These shoes were cute, but the fit for me was off. I normally wear arch support inserts in my shoes, but I could not remove the insoles to replace with my inserts. Wearing the inserts on top of the current insole placed my feet too high in the shoes which caused heel slippage. The shoes do not have enough arch support for me to wear them without inserts. Therefore, I am sending them back.

I gave them away, because I couldn't keep them on my feet.

I normally wear 8.5 N. If the shoe calls for socks - 9N. Reviews stated this shoe stetches & to order in 1/2 size smaller. I bought this shoe years ago in my usual size. It stretched out a lot. This will be my 3rd attempt at finding this style to fit. The first 8N had a funky look so reordered in same size. Too small or ordered in 8M. Still too small. Third pr expected in 8.5M. Sure hope these fit. Perhaps these are being made in a different country; lasts could be sized differently. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Too wide even though I ordered narrow. The shoes felt like different sizes. Left foot wider than the right.

These look like what I had when I was younger, just the perfect summer shoe. I ordered my regular size and it was like the scene in Cinderella with the stepsisters, they were SO small and tight. I should have taken a photo of the indentations in my foot after trying them on -- pretty crazy! Too risky that these would ever loosen up enough, and it sounds like if I order up and they do loosen, they'll be too floppy. Leather smelled great, sorry they didn't work out.

The smell of the leather was overpowering.

l bought 11 narrow. The shoes are long enough but are really extra slim. l can’t even keep my feet in medium width shoes, l walk right out of them. But these are so narrow they are painful. Being huaraches, l am sure they will stretch out, but l can’t stand the pain long enough to do that. lf you have extremely narrow feet, these are for you.

Uncomfortable

I'm returning these shoes for the 3rd and final time. I wanted to love them, but the sizing doesn't work for me. Sizes 9 and 9.5 were too snug and size 10 was too large.

I ordered the wrong width by mistake, however, the length is way too big, I'd say longer than a full size.

The left foot was a great fit; the right foot was very large.

The fit was fine. A bit stiff whichcan be with his type of shoe. The sole is very black and ruins the shoe in my opinion.

These just did not work for me. I wear a EE and they fit in the front, but the heel was wide and they were gaping at the sides. They also just did not look nice on my feet.

Really liked these shoes but they were too tight. Disappointed.

I ordered my regular size 4 years ago and they became very stretched out almost right away. Since I did like the shoes, I ordered a half size smaller this time. It's better, but the shoes are stretching very badly after 3 wearings so I don't hold great hopes. I do wish SoftSpots could fix the stretching problem because they are really great shoes and go with everything.

I'm giving up trying to buy shoes online. These run about 1/2 size large, but worse than that is the width of the heel. I walked right out of them with each stride. No way I'm keeping them, going back. They seem well made and attractive, but won't stay on my feet.

Fit perfectly when received them but after wearing once they stretched and were too long. May have been able to wear the next size smaller but definitely would need the wide width that I got. Have comfortable soles but because they stretched they are sloppy in the heel and I step out of them in the heel.

Well I tried both Comfortiva Trinidad styles, the open backed and closed. I ordered the first pair, the sling back style in my normal size 8.5 becausese I have had these shoes before and that was the size I had worn. I loved those shoes and really wanted to replace them. The first pair needed to be 1/2 size larger as all the reviews had warned. I will however add my advice from my old pair, they stretch - a lot! So still wanting these shoes I ordered the closed heel version in a size 9. Fit was okay, especially knowing they will stretch some, but there is a raised part of the lining in both styles that is fairly thick and rubs against the side of my foot. This is true for both styles. I know this will be all sorts of aggravation for me in the long run, so unfortunately both pairs are being returned. I really wanted to keep theses shoes, but no such luck.

I loved the style of these shoes, and ordered my usual size of 10W, but, I could barely fit my foot in the shoe, so, I am returning them.

These shoes are just OK. Decided I did not like the style but they were nice and narrow.

I am disappointed to be returning this sandal. I usually wear 9 wide. I couldn't even get my foot into the 9 wide. I ordered a 9 extra wide and it is so loose out of the box it won't stay on my foot. I had a pair of similar huaraches that I wore out a few years ago. I have been searching ever since for a similar pair. So disappointed that my search continues. I should add that this is a very pretty sandal and had it fit I am sure I would have been happy with it for many years.

The leather was not as soft as I was hoping. I ordered a half size larger thinking that it would be more comfortable but it is too long so I added bandage to the inside heel. It is more comfortable now. I probably should have returned them but I really needed the shoes that week.

Fit perfectly the first time I wore them. After three earrings have stretched so much I had to place insoles in them.
