These shoes are precious but were too tight for my 5 year old. She currently wears a 12.0 in Keds, and in a shoe similar to this design but from a different brand - L'amour. This shoe was painfully tight - with and without socks. We even took out the medium insert and put the wide in still too tight. These shoes supposedly run to big but a half size larger than what she usually wears and they barely buckle. My conclusion: this is either a one off manufactured deficiency or these are extremely narrow shoes. Was plenty of toe room.
