TOO loose in heel.

I had seen other reviews describing heel slippage and hoped it would not be a problem for me; however, the slippage was too much for me and would drive me crazy eventually. I loved the appearance of the shoe but it just didn't fit properly. I'm disappointed to have to return it.

This shoes is cute but has a short toe box with a feel that was at least 1 size smaller than advertised. I was disappointed even after I tried stretching them.

These are really cute, and seemed to fit well, but rubbed a blister on my ankle first thing. Sad - Clarks are usually really comfortable.

I'm not sure if they're too long for a size 10 or too wide for a Medium. They just don't fit properly. Too bad as they are beautifully made with top leather.

Liked the shoe, but it slipped up and down at my heels. Have the same pair in black, but shoes are not sized consistently.

I needed more support and the heel of the shoe was not supportive. My heel kept slipping up out of the shoe when I walked. But, I loved the looks of the shoe.

From the picture, the colors of the shoe looked like a deeper brown or oxblood than they are in real life. Plus, the D width is not wide enough for my foot. The leather is nice, though - I wish they fit! Returning.

Fit great front half of foot; back (heel) very sloppy (too wide there).

The color was perfect, but the support in the ball of the foot was lacking. Could not wear.

I have only worn these shoes twice and they have loosened terribly in the width. Very disappointed.

Have had several pairs of Clarks in the past and loved them. However on this pair the right shoe was bigger than the left shoe. I probably should have sent them back but have always loved my Clark's so I didn't. I had to put an insole in the right shoe to help tighten it up some. The left shoe has stretched out some as all shoes do but right is still bigger. I may have to put an additional insole in it to tighten it up some more. I have had great luck with Clark's shoes in the past and will still buy them. I have a large foot - size 12 - and it is hard to find nice women's shoes in that size.

Very uncomfortable. I ordered a 9N, my usual size, but they seemed a tad short. I exchanged for a 9 1/2 N but they seemed no longer, too wide, and very uncomfortable. Clarks have always been a good shoe for me. Not the case with these.

I usually really like Clarks, but didn't love this shoe. I think the problem is that I'm right in between an 11 and a 12, but even the eleven felt tight in the toe box but slippery in the heel (which I saw that other reviewers noted as well). The stitching is more prominent in reality than in the picture, so I returned them (love you Zappos!). I'll keep trying...

This shoe was way too short - wondered if I had ordered or been sent the wrong size.

Beautiful shoe but it runs big.

This is a very good-looking shoe-- a real classic. But it runs very short (order at least a half-size longer than usual), and even the N has a heel wide enough that I walked out of the shoe. I had to return them.

Less of a heel than I thought. Almost like a flat time which I don't find comfortable. Plus, remind me of the penny loafers my mom made me wear to school when I was 10.

Love the style and color of shoes but fit is problem. I have narrow ankle and shoes slip when I walk. Think it will only get worse when worn frequently.

loved the shoe, however it runs large,and the heel is way to wide. Have other Clark shoes where the 8N is a perfect fit.

These shoes are NOT true to size. I ordered my usual size 7-wide, sent them back for a 6 1/2-wide, sent THOSE back for a 6-wide, and are now sending those back as well. I would order a size 5 1/2-wide but that size is not offered. Sorry I have to give up as I really like the look and style of this shoe.

They were a little large, but I didn't like the material.

Color isn't as dark as on the picture

Overall shoes were the right length, but my toes hit the end of the shoes on the outside because of the odd angle of the cut of the shoe.
