These are beautiful sandals, great bronze color that goes with everything, but they were not comfortable for me. There is a little ridge that I assume is supposed to hit behind your toes, but it was not in the right place for me and was uncomfortable. It felt like it was partially under the ball of my foot. A lot of sandals seem to have this ridge and it never works for me, maybe because my toes are kind of short. I wish these had worked out because they are so pretty and can look casual or dressy depending on what you are wearing. It is too bad that I have to send them back.

Cute sandals with great arch support and comfy lining. Also have good rubber sole for traction. Great for walking around with better support than a flip flop. I'm a 7.5 and bought the 7. The fit is good, but if you lean towards 7.5-8 then I would recommend the 8.

Beautiful sandal, adjustable for my narrow foot, but I have decided to go with the new lighter weight technology. I also find the deep ridge along the outside of the foot to be uncomfortable.

I really like the Taos brand and have bought their sandals before. I am looking for sandals I can wear for travel and lots of city walking so I need something more supportive. These did not have enough arch support for my flat feet so I returned them, but it was close. They are very good looking.

Love these sandals! They are comfy while cute. They don't hurt anywhere. The heel has soft edge, the width is adjustable in two places. One of my feet are wider than the other so the adjustability is perfect! I'm very happy with these!!!

I would have kept this sandal but you do not carry a 10 1/2. I thought the shoe was comfortable and cute, but the left shoe seemed smaller than the right, and that is my shorter foot.

These are so cute that I think that I will keep them even though the strap closest to the toe area is uncomfortable. This strap is not adjustable and the back of the decorative rivet rubs my toe. That issue combined with the hard sole and barely adequate arch support make these poor sandals for a lot of walking. But the embossed pewter is beautiful and the style is very flattering. Hopefully stretching out the one strap will help.

I love these shoes. I little bit tight across the top. Strap needs to be a bit longer. I have sensitive feet and the sole/cushion makes it easy for my feet to wear for long periods of time. They stay on my feet well. I love the decor on the "leather."

Just had these delivered and as cute as they are they are a tad bit too short. I always, always wear a 7, but am going to return these and order an 8. They will probably be too big. I have waited too late in the year to buy a good comfortable sandal...they are mostly all gone. I'm disappointed with myself for waiting! But always love Zappos and their service and promptness.

I always wear Finn Comfort shoes because I have a problem with my metatarsals. This shoe promised support. It's not quite as good as my Finns, but it looks great!

I wanted to like these shoes but I couldn't get past the sound it made with every step. It was the shoe lifting off my foot which made a suction type noise. Returned these and got a great pair of Dansko shoes that are silent.

Sizing doesn't work for long toes, unfortunately. I really liked these shoes. I usually wear a size 9.5 and based on reviews I got a size 10. The footbed is contoured and when I put my foot in place so that the ridge meant to go between the ball of my foot and my toes was in the right place, my heels were a good 3/4 of an inch from the back of the shoe. So I got a size 9. At first they seemed perfect -- the ridge hit in what felt like the right place and my heels aligned with the back of the shoe. But when I tried to wear them for a while around the house, my toes kept hitting the front of the shoe (the contoured footbed means that there is a 'front," your toes can't just hang off). It's nearly there but just doesn't work, I'll be returning both pairs. If you have short/normal toes (mine are pretty long), it should be fine.

These are my first Taos purchase. Have been a Clarks fan. Cute style - I'm a senior and need comfort but don't want to look like a dork if I can help it. Very comfortable shoe, with a sueded footbed that I thought would be great for keeping feet dry. Not so much. After wearing and walking for a while, my feet feel like they're sweaty and I want to take the shoes off to air the feet out. Fine at home, but not good at a nice restaurant. The rip-open strap feels very solid and like it will last a good long time, as others have not. I like the second rip-open strap (second from end) in case your feet swell. Overall I like the shoe a lot, but am disappointed in the sweaty feeling. My Clark leather insoles surprisingly never make my feet feel sweaty. Love you, Zappos, and just realized you'll let people call to say they're returning and not charge them for those items. I'm delighted now I won't have to sweat out having all those shoes on my credit card.

Out of the box comfortable. I wear a ten medium, my foot is thin top to bottom,and I appreciate a wider toe box. Finding sandals that do not look / feel sloppy is always an adventure and these felt and fit great. I originally bought Ecco's Flash and they were not as comfortable.

This is the first time ordering the Taos brand of footwear. I found these very appropriate for casual and church. The fit was true to size. The only con is I found the end of the top strap extended too far beyond the Velcro. I plan to have it adjusted for my foot by the neighborhood cobbler. I will definitely order Taos footwear again.

I am at an age where comfort is paramount, but I want some style, also. These shoes fit both bills. Comfort right out of the box and the bit of shine makes this shoe go with just about everything.

A very cute sandal -- particularly the bronze embossed. It's a little too flat for me in the forefoot though. Just felt like I wanted a little more between my feet and the street. Cute as can be though.

I love these sandals for their style and comfort. I ordered size 7 because that is my regular size. They seemed a bit longer than I'd like, so then I ordered a pair of 6's to see which would work for me. I'm returning the 6's because they were a bit short. It would be good if these came in half sizes.

Excellent sandal. Having velcro at ankle and across foot makes it very comfortable for my narrow foot. Most sandals stretch out but this should work great. For the comfort level, these looks wonderul and not like an old lady or clunky hiking sandal.I am finding the bottom to be a bit hard on my feet as I walk around, could use a bit more padding esp where it has the bump near the front toes for support.

I haven't decided whether to keep these or not. the fit is fine and they are well made and comfortable but I am a little puzzled with the color. they are supposed to be pewter with black but I always thought pewter was a dull silverish color and these are more gold. they are also shinier than I expected. I was wanting the dull silver with black and these are definitely not that. they are cute but I have to see if the color grows on me or not. they do not look like the color in the picture.

I just received these sandals in silver - size 9. I normally wear an 8 1/2 wide. I am very pleased with the fit. The velcro straps are well hidden unlike a similar pair of Tevas I have. They are very cute for such a practical sandal. I only wish they had a little bit of arch support.

I ordered the wide but it still rubbed my small toe.

I liked the style and the quality but the straps just hit my foot in the wrong place.

I wanted a cuter sandal than the Teva’s tirra I wear all the time and these are cuter. But they don’t work for me, sadly. My little toe is irritated by the strap especially on the left foot to the point I have to wear a band aid with them. Every thing else is fine and it seems everyone loves these sandals but just so you know if you have trouble with your pinky toe in other sandals with straps like these , beware. My toes area is a little wider than some women but not wide enough for W size. I am keeping them but only for short term wear.

Cute and initially comfortable. Unfortunately the back strap dug a hole in my heel on a trip to China and I was stuck without sandals the rest of the trip. Big let down.
