Looks good but a size off. To small. Need to exchange

The moccasins I ordered were great, but the free 2 day shipping turned into 5 days.

I have admired UGG slippers for a long time but always opted to purchase less expensive brands. I purchased the "Olsen" men's moccasin style suede slippers. They are extremely comfortable mostly due to the fleece lining. It is like walking on a cloud. These slippers are extremely well made. I look forward to having them hold up for years and years. However, are they worth 3 times the price of the other moccasin style slippers I have been purchasing for years from other vendors? Not really. These should only be considered if one can justify really indulging oneself with ultimate luxury. This is the reason I gave a 4 star rating. Had I based my rating solely on quality and comfort I would have given 10 stars had I been able to. These slippers are superb but pricey.

Just wear it around when I'm chillin, yknow? Not a 5 cuz nothing is perfect.

These are beautifully-made shoes and very comfortable however, they must run big as they were loose on me at my normal size. This is after trying on brand new. The fuzzy insides of these will crush down over time too and so I'd expect them to get even more loose. I have returned and will see if I find them in a retail store where I could try on for size before buying.

still waiting for a new pair as the first pair was too small and couldnt get foot in. i believe they are not wide enough for a mens foot. i do hope they will strecth out. really hoping to get them before the winter is over.

i wear a 101/2 but ordered size 11. Still pretty tight. I hope they loosen up after wearing them for a while.

The slippers were purchased as a gift to be used indoors. They are his go-to footwear when he comes home from work. Half-sizes would allow for better fit, however he finds them very comfortable. He likes that he doesn't need socks when wearing these - they keep feet warm without causing them to become sweaty.

May buy again

Looked like a good product , but way to narrow

I got my first pair of Uggs in 2017/2018 and fell in love. They held up to daily wear and were super comfortable and warm. It was finally time to upgrade in 2025 and boy....has this company clearly fallen from the graces. This "Ugg Plush" model is a cheap, inferior product. I highly doubt these hold up as long as my OG pair did. Also not nearly as warm as the OG pair either. Once these wear out, I'll likely branch out to another brand. Sad!

These run small and very narrow. If you want to wear thin socks size one size up but if you have thicker cozy socks size 2 sizes up. Not sure what to do about the narrowness hopefully they stretch a bit. I'm a woman and have never needed a wide width in women's shoes and ordered these in men's because they were out of my size in the women's. Men's are usually a little wide for me so I was excited to be able to wear them with thick socks in the winter. That's a no go I can't even wear socks at all with them. I love the look of them and the quality seems good so far, but only had them about a week.

My husband liked the appearance but found the Olsen slipper to be too narrow. He does not have a particularly wide foot but he felt squeezed. We would have liked to order a size 11-Wide but that is not offered for the Olsen slipper. We have ordered an Ascot (not as attractive to him) in 11-Wide and are hoping that feels good.

They are made well and like they should be but I was suprised and disappointed in the coloring. They are dark brown chocolate color and not tan like the picture on the site. I'd like to return and get a different color as I didn't like the dark deep brown.

I ordered the tan pair as a gift and when received it was dark like espresso colored. Did chat and chat rep agreed it didn't match what was on site. Sent back got new pair and the same issue. Not sure why I keep getting a pair that doesn't match color on site or even the color on the box. I'm done trying to get the correct pair sending 2nd pair back. Will look for a different brand in color needed for Christmas gift.
