I bought a pair of these in gray over a year ago. I have not worn them at all Not even once! I went to pull them out of the box and put them on. I noticed the front of the left shoe that the stitching is separating. My toes were sticking out of the top of the shoe. So now I have to find a shoe repair with a darning needle to hopefully fix them. If they can't be fixed I'm out the cost of the shoes.Needles to say I'm more than irritated and I will stop shopping with Ugg's permanently if they can't be fixed. Check the stitching as soon as you get them. I waited a while to wear them and was past the return policy. It's a shame because I really want the black.

So comfortable out the box. Warm. Attractive. Then they split in the toe. In 2 months. While wearing only in a camper with 25 square feet of floor, worn mostly sitting at the computer.

Purchased these slippers, wrong size received. Received replacement and received in wrong size again Currently trying to return again and have exchanged e mails and it has been a struggle to get proper response as the link for return does not allow a return for this item. we called and they offered a 20% off my next purchase, well i cant get this first purchase straightened around and its been very frustrating. Its like they didnt even read the e mails i sent

Bought size 8 was to small then Exchanged them for a 9 now to big..

I had to exchange for a different size. The shoe ran small. I was very disappointed when I could not get the next size and so was my grandson. I guess I will be getting a refund.

Bought as a Christmas gift and The stitching has already came undone on one of the slippers

The quality of your products have gone way down. I don't view Ugg as being a top notch product as I once did. Won't be purchasing Ugg products again

I returned a size 10 but never got them back. I switched them for a size 11

I ordered size 12 slippers. I can't be sure but they may have been size 10. Label said 12 so no mistake.

The inside of the slippers weren't smooth and rubbed the sides of my feet. I have already returned them.

The Chester looked nice overall but my complaint is that the back edge of the shoe rubbed my heel raw after walking around the grocery store for only 30 minutes on the day they arrived. I attempted wearing thicker socks but my heel was still badly aggravated. So I decided to return them after only wearing them twice. I attempted to exchange them for a pair that had more padding on the heel. I say attempted because I mailed them back to Ugg on December 26th and here I am 30 days later still without my exchanged item. 30 days! I've attempted to e-mail and call their customer support line multiple times but I never have luck speaking to a human. I expected much better from this company.
