Temps in Oregon have been steadily in the 30s-50s this winter, and I needed a jacket that would keep me warm and dry through the rainy season. This jacket definitely fits the bill. It's completely waterproof, and sometimes it might almost keep me too warm if it reaches the mid-50s, but it depends on what I'm wearing underneath. It has a TON of pockets (5 outside and 3 inside!!!), which is a major plus. I often leave the house with just this and no purse now. It's a little bit bulky, but not excessively so. The sherpa-lined hood also keeps me warm without a hat, and it adjusts well to stay on. I prefer the hood without the fur, so I've taken that off, and the snaps that fasten it aren't noticeable. I also always wear it without the belt and find it looks fine like that. I'm 5 feet tall and ~110 lbs, and the small fits well with room for a thick sweater or fleece on underneath. The jacket goes to approximately just above my knees, which is great for keeping my legs dry. Sleeves are a little long because of my height, but it keeps my hands warm without gloves, so I don't really mind.

I just recently moved to Fort Leonard Wood for training. I needed a good jacket that was lightweight and able to keep me warm in cold temperatures. This has far exceeded my expectations. It looks very flattering when wearing it. The Omni-tech material is amazing. I bought a puffer style jacket a few years back from Columbia with the material and was very impressed. It gets pretty cold here and the jacket keeps me very warm. I even purchased one for my Grandmother. Would definitely recommend to someone living in colder weather locations.

I love this coat. I'm always getting compliments on it. The belt makes the design so beautiful. It's also kept me super warm this winter.

This is a great winter coat for NE Ohio. The fit is very good.

This is a very nice and flattering jacket. Love the belt and how it gives my body some curves. I ordered the Black Cherry and irs beautiful. It does run a little small from the arms, I am originally a Large but had to get an XL to feel a little more comfortable. Im happy with my purchase.

Ordered an M (167cm/72kg), fits perfectly. It is warm enough for -5C (22F). The number, size, and location of pockets is great. I'm happy with this coat.

Very nice style that bridges between city use and extreme outdoor conditions. Love the belt detail and the removable fur on the hood. Feels Like it will last fir years to come.

My favorite jacket, it's quite warm. Ordered a small and I can still wear a sweater without using up all the space. I am 5ft 5" weighing 115lb. I am very happy about my purchase. The belt is my most favorite.

My wife loves this coat. It has the durability and functionality that she is used to from her past Columbia coats with a different look lent by the belt and leather features. Super happy with my purchase.

Needed a high quality, fashionable yet functional jacket. Although it has not been used in a harsh environment I am confident it will perform to our needs. I have found the Omni Heat feature to work extremely well in other products so I'm confident this jacket will perform as well.

this jacket is both functional and good looking. Gave it to my daughter as a Christmas present and she really likes it.

I originally got a small which is my usual size for Columbia jackets, but traded it in for a medium which fits perfectly. The small was too constricting for me, and the medium does not look much bigger due to the belt around the waist.

I LOVE THIS COAT. It fits perfectly, is warm and cozy, and covers my butt without being obnoxious. I removed the fur and belt because I'm not about that life, and it's my new favorite thing. If you are on the fence, buy this coat. It is wonderful.

I love this jacket. It's lightweight but keeps you very warm. The belt adds a little bit of style and helps the jacket from looking bulky while wearing it.

Purchased for my daughter 4 years ago, for very cold temperature up in buffalo for her first yr of college and she's still wearing it but now in NYC. Decided to buy her another coat because she is definitely in love with her jacket.. Thanks Columbia for keeping my precious daughter" nice and warm.
