I have a wide foot for which it is difficult to find a shoe. New Balance has it, and a highly competent shoe at that!

I have used the NB608 for many many years. I play pickleball 4 to 6 times/wk. The new pair is tight around the front of my foot. Is there a proper/correct way to break in the new shoes?

I’ve now bought six pairs of these, going for seven. Great fit, support, stable on court and for everywhere use. Wish the bottoms were either thicker or didn’t wear out so quickly, hope NB addresses that soon. Other than this, these are the best i’ve Found and I will continue to wear these until they’re no longer made. Please don’t stop making these!!!

I buy these for my husband. These are the only sneakers he wants to wear and has been wearing for the last few years. He always has to have an extra pair when it does finally get worn out, so that says a lot about this KSwiss sneaker! Thank you Zappos for keeping them in stock!!

My son loves playing tennis with the New Balance Court 806 tennis shoes. The ones he received from me for a birthday present last year, he was very pleased with, that is why I decided to get him more for his birthday coming up on October 1, in a few weeks. He likes the way they wear and how much support the give his arches.

Against my better judgement, I decided to give New Balance a try again, only due to the one-day shipping. Sadly, all the people (myself now included) that say these are too narrow are spot on. The length is fine, but people with wide feet have squarish forefeet. From the attached picture of my old New Balance tennis shoes and the MC806s, you can clearly see the toe box tapers oddly at the tip, much like a woman's pump. My old NB's have a more squarish toe box. I had the MC806 on for about 10 minutes in the house and I could feel the outside of both big toes rubbing and squishing over the outside of the sole when I walked. Seriously New Balance, you ruined your reputation as a footwear company for people with wide feet. Please don't be like me, if you have wide feet shaped like a duck's foot (or the box the shoes come in), don't bother with New Balance any more.
I'd also recommend:
Still looking for a genuinely wide tennis shoe!!

Have worn the 806 style for a number of years for tennis. After trying the 608 style for pickleball I found although the exact same size and width they were almost a quarter of an inch shorter than the 806. I discovered this upon trying to place my custom orthotics in 608s. The orthotics fit perfectly in the 806. Needless to say my feet are now much more comfortable in the slightly roomier toe box. Will stick with the 806 style now so long as NB makes them.

If you look at my Order history, it speaks for itself. I'm going on 8-10 pair of these over the last decade. I have a 4E from poly-phalanges and weird, flat feet. These are the most comfortable shoe ever. I get anxiety over New Balance ever discontinuing this shoe. Once in awhile, I try other shoes (other NB's, Saucony, etc) and they just done do it.

Shoe runs small - doesn't fit. That's the problem w/ mail order - same size in another NB shoe fits perfectly.

Seems to be narrow for a "D"-sized shoe. Will be returning. Gave 3 stars on comfort as they did not fit.

I have problems finding comfortable shoes due to a bunion on my left foot. The key for me is to buy a shoe that is wide enough. Most shoes I come across do not have a 2E size. This shoe goes up to 4E. I ordered both and found the 2E to fit great. The shoes are very comfortable and I am extremely happy with them. I kept the 2E and sent the 4E back. I love the return system at Zappos.

Tried on a several times checked size as much. These were tight could hardly wiggle toes and big toe kind of popped out when walking. Runs small cap kind of narrow even 2E.

It fits my foot but the insole is really nothing and you will need to buy a gel insole so your feet don’t kill you after 3-4 hours on the Pickleball court. I wear them out quickly because I play 4-5 times a week. I also need a wide toe box and this shoe has it. So, I am buying the second pair because I haven’t found a better pair when the insert is replaced.

The insoles are terrible. Pull them out and insert your own. My husband is hard to fit and has extremely sensitive feet. It took him a couple of days but he finally said he liked them and told me that I could donate his old shoes. That said, he likes them.
