Since this shoe came in as WW width I ordered them. I do not have a wide foot but a high instep. The shoe width was fine but I had to have the leather instep stretched.

Leather is very stiff. I have a pair I purchased 2 yrs ago and the shoes are great the leather was soft and the toe style was different. Sorry they changed and don't like.

Had my eye on this shoe for years, and finally bought the tan in 8w, my normal size. My complaint about this shoe is the heel looseness, slips off heel and is annoying! Hemmed and hawed about returning, decided to keep, will have to find something to help with that issue. (which does de-value this shoe purchase!) A bit of extra padding would have been great too. I have worn Softspots for years. I have recently purchased 3 pairs, and only one fit right, the other 2 pairs were too large in some aspect. Need more quality control there! I am thankful for the generous return policy--thank you Zappos!

One shoe was more narrow than the other and the outside sole was very stiff, not bendable. I bought these shoes as slippers as I can not walk barefooted because of feet problems and could not use them at all.

Very uncomfortable shoe. Hard unit sole - not flexible and cushiony like most softspots. Runs about a half size small. I ended up returning these shoes.

The shoes appeared to be just what I wanted until I began to walk around with them on. The shoes started loosing up to much. They started flip flopping while walking.

Love this shoe, but will have to return it. Ordered a 10W (my normal size). It was way too long. Returned and sent for a 9.5 wide and literally could not get my foot in it. Will return the white pair I bought for the same reason.

I have such a hard time with shoes. I love these, they look great on but the heel is slipping. I will try those heel pads before I send them back, hopefully that will work...they felt wide enough and cushiony as soon as I put them on. I doubt a 9 will work...or maybe?

This is a hard sandal. Maybe it would break in over time - but it hurt putting it on... and it wasn't too small. The tightness made it feel narrower than a wide.

They were so small I couldn't try them on.

The shoes I ordered, despite being size 8 which is my usual size, were too big and unwearble. Unfortunately I returened these.

Very stiff and tight for a size 7 M foot. They most likely would soften up with wear but the blisters and pain would not be worth the price.

The shoe is cute but the fit is strange: tight in the toe and loose at the heel. And with all the leather strapping, I was also afraid of chafing. These will go back.

The fit was tight leather stiff and hard Finnish dull in color. Looks cheap.

I ordered a 7.5 wide and could not even get my foot in the shoe so hard to say if the "size" was correct or not. Nor could I comment on arch support.

I wear a 9 narrow in SAS, my go to shoe. However, this brand's 9 narrow was a size too large! I like the shoe and will probably reorder it in a size 8 or 8 1/2 if available.

I ordered both the 9 and the 9.5 to check sizing and the 9.5 was smaller than the 9. Reallly odd.

Didn’t like the smell of the shoes. The narrow was too wide for me.

I could not get my foot into the shoe to even try it on!!! There is no way they were a size 8!! Very disappointed

The width was fine but the length size a little too big.

Several years ago, I bought these shoes in a 10 W that fit very well. But these are almost a size longer and wider than my others. I just wish there was more quality control but when they are manufactured overseas, you take your chances. Sending them back and ordering a size smaller.
