These shoes were extremely large. Size 8 is usually snug, I'm between size 8 and 8 1/2. The 8 was almost an inch too long.

I was surprised at how uncomfortable these were. I got my normal 7 1/2 but they were tight and rubbed across the bone behind my big toe. There's no arch support to speak of although it's a nice-looking style. I'm not interested enough to try again.

I loved these shoes except: the right shoe was perfect and the left was too small. I was going to use them for a concert where I had to stand for over an hour. I'll keep looking.

These shoes look good in the picture but are incredibly ugly in reality. The toe is extremely round and a bit bulbous looking. I ordered a 9 wide and they are definitely a medium width. I took them to a shoe store and had them stretched but the leather is so hard, that didn't stretch them. Then I bought shoe stretchers and tried to stretch them at home for several weeks. They wouldn't budge! Unfortunately, I find a great variance in the sizing of Earth shoes. A 9 wide in one style is too big and a 9 Wide in another style is way too small.

Disappointed! Adorable flat with a supportive insole but the fit is all wrong. I'm always a size 9 but this shoe fell off my feet with each step. So I ordered a half size smaller as Zappos suggested, and I could barely get my feet into the 8.5! They run very wide with a sloppy fit. I expected better for the price and from Earth.

Tried this shoe in an 8 (my normal size) and it was too big. The 7 1/2 was too small. It is a really cute shoe, just what I was looking for too. Very disappointed. Not cheap either!

These were great shoes for the first two months that I had them. After that they lost their shape and kept slipping off the back of my feet. The arch support was also great initially, but now feels like ballerina slippers with zero support. I have other Earth shoes that have held up, but these shoes are certainly an expensive disappointment at this price. They are not worth it!

The vamp of the shoe fits uncomfortably -- right on the joint of the big toe. I didn't love the low vamp to begin with, but the fit makes unattractive also painful.

These are painful! These shoes are so cute, but at the end of one day of wear, I had a painful heel blister on each foot. I never had an issue with any of my shoes, but now every shoe that I wear is a painful reminder of the one day that I wore these. They are a super letdown!

Loved the shoes. Very comfortable and the style was perfect for office or casual wear. I had to return the shoes because it squeaked. I am not paying good money for squeaky shoes. I have to say that Zappos customer service was outstanding.

This is specifically a review on the Wide version of these shoes. The design makes no sense. Usually a woman's foot is wide at the top but her heel is still "regular" size. I'm a 7.5W and tried the 7W as well -- both versions were just wide all over, super floppy, with the shoe just coming right off. I tried the 7M but it was too narrow for my bunions. Why do shoemakers think Wide means gigantic all-around the shoe? If you have fairy tale-style troll feet or grizzly bear feet, the wides will work for you. Otherwise skip these if you have wide feet on the top but a "regular" heel.This seems to be an affliction for all flats -- that is, if you want them in Wide, the entire shoe is wide! So sad since they are a pretty design.
