This is the 3rd pair we tried and I give up. They are still too short (my husband normally wears a size 12 and these are size 14!). He can't get them on his feet without untying them, which is no small feet given they are secured with a teeny, tiny little string the keeps the leather bow in place. I am sad because they look so nice and are made so well. We opted for a pair of Minnetonka that I ordered directly from the company in a style you do not carry. It is a size 13 and fits perfectly. I am always sad when I can't find what I want at Zappos because your service is extraordinary. Thanks for being here.

I ordered these for my husband in his regular size 12 and had to return them because they were way too small. I reordered a size 13 and it is still too short and too tight. It is very well made and looks like it would be the perfect slipper...if only we could find the correct size. Sadly, I have to return the second pair again. I am quite thankful for Zappo's return policy or I would have given up long ago.

My old UGGs wore out so I ordered what I thought was the same thing. Weirdly, the size 15s I just ordered and returned are smaller than my old size 14s. The rubber sole is about 1/4" shorter and the rest of the slipper similarly too small.

I am really disappointed with Ugg in general. Everytime I try to buy their shoes the size is off. Sometimes one size to big sometimes multiple times too big. Whoever is in charge of their quality control should do their job. I'm done buying and returning shoes. Also the color of the shoes I bought definitely looked like a medium brown; when I received the slippers they were the darkest shade of brown you can get.

My husband tried these on for about three seconds before declaring that they were the most uncomfortable slippers he's ever worn. They're unbelievably narrow and actually squeezed his normal-width feet. Do yourself a favor and order the Minnetonkas, which are just as beautiful, have reliable sizing, and are less than half the price.

Returned immediately without wearing after seeing the design. The leather at the heel of the shoe is protected by the sole wrapping upward. However, there's no protection of the toe area leather at the front of the shoe. The sole ends abruptly leaving the toe-area leather completely exposed.

These slippers literally fell apart within a couple months of wearing. Tried returning to UGG using their warranty program (which is advertised as one year) - and they said that they were "out of warranty". Not worth the money.

Way too small. Need to size up!

Horrible, tight, narrow, cheaply made shoe. They were unwearable- I sent they back.

Calling these slippers GARBAGE is a compliment. They arrived with stitches hanging by a thread, missing the short seams they were intended to bind.. It is a disservice to Zappos to offer this product.
