I love these shoes! No "break in" period was needed. The first day I wore them to the gym, there was another lady and her daughter and they both were wearing the same shoes. I am so happy I bought these!

This is my 2nd pair of Asics Gel Nimbus, I had the 12 and this one The Nimbus 15 is by far a better, more padded, comfy shoe! I got the Wine and love it, get compliments all the time. Would purchase again.

Absolutely positively love these sneakers! I was fitted at a running store and am glad I was. I admit they are expensive, but worth every penny. I have a big and wide (size 11) foot and these fit great. Couldn't say enough about them!

Love! I have been wearing the Nimbus for years and I always think I will try something new when they wear out, but end up back at the Nimbus. Super comfortable. The yellow/green color is a bit on the neon side, but love them anyways!

I've lost track of how many Gel Nimbus shoes I've had...but many in the last 5 years of my nursing career. As an ER nurse, this is the only shoe I will wear to work. They typically last 6-12 months (which kind of stinks related to the cost) but are so worth it. There is no break in period, are comfortable from day one...and I am incredibly impressed with the extra cushion in this latest model, cannot wait to wear them to work tomorrow! I waited way too long to replace the Nimbus 14 purple special edition ones.

So, I ordered the Nimbus 15. Of course Zappos got the shoes to me in three days. So, the color was extreme. What can I say? I love purple. And the fit, comfort and performance of the shoe are astounding! It's everything I had hoped it would be and more. Very pleased.

Love these Asics! I am training for a marathon and the gel comfort makes all the difference.

Best Shoe I've ever worn. Wouldn't wear anything but the Gel Nimbus. It is so comfortable, cushy and also supportive. Nothing else I've ever tried can compete.

I LOVE these sneakers. Every time I need a new pair of running sneaks, I buy a new color of these! They truly are the best running shoes. Especially if you're a toe striker. They are like walking/running on CLOUDS.

Excellent shoe! I have been experiencing shin pain while walking in my old pair of Asics but as soon as I put these new ones on, I haven't had any pain! Very comfy! I will always stick with the Nimbus 15.

Just switched to these from Brooks Adrenaline 13 because of arch and knee pain while running. I have wide, flat feet with a forefoot strike, and I've been told I'm a terrible overpronator. These are the best shoes I've ever bought. Ever. The cushioning (especially in the forefoot) is literally like running on clouds. The width (D) was good - almost too narrow in the toebox for me, but there's two different kinds of super soft, very flexible mesh used in the upper and I don't even notice when I'm running. Long story short: buy these shoes! I'm officially a convert. You won't be disappointed.

I'm normally a clearance-rack shoe shopper (a-la <$40), but after trying the nimbus on in the store, I fell in love and decided to splurge. So glad I did, these shoes feel like a glove, padded nicely, pleasant on my feet. I do have pretty small/narrow feet, so I cannot comment whether they would be too narrow for some (I don't shop narrows in general though, and these fit fine just like others I've tried)

Great sneaker, super comfy, very springy and really absorbs impact well. You feel them cushion each step. I've worn Kayano's for years and this is by far the most comfortable model I've ever worn. I also tried the ASICS Gel-Kinsei 4 and the ASICS GEL-Cirrus33 2 at the same time and the Nimbus is hands down the winner on comfort. The Lightning/Hot Punch/Marigold combo is a cool color combination of grays and coral reds that is very attractive.

Love these shoes, they are much better than the last model in this series, much softer walk. Get tons of compliments on the color.

I have Plantar fasciitis and needed a shoe that would support my foot. This shoe does the job! It's amazing to walk in and my feet don't kill me at the end of the day. I highly recommend the money... was worth every penny.

Super comfortable sneakers! Very supportive, and you can actually feel the sneaker cushioning your foot when you jog. I have been looking for something similar to the Gel Nimbus 12, and I am very pleased with these. I tried the Gel Nimbus 13 as well about a year ago, and found that they were not supportive enough. The Nimbus 15s are a little pricey, but well worth it. I wear a size 8.5 B (Medium) and bought these in Lightning/Hot Punch.

Super comfortable for runnjng. They look exactly as they do in the photo so make sure you like bright pink! I do but I also think I'm going to get some black laces to mix it up a bit. Overall, a good quality shoe for the price.

I have a hard time buying shoes to fit my size 12 W foot. I used to wear New Balance 12 W - and I can say the Nimbus 15 size 12 W isn't as wide as my New Balance. But I would go a full size up if you wear orthotics, as I had to break my shoes in for a month (I bought a 12.5) before I could wear them. If I buy another pair, I will buy the size 13 for a more comfortable fit and it might give me more room in the toebox. Great shoe...super comfortable - and ran a few triathlons in them. So I highly recommend them...but they are narrow.

The Nimbus 13 were my favorites so I tried the Nimbus 15 based on other reviews. They are pretty good but not as good as the 13s. A little narrower and not as much padding on the foot bed. They are still good shoes.

Firstly I love Zappos, but this particular shoe cannot be ordered in a wide width on this site. It will pop up out of stock. Read the reviews. I did and still had to send them back. As other reviewers has stated if this runner is made in China they are pretty much true to size. If they are made in Indonesia (they are) or Vietnam they are smaller. You won't know that until you read the shipping box. This shoe was for me 1/2 size too small and felt tight all around. I have a medium width foot size 9 in a sneaker. Some said to go up a full size. I purchased them from another retailer in a 9 1/2 wide, they fit perfectly. A fabulous sneaker that cushions all over, especially for people with foot issues. If you are looking for a runner or walking shoe this is it. You may want to try this sneaker in a store first to see what sizing and width you really need. This sneaker is considered a neutral shoe. If you have pronation or supination issues sometimes you are better off being fit in a running store. I hope this helps. Zappos is great in every way. My first place to buy shoes.

I really liked this Asics shoe, but it was a little shorter than I expected, so I had to return them. I ordered the standard 1/2 size up recommended for athletic shoes, but a full size up would have probably been better for this model. I loved the color/design/pattern, and they felt like they have good support.

Should have listened. Definitely 1/2 size too small. Returning my 11's for an 11.5' and amazed that a shoe company even makes an 11.5! Thanks Zappos for free shipping and free returns!

I had heel pain in my old gym shoes, so decided to go with these as they're more structured with lots of cushioning. I've found them to be ideal for running outdoors or cross training. All-around great shoe! And they're cute, to boot.

Fit okay, a little small if anything. I ordered the wide and preferred the fit of the Gel Excite 2 over this shoe.

Good with modifications: I measure a 9D at the shoe store. I bought these in a women's 9.5W. My baby toe was a bit pinched so I pulled the insole and replaced it with my 3/4 length custom orthotic. My first outing was a four mile mountain climb and I came back with happy feet and no blisters.
