These sandals look great, but the straps across the toes are spaced uncomfortably for me. My little toes get squashed by them.

Although these LOOK white in the photo, THEY ARE NOT. They are bone, or light beige. The picture is deceptive. As for comfort, they are just okay for me. The footbed is not very padded or cushy, compared to say an Ecco or a Mephisto, but neither are they cute and dress-uppable.

Hi, thought this was cute for summer sandal. I wear a 9, this was too big, I would order 1/2 or 1 size smaller. Also they made noise when you walk.

For the style, I expected these to be more comfortable. Not that they were not, but I am the Carrie Bradshaw of comfortable shoes. They were fine (four stars out of five on comfort), just not stellar. They provide some arch support, but not enough for these persnickety feet.

I got these for walking on vacation. They're fine. Pretty cute for walking sandals. Not as super comfortable as I had hoped for, but they got the job done. I think I might stick with a comfy Clarks style, which is my go-to, if I were to do it again.

Attractive sandal and I wanted to love it, but the footbed was too hard for me. I'm over 60 and need extra cushioning.

Wow-very cute sandal, full sized, (not skimpy or narrow), but very hard foot bed! Really hurt--especially under the forefoot on the left shoe but both felt very hard. The arch is ok if you like feeling like you are standing on rocks. I do not understand all the raves for this shoe but everyone is different. Sorry I had to return them and they are kind of cute and i would have loved to have kept them.

I really wanted to love these sandals. The velcro adjustments on the front straps are wonderful! But these shoes have a metatarsal support that, on my foot, is really uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to give up on Taos sandals.

Love these--bought one from the Taos website and another from Zappos. I ordered 9s as 9.5 wasn't an option and I knew 10s would be too long/wide. The footbed on these is extremely uncomfortable, so the sit in my closet. I have other Taos sandals (Prize 3) which have 3 adjustable straps over the instep. For some reason, a 9 works there. Petitioning for 9.5 as Taos are my favs. Their Crave boots are amazing!

These were a disappointment and I returned. I had purchased to wear as casual running around shoes in the summer. Fit: I usually wear a size 7.5; ordered the 7 and it fit fine (I am always wondering if I should order a 1/2 size up or down when half sizes are not available). Comfort: While many other reviewers have cited that these were very comfortable, I did not have the same experience. Shoes felt hard with minimal cushioning. And not enough arch support for me. The biggest problem was a small bump/area on the outer side of the soul that was very hard. Even after only having on for a couple minutes, I knew that this would be painful to wear for any period of time. Style: They are fine from a style perspective. Certainly wouldn't expect a lot of "OMG those shoes are so cute!" but I wouldn't think anyone would think they are downright ugly! Again, they are "fine" and would be good for wearing with shorts in the summer. I don't think would look good for dressing up - too casual.

I really loved these sandals. They only lasted one summer! I was disappointed that the ankle strap ripped off.

Pretty pretty shoe but no good. Way too short. 10 was more like a 9. So disappointing

This sandal was not comfortable for me. I will go back to Naot. It was disappointing after reading all of the positive reviews.

They're cute, but they run small. I usually wear a 36. I ordered a 37 and it was still too narrow and short. Also, while it is nice to have adjustable Velcro straps these are only useful if you need to tighten not loosen the sandal because the Velcro is lined up exactly so if you make it wider you can see the Velcro, which looks terrible.

I like the look of these sandals and wanted to keep them, but the heelstrap pushes my foot forward. Since I could not adjust it, the ridge under the toe area pressed right up against the ball of my foot. I'm a normal size 6, but these are going back.

Disappointed in these! Like the style and the silver color. But there's little arch support! As I walked around my house to determine the comfort, I felt as though I were walking barefooted. Plus the velcro closures don't give the secure fit of a sandal with a buckle. For those who need no real support, these will probably work. Guess I'll have to stick with brands like Mephisto or Ecco.

I thought I liked these shoes until I wore them for a day and then I changed my mind. They rub my heels and arches funny. Sad I spent so much money on a pair of shoes I will never wear.

I purchased these sandals last summer for a trip to Italy. I wore them for a couple weeks prior so I didn't have to break them in on the trip. Upon wearing them in Italy, I developed blisters the size of quarters on both heels as well as one on underside of the left foot near the pinky toe. I ended up having to buy a pair of Birkenstocks because I was so miserable. I tried wearing the sandals again this summer hoping for the best. Nope, I had them on for a few hours yesterday and developed small blisters in the same spots. I've never had this happen before with any shoe. The style is great, and the shoes go with most outfits.

There must be something odd about my foot, since everyone loves these shoes. They'd be great except for a large bump in the sole that lands right behind the ball of the foot. Maybe it was a fit issue, and if I scooted my foot as far forward as possible it was less intrusive, but it still felt like getting pummeled in the soft part of my foot with every step. I feel like I have a "headache" in my foot after just a few minutes. The style is nice, though I'd been hoping they'd look a little dressier for a good all-needs pair of sandals.

The size of the sole was good but the straps didn't fit right. I have a very high arch so generally I need a long strap to go over my foot, but this was too long. I had to cinch the strap down so low that it pulled the top off center and it just didn't fit right.

I'm SO disappointed. These are so cute and fit really well but the pads of my feel burn with pain after walking for a while. I got them to have comfortable summer shoes to walk to work in. I think it must be the soft suede like material on the bottom because that's the only different thing than my other sanals that have a vert smooth bottom. These are snug so my foot isn't moving around. Ouck. I an not wear these for an all day shoe and I SHOULD be able to.

I am so disappointed. I thought I'd found the perfect sandal for everyday wear; they looked stylish and comfortable. Alas, when I wear them for a full day, without even walking much, my heels hurt for days afterward. There is absolutely no cushioning in the heel area. I will not be buying this brand again.

This Taos Trophy shoe has the most uncomfortable sole I have ever worn. I never wear them for this reason and really should have returned them. They are stiff, hard, and I feel like I am walking on a hard concrete floor. I have another Taos sandal that is comfortable and fits beautifully that I wear all the time, so I assumed that any pair of this brand shoe would be comfortable. Not the case here.

I have some older Taos sandals and keep hoping they'll go back to their original sizing, but alas it is not to be. I am a pretty true size 7 and none of the Taos sandals fit anymore. A size 8 is okay in length, but the arch is in a weird place then and it's way too wide. You know why? Because I'm not a size 8. I have nursed my old sandals along, hoping to be able to replace them. But, this is my third try and now I'm done with this brand. It's a pity. Incidentally, I did try a pair of their shoes since they come in a 7.5. I found that they slipped in the heel and again just felt odd. I wish Taos hadn't changed their lasts.
