I love this shoe and I love being seen in this shoe. Great for chilly winter days. I haven't used it in a downpour but I made out fine in the unusually snowy winter we had.

When I first ordered these, I wanted the gray but they were out of my size. I ordered the elk and loved them. When the gray became available, I just had to get them too. They are very comfortable and stylish, not to mention warm. I get compliments every time I wear either pair. I would definitely recommend these boots.

Loved them because of the wide toe, impermeability, and adjustability with the strap on the back since I have thin legs, I can tighten the straps and boots don´t flap. But since this style does not have zipper, a bit harder to put on and off.

A great boot! I usually wear an 8 or 8 1/2, and had to order the 8 (the next size up was a 10, which definitely wasn't going to work). Happily, I didn't have any issues with the boot running small - the 8 fits me perfectly. So far, they've been very waterproof and very warm. I'm excited to get through the rest of the winter dry and warm!

The best winter boot I have ever bought! Go up a size. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 and these boots I have are a 9.5. I love the cinnamon better than the shale. I'm buying them in black too. Very warm.

Great snow boots. Just enough insulation to keep you warm without being too bulky. The footbed is roomy so you can wear extra socks if you need to. Everyone said to size up so I did, and then the boots were too big. I wear and 8.5 and 8.5 is the size that fit me in these boots. I recommend looking at the size chart on the Sorel website. It lets you measure your own foot and then choose the best size. I got these in the gray/shale color and they are gorgeous.

I am so bummed! Ordered a half size up and should have also gotten the next size up because the boots arrived and the are awesome but they don't fit. The back heel pushes my toes forward and the 10 is a must. Unfortunately, now they are sold out. so sad. If someone is looking for the shale color in a 9.5, they are coming back.

Love them. Comfortable, warm, waterproof and cute. These boots helped me survive the polar vortex that descended upon Chicago at the beginning of the year.

Needed a good boot to wear in wintry rainy London. I called Sorel directly to find out for sure if these were appropriate for 40-60 degree wet weather, the lady reassured me and said she had a pair she lives in up in the Pacific Northwest. Sold! Like the other comments I ordered a 1/2 size up and they are perfect with a warm sock on (I wear a thin wool ski sock and my feet are super toasty!). I'm a solid size 8 and the 8.5 fits great! They are comfy out of the box. Love these a ton (I actually have them in shale, and completely adore the color).

I do not know where to start. These boots are amazing. They look fabulous and people are always asking me who makes them and where I got them. They are no fooling waterproof and warm. I live in southeast Michigan, and have been wearing them every day in single digit weather, lots of snow. I love these boots so much that I may actually be sad when spring comes.

I looked for these boots all over and couldn't find them except online. After seeing that Zappos offered free shipping/returns I decided to order! I got them in just a few days and these are my absolute favorite boots! They are so warm and comfy and adorable! I have been getting so many compliments! Worth every penny! I am usually a 7 and ordered a 7.5, the fit is perfect!

I bought these in black and I couldn't be happier. I usually wear a 9.5 or 10 (10.5 running shoe), and I initially ordered a 10. But when they started selling out, I panicked and ordered a 10.5 based on the reviews they ran small. I ended up keeping the 10.5. I have another pair of 9.5 boots and they seem to be the same size as the 10.5 Sorels. The ankles are a bit tight at first but have loosened up. There's plenty of room for thick socks. These are by far my favorite boots ever. They are so cozy and warm and perfect for sloppy winter weather. I love having foul weather boots that I can wear with a dress to work and still look pulled together. Highly recommend them! If I could find the grey in stock, I might just order a second pair! This was also my first Zappos order. They made the return so easy. What great service -- I will definitely be sending them more money in the future.

First of all, the boot fits (finally) and I love it. More importantly is how AMAZING Zappos is to work with. Long story short they sent replacement boots in under 24 hours. I don't even know how that is possible!! I will hesitate before buying shoes anywhere else!

I just love these boots! There are plenty of reviews to read through and for good reason. I am always running cold and am tired of wearing my UGG boots all the time. I wanted something with more style and a little more practicality especially in wet weather. These hit the spot. They are warm and keep you dry, have nice traction on the rubber bottom, and are very stylish. I have small feet. 4.5 and I usually wear a 5. I read that they ran small but even in past experience I always have stayed true to size even when shoes ran small. I ordered a size 5 and they were indeed too small. I strongly suggest ordering a half size up. My only complaint with this shoe is that it is hard to get on and off. Walk around with them long enough or wear uber thick socks and you may need a second party to help with their removal.

The tricky part with this boot is getting the right size. I ordered my normal shoe size (9) but my toes were touching the front even while sitting. I thought that I should try a 10 (full size bigger), but my feet felt like they were walking out of the boot. I got the 9.5 (half a size bigger), and they are perfect. These boots are warm (fully lined with Thinsulate) and waterproof. I ordered the shale color which I thought was the cutest (although I would have loved to have gotten a tusk or elk color from previous years).

Great boots! Warm, comfortable to walk in and so stylish... get lots of compliments everywhere I go... love the fact that I can wear them in rain, snow or when it's sunny and look perfect.

Love these boots and got them just in time for Denver's single digit temps. They are lined with fleece down the whole boot and shoe. They aren't the easiest to get on, there is no zipper. But they keep my feet warm even with a thin sock on. I did order a half size up, but my foot is narrow so I have some room in them, but that doesn't bother me. Leaves me options to wear a thicker sock or a thinner one.

These are perhaps the cutest boots that I have ever owned. They are on the same level as Frye when it comes to style, but warmer. They are so practical too! I love putting them on and knowing they can weather the elements while keeping me in style. They are the perfect bit of warmth for a WI winter, but I will continue to put on my Sorel Joan of Arctic when the temps get below zero. I strongly recommend these boots for style and versatility!

These shoes do run a little snug. I usually fall between an 8.5 and a 9. The 9 fit well, just not with thicker socks. Otherwise I would say these are gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for. And I ordered them last night, and Wham, they were on my porch this afternoon. Bravo Zappos.

Great boot! Love the style and definitely a good alternative to plain winter boots like Uggs. I sized up half a size due to other reviews saying they fun small and they fit well - the foot base part is a bit loose (but I have very narrow feet) while the ankle part fits more snugly. I'm able to fit jeans inside them which is great, and there's definitely enough room for thicker socks with sizing up.

Love my new Sorel Slimpak boot. I read other reviews that says they fit a little small so I did purchase them 1/2 size larger. Good call. With warm, thick socks they will be perfect!

Love them! I wear a 9 - 9 1/2 shoe. The 9 fit perfectly. I wear a wool sock in them. No sweat.
