Amazing. My daughter loves them! It is so hard to find comfortable shoes for her that are more dressy. She loved these immediately and wanted to wear them all day.

These are the perfect shoes for those little girls who have high arches. The strap is plenty long enough to give her room to make that comfortable adjustment. These shoes are super comfortable and durable. This is the second pair that we have purchased. She outgrew the other pair.

Excellent Customer Service! It took only 1 day for my order to arrive,size 3.5. Perfect shoes-but half a size too big for my daughter. I contacted customer service via live help. Nichole took my inquiry; she helped me make a return label and in 2 days, I got the correct size. I also got a confirmation that the shoes I returned have been received. Customer service at its finest.

My daughter has wide feet with a high instep and these were perfect! She said they are very comfortable and very cushiony. They are sturdy enough for recess and perfect for uniforms or just a good solid school shoe. They do scuff easily though.

My granddaughter needs a wide, and Zappos is where I order all of her shoes. I have never had a problem. They are prompt with the delivery. I only wish they had more boots to pick from in a wide. Great place to shop.

I have bought these shoes for my daughter since she was 2. She's 7 now and we are still fans. These are a must. Very comfy since she has a wide foot. Seemingly true to size. Love them!

Overall this has been a good school shoe for my 5 year old daughter. She has been wearing these a couple times a week for about a month and they seem to be holding up well. She plays very rough and is generally hard on clothes and shoes. They were starting to look a little worn, but I put some polish on them and they look great again.

My daughter started pre k 3 and wears a uniform (navy/khaki/white). I purchased these as everyday school shoes. These shoes are supportive, comfortable (I've heard no complaints) They have velcro closure so she can open them by herself. These are a perfect shoe for school.
