it does not feel like sandals it's more as slippers.. when i walk my foot comes off. not comfortable at all i will not recommend it

Shoe was very tight. No comfortiva markings. Not sure this shoe is the correct shoe.

Smaller, couldn't even put them

Although these shoes were comfortable, both pairs that I ordered the right shoe was not the same size as the left shoe which was true to size. The right shoe was too large.

Need to call Zappos. One shoe was unfinished. I’m beyond annoyed. Now the hassle of sending back in the plastic bag rather than a box.

I ordered a narrow and was sent a medium . I am willing to exchange if you have a narrow in the color I ordered ... please advise

This came and was nothing like the picture. It’s not a heel, it’s a heel strap and it wasn’t wide as listed. I got the same shoe different color (tan) and that one was great! This is literally not the shoe you’ll get.

The shoe for the left foot was tight, and shoe for the right foot was falling off when I walked. It's as though they were two different sizes. I could use a nice pair of white shoes, but I have to send these back.

box says 12W but both shoes are 10w

I bought these for my mother, who wears an 8AA shoe. These were both too long by a full size and too wide. Returning.

I ordered two sizes after reading mixed reviews on how they run and I had a similar experience to another reviewer -- the 7 1/2 was too tight, could'nt even get my foot in, and the size 8 was too big, very loose in heel when I walked. So both had to be returned I'm sorry to say since they are such a nice looking shoe for spring. I ordered the natural leather which was a great neutral shade. My usual shoe size is an 8. - (I was forced to give star ratings for "overall / comfort / style" so disregard the first two ratings since I could not honestly rate if I could not keep to wear.)

These are very uncomfortable. They feel like a little kid’s plastic play shoes. I returned them.

Tight and narrow. Leather was stiff. Not comfortable for me, they are going back.

It was too large! I wear a 10W and ordered a 10 M. Way too big and wide. I returned them. Very easy and excellent return policy! Love Zappos.

The material was very stiff and uncomfortable. I would have had blisters after wearing these for a very short while.

I ordered a half size smaller than I normally wear since they are huaraches and usually stretch out, but a wide width as I have a wide foot but they were too tight even though I knew they would stretch they were too tight to wear. They also had a lot of extra room in the toe so I did not see how I would want a larger size if the small size already has too much room in the toe.

Can't say how the shoe fits because the second I opened the box, the most horrible smell came out of it. It literally knocked me backwards. I have no place to air these putrid shoes out (not to mention the fact that I shouldn't have to air them out) so they will be going back to Zappos.

Too small to hope that they'll stretch enough. How would one do that without wearing them too much to return? But Zappos lives up to its reputation.

I first ordered the 10 M, my normal size as reviewers said they stretch as I also have found huarache style shoes do stretch out, but I could not get my foot into the shoe at all. I ordered them in a 10W and found the left shoe to fit somewhat loosely

I have a tan pair of these that I really like, but this is the third pair of black ones I've tried on, and the fit is different with each pair. My normal size was too small. The next size up was too big. The latest one had a smaller right shoe which actually fit, but a larger left one, which literally fell off my foot. Factory control of the sizing seems to be lacking.
