Moderate support.

I liked the style and was delighted when I saw they were available in narrow widths. Unfortunately, they were wider than my narrow foot and felt a bit longer than a true 8. I love Zappos, though, for continuing to allow me the freedom to try on shoes offered in narrow widths and to send back those that don’t fit. Occasionally, I end up with a pair that works for me.

I have a wide foot with a high instep. These loafers felt narrower than they should have, and the shoes did not have enough room across the top to allow for a high instep.

I ordered this shoe in both black and burgundy. The fit varied significantly. I’m keeping the black pair, which was comfortable; returning the burgundy pair, which felt much smaller.

Darling shoe! So pretty looks good with skirts, dress pants, jeans. The length of the shoe was true to size but the shoe is too wide, even though I ordered a Narrow. With thicker socks, it's fine; but with thin socks, or no socks, my feet fall out of the shoe.

I have a narrow heel, and even though I ordered this shoe in narrow, the heel was too wide and slipped off my foot.

Beautiful shoes. The slant of the sole seemed to throw my foot towards the toe making it very uncomfortable. Quality excellent like all Clarks but this style actually did some damage to my feet. Thanks to the Zappo return policy, am able to return them..

Runs big.

Much as I really like the looks and construction of the shoe, I fear I'll have to go along with what others say about the fit. I ordered this shoe twice in different sizes, and yet it still failed to fit alongside the back of the heel. Regretfully I had to return it.

This shoe would be very comfortable if it were not too big. I ordered my normal size, 6 Wide, but even with socks it flopped up and down with every step. This pair has to go back.

They are super comfy and I love how they feel. However, I ordered the multi brown and it does not look as good as it does in photos. It is very dull and there is barely a difference between the two colors. I actually thought they sent they wrong one at first. I am keeping them because they are so comfy but overall not what I was looking for.

The shoe is very cute, unfortunately it was just not comfortable for me in the toe box.

Unfortunately, these shoes slipped off my foot. I must have a narrow heal as most shoes are not tight in the heal for me. Other than that they fit. I wish they made the shoes a little more narrow in the heal to prevent slippage. I had to return them. They are very cute otherwise.

The heel is huge and my foot slips out. I really wanted these to work out:(

Topo short and I ordered the multi and received the brown.

The multi-brown 10W is a beautiful shoe. The color was a beautiful glossy wine/cherry brown and dark chocolate. The length was true, the footbed has a great cushiony feel and the leather around the toe and heel area was sturdy. However the sides of the shoes popped outward when I walked. The sides was just way to flexible. I thought that if I ordered the 10M it would fit. This was not the case. The 10M sides did not pop outward. But now they were to snugged against my bunions. Also, the 10M multi-brown was a totally different color. The brown now was more of a dull chocolate brown with a dark brown. It was not the glossy wine/cherry brown that I really liked. The style gets a 4 rating due to the lack of side support. Sadly I had to return.

Loved the shoe style and comfort, but I walked right out of them. Purchased a half size smaller and still the same situation. The heel is too big probably due to the wide width. Unfortunately they are being returned.

Unfortunately, I had to return these shoes. Think the shoe would have been fairly comfortable and it was a style I believe I would have been happy with. I ordered a size 7 my regular size in Clarks shoe but, this shoe felt at least 1 size larger. Every time I took a step it slipped off my heal, with that being said, I was reluctant to order a smaller size.

Super-cute shoes! I was sorry I had to return them. I wear an orthotic, and these turned up in the results for my search for an "orthotic-friendly" shoe. I should have read with more attention because it was noted in the question/answer section that the insoles are not removable. Had I seen that I would not have ordered them. Unfortunately, they do not work with an orthotic. If you don't wear an orthotic I would not hesitate to recommend.

I am sorry to say I had to return this shoe. It is a beautiful shoe, but the heel was quite wide for a N width and I could not keep it on.

Loved the shoe and very disappointed when it didn't fit properly. Did not appear that the left shoe was constructed correctly. Had to return.

Seems to run very large. I ordered a smaller size and hope they fit.

These loafer are ok- I ordered a wide and it was just barely wider than a regular width. Standard for the brand, I find. They fit ok, but were a little stiff and therefore not comfortable on my bunion. The little tab decoration on the vamp however kept flipping up and not staying consistently “tied” was annoying. I loved this shoe; the color, style, and great foot bed. Clark is a shoe I usually can count on but this one seemed to be to narrow across the foot with a thicker sock and to big with a thinner sock and the heel (depending on how thick a sock you wore), was to big with thin socks and to tight with somewhat thicker socks. I am sad I will have to send back, for this is a shoe I have been looking for to in quite a while. Oh well, off again for another search

This shoe color was not even close to what it looked like on line. The colors were drab and it simply did not look sharp. The fit was passable, but the style was lacking. If it would have been more like the picture I may have kept it. I sent them back and ordered a different pair that had much more style.
