I compared these toa pair of Frye brown flats because I have been drooling over them. The Earth Bellwether won! They were more comfortable and the price difference sold me. These are beautiful and versatile shoes.

This shoe goes with everything and is very comfortable. I ordered the pewter and pecan and love them both. So glad I took the plunge. I would order one half size down. I normally wear an 8 1/2 and ordered an 8...glad I did.

Amazing flats. I took these to Europe and wore them all day, nearly every day, without blisters, stretching or any other problems. Sole is thick enough to withstand cobblestones.

These shoes are out of the box comfortable. I was looking for a cute pair of flats to kick around in. I live in the Tetons so heels are something you carry to a function and because of the screed, it's easy to always be stubbing your toe if shoes are too open toed. I hesitated ordering these but now I am a happy camper. This turns out to be one of my best purchases from Zappos. I ordered the wide. I wear an 8 1/2 C width. Sometimes I can fit into a standard width but I have a high arch and high instep so many shoes kill me. I also have a bunion on my right foot and I just don't want any pain.

Very comfortable. It was a little large, but I'm afraid to get the next smaller size as I think they may be too small. I did order my normal size and I'm keeping them.

I ordered these in a size 8, which I wear pretty consistently, but they were too large and my heel kept flopping out. I exchanged for a 7.5, which is much better. I got the Bordeaux, which is a pretty oxblood red color. The leather is a nice quality, the insole is cushioned and super comfortable, and the outsole is rubber. I don't see any toe cleavage with these shoes, which is great as this is a pet peeve of mine. The pleated detailing is pretty and understated. I have never purchased the same style of shoe in multiple colors, but I'm tempted to break my rule and buy the black ones now.

Earth brand shoes always feel comfortable to me right out of the box. I have a wider foot, a small bunion and a high arch. Finding a ballet flat that was comfortable for me to wear all day was difficult. Zappos made the task easier. (I tried about 6 different styles/sizes) I bought this shoe in a 7.5, my usual size. It's a little tight across wide part of my foot. But comfortable with socks. I think they will stretch and I'll be able to wear without socks. Tried Dansko but their sizing did not work for me.

I first tried Earth's Bellflower flats (a different style, but same fit) during my pregnancy. My poor swollen feet went up 1/2 a size and I wanted something comfortable that would work for both dressy and casual occasions. They were amazing and I wore them everywhere! Post-pregnancy, the swelling went down and the Bellflowers started to look a little worse for wear. I needed another pair! They were out of the Bellflowers so I went for Bellwether and they had a similar fit. Like most shoes, they were a little stiff the first day or two and now they're perfect! These shoes are very stylish and comfortable. I've worn zero-support flats in the past and I will never go back. These are way more comfortable and last longer. I love the shimmer in the pewter, the padded lining and the grip on the bottom. I also love that the toe has a normal sloped shape (not perfectly round, square or pointy - I hate those!).
