Love the way they felt, but too tight in the toe box

They were too tight in the toe box, so having to return, very comfortable feeling otherwise

This shoe runs smaller in size. I wear an 11 narrow and it was too small! Had to return!

Did not like the style.

I this shoe seemed very stiff to me. It was maybe was a half size to large . I didn’t think it was very stylish at all. But it was SAS and they are not known for style more comfort. Thank You Zappos for the quick credit. You are the best.

Although a very comfortable shoe, they run wide. I usually wear a M width. My heel was coming out as I walked. Returned for a Narrow, which fit perfectly.

I loved the shoe but it was too wide in the heel and slipped up and down as I walked. I had to return them.

These shoes were cute on the screen, but I didn't care for them as much in person. And when I tried them on, I felt off balance.

I ordered the same shoe, different color in 12 wide because of the closed toe, returned because to big, then ordered in 12 medium and still too big.

This shoe fit very well as expected. I was disappointed with the color. The shoes I received wasn’t remotely close to the picture online. Not even close to maroon as listed for the multi color. Can you check to see if I got the right pair?

After wearing for awhile even with my own arc supports I was uncomfortable because the shoe was not supportive enough

I own other Clarks and these were too small and too narrow. Alas, Zappos was out of the next size up in my color.

I normally wear an 8.5 W. The Ashland Bubble feels a little large in the Wide sizes, and slips off my heel as so many wide shoes do. (Why can't shoe manufacturers get that when we say "Wide" we mean in the TOES where bunions are, not the heels?) I found a Clark's May Marigold in an 8.5 M in a store and that fit fine.

I purchased this shoe in navy and after I received that pair, I REALLY liked how comfortable they were. So I ordered another pair in black. However, the black pair was too small, I think maybe between a half size to possibly a whole size too small. I am so disappointed, but I hesitated in purchasing another pair of these great shoes in black for fear they wouldn't fit either. In the meantime, I am enjoying wearing the navy pair. They are sooo comfortable. It's like walking on air, truly. If you are on your feet a lot, then try these shoes!!

I love this shoe but too short and wide for my 12 N or S foot. Very difficult to order good looking styles that fit. Had to return. Clarke’s usually don’t work for me but I thought this style would..no?

A somewhat cute shoe with reasonable comfort. I went through 4 different sizes and never got the right fit. My normal size is a 8.5w. The sizes I tried: 8.5 W - too long, walked out of it 8.0 W - too narrow 8.0 WW - too long again, too big in the heel 7.5 WW - too short AHHHHHHHHHH! In the end they just weren’t THAT cute or THAT comfortable for the effort. They all went back.

I don't understand why THIS pair of Clark's didn't fit the same as the other pair of them that I ordered in Navy. The exact same shoe, just a different color. I was disappointed, but at least I have a pair in Navy. The Navy one is VERY comfortable!

I ordered these shoes in both W and WW. The WW fit well in the foot but then the heel was too big. I thought at first that I would deal with it, but I kept looking at them and the more I looked, the less I liked them. No style and an odd shape. So back go both pairs

The color is an ugly greenish taupe, not gold at all. The leather on this one is crinkly. Fail on quality control. Order a different color, as this style is very nice.

Looks great, but no traction. Will be slippery in the rain.

I love the look of this shoe, but it fits more snugly than I would like. There is some kind of "wad" of material at the tip of the toe that is annoying. Since they are leather, I am hanging in there with them, wearing them around the house to stretch them out. I had ordered the next size up but they were too big and gapped on the sides.

I wanted very much to keep these handsome shoes; the design and quality are excellent. However, as other reviewers have noted, the shoes are appropriately narrow in the toe, but wide through the side and heel.

I was very disappointed the right shoe fit perfect and was very comfortable then I put on the left shoe and it felt a 1/2 size smaller. Not sure if a size larger would work or not?

This shoe was extremely comfortable. However, it was not as attractive in hand as it appeared in the photos. Returning because I don't think I would wear it enough to justify the purchase.
