Adorable shoe! So much more stylish than other navy uniform shoes for girls. And much more durable. These shoes lasted an entire school year without needing to be polished even once. With other uniform shoes, I would have to polish several times a year to cover scuff marks. These shoes did not get once noticeable scuff all year! And my daughter chooses to wear them during the summer when playing outside! I need to encourage her to wear other shoes. I am purchasing these again for her for the coming year, and also for my other daughter entering school.

I love this brand shoe, because I would much rather have a buckle as opposed to Velcro, they are sturdy and stylish. I have purchased many pair for my granddaughter. My disappointment is these shoes were only worn twice and look at the condition of the leather. I can deal with the scuffed toes, that’s 2 be expected as a 2 year old plays, but for the color to peel completely off is unacceptable

Bought these shoes in Navy to match my daughter’s school uniform. They are such good quality! I love them, she loves them, I will definitely buy more as she outgrows. She wears size 10.5 in most shoes, we ordered size 11 and are happy with the fit; not too big, not too small. I have to say that she does have a slender foot, so we haven’t had to try the “wide” insert, but as far as length goes, I’d say they’re true to size. Very happy with this purchase!

This is a quality shoe and classic style. Ordering a second pair! Too bad shoes like this are so hard to come by. Cannot say enough good about them. Lasted a full year - still good but my daughter outgrew them.

These shoes are fantastic! My 1st grader wears them every day for school and a month in they still look brand new. She is very tough on her shoes and they do not have a scuff or mark on them. It only took a day or two to break them in and the leather is soft and comfortable. I will definitely buy these again!

I ordered a size 10 toddler for my daughter who measures size 10 wide with "room to grow". The shoe is cute but had a couple flaws. First- design. I was surprised that the buckles were buckles and that the shoe could not be slipped on. That meant I would have to buckle the shoes each time as the buckles were pretty small and required more fine motor than my 4 year old could handle. Second - fit. The wide size was accomplished by using a different insert. Even with the wide insert, the shoe was still very tight but the length was right. My daughter does not have excessively wide feet. Often times they tell us she is Med with when measured at the stores. Because of the buckle, I would not recommend this shoe even if your kid did not have wide feet. I would give it 3 stars for looks and construction only (clicked 5 by mistake and could not change it after).

My 6 yr old granddaughter could not find study shoes that she liked. She lives in London and is required to have a shoe that meets certain criteria. I ordered and then shipped to London. She loved the shoes.

These. Are. Wonderful. My daughter wears orthotics and these come with a medium AND wide insole. She's 2 1/2, fairly new to walking, and wears them almost daily. They are easy to clean, easy to put on and look so cute with her winter sweaters! I will buy this brand for years to come!

These shoes are absolutely adorable. Reminds me of being in England with my family when I was little. These are typical shoes of British children. My 4 year old is just moving into a 10.5 shoe size so because I like to order big for room for growth, I ordered an 11. I was really surprised at how little growing room there was. The inside measurement on an 11 is 7.25". My daughters foot is 7". A quarter inch of growth is not good enough so I am exchanging for a 12. I prefer .5-.75" bigger than my daughters foot. These seem very durable and come with an extra set of padding for inside which is a nice touch. I will say I failed to look at the closure just assuming it was velcro but they are buckles and small for adult fingers to work with but we'll manage because of their cuteness factor.

So friggin adorable! I got half a size large for my daughter to grow and I’m happy with that. It comes with an insert to put in to make them less wide, which is perfect since my daughter has narrow feet. She is 6 and I got a 12.5. She said they are “soft on my feet.”

My five year old wears these to school and she loves them. She likes the way they look and feel. I love that they are sturdy /grippy enough for both indoor and outdoor play (recess and PE class.). Her teacher warned that the wood chips on the playground may damage the exterior but I don’t think they will. The finish on the outside is really very durable.

This shoe was perfect

We love these shoes! We have been buying these since my daughter was two years old and she is now 5 and going to kindergarten. We get red and navy and wear them several days per week. They wear well and usually look as new at the end of the year as when we bought them. We just got the navy to wear with her uniform. Love this classic shoe!

I love them. They are very versatile and we receive so many compliments on these shoes. The have a nostalgic feel to them. I will buy more Footmates.

The classic style and double buckles are adorable. I am SO thankful that Footmates has not changed this style over the years. (especially that the buckles are real and not cheap Velcro) My oldest child had a pair 26 years ago and this new pair are almost replicas of them. Wonderful quality. I highly recommend these shoes. Durable, timeless and classic.

I absolutely LOVE these shoes! I purchased them to go with an outfit during a pageant and they were perfect! My daughter normally takes her shoes off but she couldn't get these off and actually liked wearing them!

I love these shoes. I used to wear them when I was a little girl. Now, my daughter wears them. I prefer the reinforced toe, but the quality is still great.

I purchased this particular pair for my toddler son! They are a classic English sandal. I have bought this shoe many times for each of my children when they were younger (boys and girls) they always look fantastic.

These shoes ran a whole size smaller. My granddaughter wears a size 10 little girls. She couldn’t get half of her foot in them. Seemed the top of the shoe, where the buckles are it was very flat. Not rounded so her foot could go in. We love Footmates, never had this problem before!!

I love how these look, but the buckles are actual buckles that you actually have to unbuckle and buckle. they seem to fit, but for toddler shoes, i just can't fiddle with the buckles. the velcro options my daughter can take on and off herself.

These are so cute, but miserable to wear! My daughter got awful blisters and she only wore them in the house for about 20 minutes.
