I bought these boots to deal with the "polar vortex" we have been experiencing in the northeast.. They are great so far! They were a little stiff out of the box, but I started wearing them right away and with in a day or two of wearing them they feel much better and more comfortable. They are a little narrow for my wide feet, but I think they will stretch out a little more after a few more wears. They are really warm, but you may need to size up if you want to wear thick socks underneath. I had to walk through lots of slushy ice yesterday, but my feet were totally dry and the boots even dried off incredibly quickly! I was hesitant to spend this much for boots for only the winter, but I think they will last a long time and are a worthy investment.

These are the best snow boots I have ever had. They are warm, waterproof, comfortable, and have a good grip on the ice. I like the tread on the bottom, and the fact that it does not hold the snow when you go indoors, so you don't get the floor wet if you keep them on.

I LOVE THESE BOOTS! I ordered them at the onset of Chicago's worst winter in 30 years. They've kept my feet warm and TOTALLY dry in snow, slush, , rain, and sub zero weather. They're not very pretty but in this weather who cares? Order a half size up if you want to wear thick socks with these.

I bought these shoes almost a month ago, near the start of the Polar Vortex, after deliberating for days about spending this much. But it may have been the best money I ever spent. I bought half a size bigger (7.5 instead of my usual 7), which turned out to be the right decision. The leather might feel exceptionally tight around the ankles, especially when you first try the boots on, but they stretch and get very comfortable the more you wear them. I've been wearing them continuously over the past four weeks, I love them so much. The tread and traction on these boots is so amazing I call them my "All-Terrain Vehicle." I am very anxious walking in snow/slippery weather because of a weak ankle from a previous sprain, but I feel super confident venturing out in these. I've walked through a snowstorm, in snow several inches deep, on icy streets, stepped in ankle-deep puddles of slush, and through it all, my feet have remained dry and warm. I usually wear a thin cotton sock or a regular wool stocking. The boots are lined and very warm and I've found my feet getting uncomfortably hot and sweaty if I wear a thick pair of socks. If you find yourself walking in snowy weather and/or have large dogs that pull, this is the best pair of boots you can buy.

These are the most comfortable and warm boots that I have ever bought. They are also very lightweight.

These boots were great, easy on an off, seemed warm. There was something wrong with the fit of the left boot. I kept adjusting the orthotic, but I still noticed it. I knew it would bug me. They seemed they would be very warm, I wear 8 in Keen and they fit perfect (7.5 in shoes. I am 60 yr old owner of 2 min pins who needs a warm snow boot for our cold, snowy, slushy Chicago winters to walk my guys!! They're cute, fit over my jeans, but am sending back bc of fit issue. I really want the UGG Adirondack but so much $$$. May try Keen Hoodoo II!

I have some foot issues and so decided to look for roomy toebox snow boots and also ones with zipper, as I do not like to tie them on and off. I live in Midwest and rely on comfortable boots throughout the winters. I bought these after reading reviews. I wear orthotics and one of the reviewers did mention that he/she can wear these boots with the orthotics. I wear 9½ in athletic so ordered a pair of size 10 and another one in 10½. I removed the insole and inserted my orthotics and with a thick pair of cotton socks and 10½ fit much better. I returned the 10 and kept the 10½. These boots have really nice warm linings inside and cotton socks work very well. I love them so far. I am not a big fan of the looks of them, but I stopped thinking about the looks as long as they meet all of my other requirements. I do own a pair of Keen sandals with a back strap and I love those and that is one of the reasons that I wanted to try these boots and I am glad that I did. I love them. They are worth the money. Thank you, Zappos, I can order and try different sizes and brands from the comfort of my couch!

The boots are the best. They have great support and good soles for gripping in the ice and snow. Other people who have these same boots stop me to rave about them.

I needed an every day snow boot that would be able to wear for long periods of time and I have found it. Fits well and is wry comfortable. Feet stay warm but not too hot.

Really like these boots. Ordered them for both myself and my daughter. Very warm and pretty comfortable. They are a little stiff in the ankle flex to begin with but it loosens up with wear. They were a little tight at our normal sizes, we both got 1/2 size larger.

I love, love, love these boot. Comfortable, like slippers. Warm, but not hot. Would not hesitate to re-buy them. I bought 1/2 size larger than I wear to accommodate heavy socks... perfect fit. Can wear all day.

These boots have to be the best snow boots I have ever purchased! As soon as I put them on they felt like I was wearing my bedroom slippers. I had no problem driving in them either. They are so warm, I didn't even wear socks with them and believe me it has been very cold out. When my daughter saw them, she asked me to buy her a pair and I did. Great value, will probably last forever.

Most awesome winter boot I have owned! Ordered 1/2 size up for winter socks, runs true to size. Very comfortable, can pull on, warmest boot to date!

Fit perfectly and comfortable the first time I wore them. I usually wear a 5.5 and ordered a 5.5. I wore them for more than 5 hours the first time I slipped them on and no issues. I appreciate how sturdy the sole is. I haven't had the opportunity to test them in snow yet, but I think they will hold up well and keep me warm enough.

These boots are adorable and super comfortable right out of the box. They are not clunky or heavy. I have returned other snow boots because they were too rigid around the ankles, and made it felt like I was wearing ski boots. However, these boots are supportive yet flexible. I put them to the test today when I shoveled snow. They kept my feet warm and dry, and had good traction on the icy pavement. They are so cozy and lightweight I am able to still wear them around the house, and chase my toddler son around in them.

GREAT boot, really comfortable, can walk all day in them, with a firm midsole and torsional stability, RX orthotics fit very well in them. Nice looking boot as well. I went up 1/2 size so i can wear thick socks in them.

I have a number of foot problems including numb painful toes. Keens have a wide toe box which helps. The Betty II was comfortable right out of the box. My feet have stayed toasty warm. I can walk and snowshoe in comfort. The soles have great grip on ice. The shoe bed provides lots of cushion. I ordered a half size larger to accommodate heavy wool socks and orthotics. These boots look nice too. I have kicked all my other winter boots out of the closet. I highly recommend these boots.

Comfortable sole and support, flexible. A bit too narrow. Yes, I've wide toe/forefoot. Keen has had a name for accommodating but after trying several of their boots...at least 2 in the appropriate size were a bit too snug with normal thickness socks.

These are my 3rd pair of Keen Boots. I decided I needed slip on boots to easily walk the dog and since I have lower back issues, didn't want to always tie my laces to go out for a few minutes. These boots are warm, offer excellent stability (I have knee issues also)and are very grippy on icey surfaces. I live in Northern WY where snow boots gets used 9 months of the year. I am smitten with these boots and continue on my Keen trajectory for snow/outdoor shoes.

These boots are so warm and also very comfortable. I did order half size up to accommodate thick socks. Not really necessary as the boots have a warm soft lining. I love them!

I am always an 8 in Brooks running shoes, Asics, and Nike. I ordered an 8½ and they fit great. I use orthotics, and the liner is removable in these boots and I can insert my arch supports. There are cuter boots out there, but I need high quality and functional. I read many reviews on many different sites and these are highly rated.

It was love at first sight with these boots! They are super cool looking and extremely well made. I doubt I will ever have to buy another pair of boots!

Warm, cozy, keep you dry, not the "prettiest" boots on the planet but they get the job done and I'm happy with them.

Everything I was looking for in a boot. Easy on, zipper side, good looking, water proof, warm. Most of all cute with great traction sole! Very happy! Magnet custard color; great color!

These do not fit as well as the keen lace ups. However, they are easy on/off and for short city errands just fine. I will not use them for walks in the woods and winter camping as they do not fit as close or well.
