These are nice boots. The foot bed is very comfortable. I like Keens and have worn them before, especially after I suffered a foot injury. The arch support is good, and it helps that the boots give added support to my ankles. The toe box is wide enough to allow my toes room, which I appreciate. I ordered a 7 and a half even though in other shoes I am normally a 7. These boots are good quality, look just like the picture, and while a bit stiff to begin with, break in easy.

My heart is breaking. These were really cute....but my wide feet couldn't take them. (Size 11/12, and a heavy set person) I also have a high instep which was not a problem with these boots. I felt like they also had good arch support which only makes it harder to say goodbye. I really liked the fur lining. It was soft and comfortable against my legs so that I could just wear regular length socks in them. They also seemed like they would do well in the snow. Booo. I wish Keen made "Wide"!

I ordered these boots to be my "go-to-the-the-barn-every-morning" boots. I had a different kind of boot last year and I wore through the backs of them. I like the easy-in style of these and true to Keen form, they feel great from the jump. I have started wearing them on my morning hikes with the dogs, and they are super comfy...they'll be great once the snow flies.

Comfortable boot. Looking forward to wearing them when the snow falls. I needed a bit larger boot to wear wool socks. This boot fit the bill.

Love these boots! Keep me dry and warm when walking/ playing ball with my 2 Golden Retrievers in the rain. Easy to slip on & off! Good traction & able to move easily. My foot is wide and they are super comfortable. Always love Keen's for this reason.

I love love these boots! I had the Betty Boot 1, very good support. These are taller and a great improvement. I have long since given up on Keen sizing though I have relied on these sturdy shoes since they first came out. I have moved from 9.5 to 10s, and I think I got these in 10.5, crazy. I walk dogs and red is my business color. I dislocated and broke my ankle last May but feel fine walking in these boots. I have some ultra warm boots but they don't have the support, and I have not been cold in these, in spite of another Polar Vortex in crispy Minnesota. Try a couple of sizes, but buy these boots!

These boots started out a bit stiff -- felt almost like ski boots when I first put them on. After a week or so of daily wear, these are the best winter boots I've ever owned. They feel true to size, but with enough room for heavy winter socks. My feet stay warm but don't overheat, the tread is really aggressive when walking through snow, and I've walked through big puddles of muck with no leaking in. This has been a really snowy winter up here in New England -- record snows -- and I take the bus, so I'm outside and walking quite a bit. These boots are a real winner.

Love these! Bought them a few weeks ago. Worth every penny. My feet are warm. My feet are dry. I feel confident walking (carefully) on ice. The height is good. My calves fit fine. I can fit dress pants into the boots. I can fit jeans outside of the boots. They fit me perfectly right out of the box. I wore them for about 15 hours straight one day last week and have zero complaints. I had a pair of Keen boots for about a decade, and wanted to buy the same, but Keen discontinued the style I owned. I tried a cheapie pair of boots last year and completely regretted it. I chose to buy this style from Keen this year, and I couldn't be happier.

I bought these boots specifically for commuting to work in snow, slush and ice. They have worked out perfectly! They are much less clunky than my Sorels, and way better support than my Uggs. My feet stay dry and they don't get sweaty. I highly recommend these boots!

I got these for a recent trip to Iceland (plus I live in NYC and can use them here as well). They worked great! I've walked quite a bit in them between Iceland and NYC, and my feet have always been comfortable. When it was really cold out, my feet did eventually get cold too, but I think there's a limit to how warm boots can keep your feet when your whole body is cold. Overall, my feet are definitely warmer in these than in other shoes/boots I own. I normally wear 8.5, which is what I got in these, and they fit great. (I tried the 9 as well, and they were too big.) My legs are pretty skinny, and I wouldn't mind if they were a little tighter around the ankle/calf, but they are fine as is. And though you lose the ability to adjust the tightness when you don't have laces, I really love how easy they are to get in and out of quickly. Overall, great buy. Definitely recommend them.

These were given as a gift, and were a huge hit! I was off by a size in my estimation, but Zappos made the return and exchange incredibly easy and hassle-free. I began the process by placing another order, but then discovered the (easy-peasy) Zappos wrong-size exchange process. I called the customer loyalty team to cancel my re-order. They not only answered the phone quickly, but cancelled my second order and helped me set up the exchange - wow! The boots are loved by the recipient, and Zappos will now be my 'go-to' store ... thanks!

I absolutely love these boots! I rely on my Keen Newport sandals in the summertime, and am so happy to find a winter counterpart. These have the exact same sizing and feel as Keen's summer shoes. The traction and degree of warmth are both great - I walk a 1/2 mile to work and back at a ski resort in January with no discomfort.

Fantastic. Fit perfect, no slipping as you walk. Nice and snug, nice and warm. Very comfortable! Best boot I've ever owned.

I ordered my regular 8 1/2 size. I even wear 8 1/2 in cowboy boots. However, these were way too small. I sent them back and ordered a 9. These fit perfectly. They are super warm. We haven't had any ice/snow to test them in. I'm confident they'll do fine. I only wish they'd had the black color in my size.

I have over a dozen pair of Keen shoes and sandals and figured, why not try the boots. They are cute but a little stiff initially but after wearing 2 times they are much better. Very easy to put on and warm.

I am very happy with my purchase. This boot fits true to size with thin or thick socks and keeps my feet warm. I highly recommend this boot for winter.

I love these boots. I especially love them because there are no laces. The tread is excellent and the boots are light. I usually wear an eight and since it was a bit wide all over I had to put in another insole on top of theirs. That did the trick. They are very warm too.

I received these as a gift, and they are great for the winter weather. They fit well and are warm with adequate grip.

I love my Betty Boots! I wanted boots that were basically pull on, warm, water proof and most importantly with excellent traction to deal with packed snow and ice on my daily dog walks. These boots rock it on every front! These are the snow tires of snow boots. The fit is perfect, nice and wide. Comfortable for walks of a few miles at least, and nice looking enough that I can even get away with wearing them to work. I am super happy with the Betty Boot II.

Bought these as my everyday boots up in snowy Upstate NY. They are awesome! Warm, comfortable, reasonably stylish, and I can zip them up easily while holding a squirmy 2 yr old. I have wide feet and these are perfect for me - no pinching at all. I also have muscular calves and these are plenty roomy. Decent arch support too.

I normally wear an 8 - this boot fits perfectly with thicker socks in size 8. I also tried 8.5 just to be sure and it was too big even with socks. These are a tad on the dressy side, great grip, too nice for muddin around which is exactly what I needed. Zappos returns folks ARE SO AWESOME. I had just received a previous set of boots that did not fit correctly. I had a question about the return and mentioned I was bummed because it was going to snow tomorrow and the boots didn't fit. Zappos sent these Betty Boots overnight at no charge!! So unexpected and so appreciated!!! THANKS GUYS AND DOLLS!! you do a great job!

Shoe color is actually more like an army/camouflage deep olive green leather and blackish canvas. It's definitely not brown, but goes well with brown clothing. Arch support is okay, but I still have to wear my orthotics with them. These have a narrow heel -- which I need. I'd tried a pair of Merrell Decora Chant, but the heel was too wide for my foot. The Merrell boot is much more stylish and doesn't look like a traditional snow boot, but this one works better for my feet.

These were just the boots that I needed. They are waterproof, warm and skid proof. I can do what I need to in deeper snow with no worries! They are cute with leggings as well!

Big calves beware! I love the boot, just got to use them in a snowstorm, the grip was great. But I have big calves they barely zipped up and I have to wear thin socks or non boot socks. I liked them too much to return though. Keeps warms as advertised.
