Before I bought the slippers, I called UGG to check what size I had ordered before. They told me 11.

I bought these for the aesthetic and warmth. They have both of those; but be warned if you get the black pair. The dye rubs off on anything light colored: sofa, sheets, hands. Fortunately I discovered this before too much damage was done. Disappointed, I specifically went with a higher price point slipper for quality

UGG does not sell 1/2 sizes and recommend an 11 for my 10.5 size. As a result, my heel come right out of the slipper due in part to the low heel and 11 being too big for my feet. Will return if I can determine where my gift came from.

Not impressed. Shearling was minimal.

I miss the leather tied without which they look too much like bedroom slippers. My prior pair has d the ties and I could wear them out and about.

These are the best fit and comfort for my husband. We wish they would come in charcoal gray!

The tan color, shown on both website and the box, is not indicative of the true color, which is actually dark chocolate brown. Returned first pair for color difference and the second came the exact same color. Other than the color, the slippers are same as the other 3 pair I've had, very nice.

I'm a size 10.5 and the UGG website says order down a size so I did. That was too small so I returned them and got an 11 which was too big. The older UGG slipper had much better quality wool inside and now it feels like a much more cheaper synthetic material which has already started balling up. Instead of sending back again, I threw them in the washer to shrink them a bit which worked and now they fit perfectly but the color completely faded.

I loved these for my husband unfortunately two weeks after he got them they came apart at the sides

My husband really enjoyed the look & color, however, felt they were irregular in size & not what he expected.

Runs large, but cozy

They are really comfortable but a bit big (even though I ordered my regular size. I had to return it for a size down and it was still too big) I have to put on socks to make them fit fully. But they keep my feet warm.

I had to return them because they ran a little small. They were of great quality, but a snug fit.

My son wears a solid 10.5, ordered an 11 for comfort and he said his circulation felt cut off. Will return for bigger size, as we typically love Ugg products.

Normally an 11 in Ugg shoes and slippers but these were too tight. Hopefully I can send back with free S/H as advertised when purchased.
