The tongue of this shoe is very long and causes it to rub against the lower leg uncomfortably. Will be returning them. It's unfortunate, because the rest of the shoe is very comfortable.

Ordered 10N originally but had to reorder 10m in order to accommodate new orthotics. Zappos was extremely accommodating with an exchange in one day. UPS picked up the old pair and took the return package at the same time. No shipping is an extra plus.

None because NB are the only ones I know that offers a Narrow options.

This was my go to tennis shoe, the one that accommodated my hammertoe, bunions and x-wide feet. I was so disappointed to find that it no longer works because, as an NB rep explained, they now make shoes in China and have changed and narrowed the last on which the shoe is formed. I am REALLY sad and disappointed in NB. This change may save them a few cents per shoe but will leave out loyal customers. Thank goodness for Zappos great customer care!

I am a 70 yr old daily walker and I found these shoes to work best for me as far as support and comfort for my feet. Don't normally wear wide width but found was needed for this shoe.

Narrow width great on the heel and the "waist" of my foot, but the toe box was too narrow. So I had to send them back.

Loved the cushion in this shoe and almost kept it as my pick (I tried 5 tennis shoes). But in the end, I was concerned they felt heavy and didn't like the stiff top where the shoe bent into my toes.

I have always worn and loved the 806 Tennis shoe but my new pair seems tight and narrow. Are they being made differently?

Beautiful shoe. But the toe box is designed too narrow for my extra wide foot. If you don't have super wide feet, this is the shoe for you.

Either shoes are getting narrower or my foot is getting wider as I have not been able to find a ladies tennis shoe in Wide that is wide enough. I searched for 3 months and finally found that this shoe come in a double wide. I even tried mens but they were not wide enough or were too long. Thank you New Balance for making this shoe and thank you Zappos for selling them!

The width was fine across the ball of the foot. Found the toe box to narrow though.

When compaired to other comp Tennis shoes these do not have the same ease of pivot. I am an active Doctor of Physical Therapy in her late 30s. I usually am absolutely loyal to New Balance. New Balance is excellent for my flat feet, ankle instability however with the small pivot point at the inside ball of the foot that stuck more than other brands. I don't want to increase strain on my bilateral meniscus tears due to the poor pivot vs others.

I ordered a 6.5 2E, as I have a wide foot, and high arch. Normally I get a 6 or 6.5 W and most times I need an orthotic. For me, this shoe had a stiff, synthetic, toe box, was slightly loose in the heel, and definitely would need an orthotic with my arch.

Have an older pair of 806 running shoes and love them, decided to try the tennis 806. The fit is very different and not comfortable at all . There seems to be a very different insole and has no arch support. Not sure how to fix this problem.

Thank you NB for offering wide shoes! I tried 23 pairs of tennis shoes and these are the ones that fit perfectly! I am putting an arch support in them as that isn't enough for me.

I love the shoes, they fit my wide feet, my only complaint, is that the sole wears thin on the outside of both shoes. I play tennis three times a week, but alternate the shoes, the soles just do not hold up, but the rest of shoe still gives me plenty of support, so I do not know what other wide width options there are on the market.

Toe box too narrow, and not nearly as flexible as described. Couldn't even put them on.

I have been buying New Balance for years and am so sick and tired of them changing the styles that I have to figure out a new shoe each time. I am thankful for Zappos return policy, but I still have no shoes that fit. I tried these in many sizes and widths and could not find one that worked for me. I usually wear 10½W and have bunions and need a wide toe area and these did not have it. I went to the extra wide and toe still tight and heal slipped.

As recently as 2 years ago I wore a B width. Even the W in this shoe is too narrow in the toe box. I am going to try the EE and hope the heel is still narrow enough.

Good fit for wide foot and high arch. Great support. Tried others this is the best for me. I prefer the full leather coverage and molded sole.

Love these shoes for pickleball! Do yourself a favor and order a 1/2 size larger...they'll fit then.

I used to love these shoes and bought a second pair after I wore out my first pair! But the new pair were smaller and narrower than the ones I previously bought (I bought the same size). I thought wearing them for a bit would help break them in but to no avail. I'm looking into another brand to buy which is a shame because I've been wearing New Balance for 20 years with no problems, but it seems like they have changed the way they size their shoes (and not just this kind - check out the reviews for their other sneakers).

I have worn these tennis sneakers forever, and considered them the best. They now all of a sudden are fitting differently, at least half a size smaller. I am returning for half a size larger with the hope that it will be suitable. I cannot imagine why any change in the traditional fit was made.

Needed a new NB sneaker. Tried this, hoping for comfort, stability and style. The sneaker looks good and was somewhat comfortable, but while the toenox felt tight, my heel seemed loose on the left and ok on the right. The sneakers were very stiff and, while they felt supportive, I'm pretty sure I'll end up with blisters. Back they went.

I just started playing Pickleball and needed court shoes. Having never purchased one before, I was not sure what to expect but these are great. They are very comfortable the first time used, even for my wide feet. I always buy half a size larger in athletic shoes because I wear heavier socks, but my normal size would have worked with lighter socks.
