The purchase was done online, the product was too lose, than I tried the store they didn't have the color I was looking for. When it arrived it wasn't the same fit as the one on the store. Disappointed.

Its a garbage jacket don't buy it. I am super mad about this jacket. I got cold wearing this jacket. Its not warm enough , insulation is very weak. wind blows right through. The only good thing about it its very light weight. All other function are poor. It also good for slim people. If you have shoulders and nice chest this jacket will be very tight on you feels very uncomfortable. So to make long story short do not buy this jacket.

I don't get it. I bought this a couple years ago when it first came out and I have been so unimpressed with it since. I can wear a thermal shirt and this jacket and still be cold in a windy 47 degrees. what good is that ??? its lighter but no better than a jacket costing 1/4th of what this cost. and when it gets cold this things is totally useless

Nice jacket but sizing didn't work out. Returned it almost 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my credit. Had to call customer service twice. If you need to return and live next to a NF store best to bring it back there unless you want a charge on your credit card for 3+ weeks

I was really excited to see TNF was selling tall sizes; however I wouldn't say this is geared for tall people. They do provide measurement of the back, so we knew length was borderline when ordering. My husband is 6'7" and 275 lbs for reference. There was no sleeve measurement provided. Reality was that he needed another 3 inches in the sleeves and maybe another 2 inches or so in length. Plenty of room in the actual jacket, so if you're even remotely thin, this will be way too big from a girth perspective. Ultimately, we returned. TNF, please try again and make the jacket actually tall and not just big!

Thermoball is just a fancy variant of Primaloft and it is worthless below 50F. The sizing is very frumpy. I am 6'2" 160 lb, athletic build and normally wear Medium shirts/jackets. I have to wear the Thermoball full zip in Small for a proper torso/arm fit, but Large for proper length. The problem with Medium and Large is that it is very frumpy around the torso. These are just made too short. The worst part is the insulation is so thin that I can't wear this by itself below 50 degrees. Even as a midlayer, it is too cold.

Zipper fell off after third where. In addition found item in another store for $30 less. Northface does not price match. Disappointed right now.

Ordered this on line. The jacket looks as if it has been sprayed with bleach, has small random blotches of faded colour, looks noting like the picture on the website. Fit is excellent but poor quality control relating to colour. Returned for refund

Unless you are making excess body heat this will not keep you warm. I tried it for commuting and was not warm with it, and winter has not hit yet. Zippers are cheap and one of the pocket zippers broke on the second day of use. Taking back to store.

Absolutely not warm at all, unless you wear underneath a larger jacket. For $200 and North Face, I would expect more, unfortunately, it misses the mark.

Thought the jacket would be nice for the winter. It looks like a think warm up jacket and for $ 200.00 I expected much more than that

The real problem was the material felt like a nerve agent on the neck.

The MEN'S THERMOBALL FULL ZIP JACKET by The North Face has only two pockets. I have never seen a jacket with less than three pockets, which is the minimum that I need.

I have had this jacket for 4 months now. The weight and warmth are great. My complaint is the terrible way it is stitched. If you get near to or rub against ANYTHING, the stitching pulls loose and you are left with a long looped thread hanging loose. You can't get the thread to go back into shape and you sure can't cut it off or the whole jacket will come apart. North Face really dropped the quality control on this product. I would never buy this again because of the horrible stitching.

I should first say I love Northface and have many of their products. Will buy many more in the future. That said this jacket is a big miss. There is no substance to it and provides virtually no warmth. Unless you are someone that doesn't normally 'feel cold' I wouldn't suggest this item for anything colder than 50 degrees? Lastly - the price for this jacket compared to what you get with other, more substantial jackets Northface offers is way high. 200 dollars gets you some great Northface warm jackets. I could see maybe 99.99 for this coat for what you get.

Wore it an hour a day for 3 weeks, walking the dog, over a competitors vest, and under a competitors light jacket. The Primaloft is osmosing out from the sides, under the arms like crazy. Not sure why no one else seems to have this issue. I've worn a competitors synthetic filled jacket for two years, and there is not one bit of fluff showing. It looks like my t-shirts do when they get washed with a kleenex in the washing machine. It is warm, but come on, oozing the filling already?
