Thank you for making tennis shoes in 7.5 4E! This is the first time in my life that I have been able to find tennis shoes in my size. And I am 65.

Love these shoes for tennis, but hard to believe you pay this much and have to immediately replace the insoles!

Ordering my 2nd pair of size 15's. This size is not easy to come by and thrilled they have them. I use these for playing tennis as opposed to just walking around. They performed admirably. Very comfortable. The only complaint is that I am a size 14 from any other manufacturer so these run a little small.

I appreciate that this shoe has not changed in a couple of years. It is super on the court. stable, great cushioning, reliable. As always, the wider width makes a huge difference for me. They also wear well. I play mostly indoors on a surface similar to 60 grit sand-paper. The tread does well over a surprisingly long time.

They are confortable and well made, but for me they should be higher on the side. More ankle support.
I will not buy them again, will go back to old models.

Purchased #806 tennis shoes. Because they make different widths, I was able to get a pair that fitted me perfectly. Ordered them online and received them in just a few days.

The shoe size, 14 4E is tighter than the 14 4E New Ballance 857 court shoe which was not available. Disappointing. Also, the insert is less than 1/2 the thickness of the 857 insert reducing comfort. However, The tread is better than the 857.

Comfortable. Light weight. Good stability. I am in my 80's, play pickleball and need the help of a good shoe to function well.

I have worn about every NB wide tennis shoe over the past 30 years and these feel just about for my feet and my game.
I will continue to rely on NB for all athletic wear.

This is my go to tennis shoe. 4th pair of MC806 in about 5 years. Last pair the heel of the sole wore out playing 3 times a week. The only tennis shoe that sells 2E and 4E widths. These are 13 4Es and I think they fit better than the last pair that we supposed to be 4E but felt more narrow. Of course, especially with a shoe that is mostly leather upper, I won't really know how these fit until they are broken in in a couple of months. The only thing I noticed odd about these shoes is that the silver inserts in the back of the heel and either side of the heel sole are different. Don't know if this is just a cosmetic difference or a production mistake. Again won't know if this is a flaw that will be noticeable or if the sole will fain prematurely. Hope not. I love New Balance, the fact the shoes are NOT MADE IN COMMUNIST CHINA WITH SLAVE LABOR, and that they have always been good quality and value. Pic 1 shows heel wear. Pic shows how good the old uppers look. Totally bomb-proof! Pic 3 shows silver inset is different between shoes on new pair, no cross hatched pattern on the right. Don't know if this is just cosmetic.

The shoes run a little small. I ordered a 12, got a 12 but it feels like a 11.5. I wanted to order a 12.5, but not an option. After 2 weeks of 3-4 times of court use, the leather looks fairly worn an top of the toes. That surprises me because other new balances have never worn so quickly.

Size, fit and finish were excellent. A little more arch support would be nice but current support is OK.

So far I've had these over 6 months, and wear them with the laces lose. The fit is great, I Love how the feel and being in them while I am out and about my feet feel great.
At this point, I would buy them again, they are my new casual wear sneakers.

These are one of the few tennis shoes that come in a size 13 with a narrow width. The are comfortable and last a long time.

Purchased the 806 despite mixed reviews on whether the toe box was wide or not. Unfortunately for me the toe box comes to a point like many other shoes rather than rounded. Maybe I'm the outlier but I've found it very difficult to find a tennis shoe with a more natural rounded toe box. Arch support seems lacking as well.

All the reviews here are 1 year old so i'm not sure if something changed in that year but after many many years of buying new balance tennis sneakers in wide width 4E they DO NOT FIT! I'm not writing this review because the sneaker stinks or the service was bad, I'm writing it because I NEEDED the fit to stay the same. They were the BEST wide tennis sneakers, I mut have purchased over a dozen of them in the past 10 years, and now I need to find a differnet brand to be loyal to for decades to come...NB what did you do? Why change the fit after all these years??
Disappointed,

Very good shoe for Har-True and well-constructed. I like like the spacious toe box.

As it was the only court shoe in a narrow width, I hoped it would fit. The fit was good--a little loose in the heal, though. It keeps the foot reasonable stable, but I'm over 65 years old, so not as much stress on the shoe as 20 years ago. If you have a narrow foot, give these a try.
