We love this shoe, just wish they made the little kids sizes for older kids too! I'd choose this style over Tsukahoshi's "Racer" (we have that too) because the Racer's bottom layer of plastic on the sole is already starting to separate after only a month. My son, who is picky, loves the fit and even wears these barefoot. I appreciate the wide toe box and durability.

The company is accurate on the size- order a half size down. These are easy on and my 4 year old is thrilled. They look good and are light weight. Apparently they can be washed which is a bonus. We also tried on the high tops and the hikers of this brand- all fit same way. All are really nice. Wish they cost a little less so I could buy more. Pleased.

Perfect fit for my 18 month old son. This is his first pair of shoes he hasn’t tried to take off within minutes of putting them on! Light weight, easy to clean, comfortable and attractive. I will definitely be getting more pairs once he grows out of these.

My kid loves these shoes, they are his second pair in the next half size up. Love that this company offers half sizes for kids. They are more flexible than other sneakers which makes him happy.

These shoes are great - light and comfy and wide in the toe box. No other brand has fit my kids' fat feet like Tsukihoshis. As others have said, these shoes run very large. I'd recommend buying shoes a full size smaller than you usually would.

These are just the best shoes for active little boys. They are easy to get on/off, washable, and the soles actually stay glued on. It's all I buy now and my child outgrows them before they wear out!

We love this brand and are on our sixth pair of various models as he has grown through the sizes. Great, just as all of the models have been!

These shoes are perfect. I have a 3-year-old boy that weighs 40 pounds, and has the giant wide feet to go with. Typical problems he has with shoes are 1) Not wide enough, 2) Hole isn't big enough to fit his foot through, and 3) Too snug on his high arch. And he has NONE of these issues with these shoes. Everything is satisfactory. Other things I love: They're washable, and super lightweight. The soles are not hard, and I find them similar to the StrideRite Soft Motion sneakers (except those don't go up past toddler sizes!). I found these a half-size larger than other shoes. My boy was wearing a 9M in StrideRite, and they were getting small. I ordered a 9 in these Tsukihoshi, and they have a little extra room at the toes for growth. Hope this helps!

I love a high quality shoe and this absolutely is. My son has feet only a tiny bit wider than normal so some shoes don't fit. Based on reviews I was a little concerned that these would be too wide. THey are just right. The Velcro can cinch them down tight enough that they aren't going to slip around. I would probably avoid them if your child's feet are narrow though. My son ended up puddle jumping in them the first day he had them (sigh. kids.) and they washed and dried just wonderfully.

I could not be happier with these shoes for my very active 4 year old! They do run about half a size larger, so I kept that in mind when ordering. My son is so picky with the comfort of shoes and loved these right away! They fit his somewhat wide foot great, have a very good velcro closure. The blue and orange is a very nice combination in person and great to go with all his summer clothes. He's been running around the playground and backyard in them and so far they still look almost new! We're big Tsukihoshi fans in this house and will be buying another pair when he outgrows these :)

Runs way too large. The conversion from European to American sizes is way off.

I love these shoes! This is the only brand I buy for my 4yr old son. My son wears orthotic braces (AFO and SMO) and these are the only shoes I have found to fit over them. They are light weight but durable. They wash well on gentle cycle. And they are super cute!

Love these shoes! They are a little larger & wider than other brands. They are really easy for my 4 yr old to put on himself, as the tongue is sewn to the top on one side so it doesn’t scrunch up or slide around. Ingenious! They also look sporty & adorable. So far the toe has held up well to scuffing for my super active son. I will definitely order this brand again!

My son's feet run wide and these fit him perfectly. He loves the color combo and they have held up really well over the past year to active 2 year old plan. We have washed them a few times as well and they come out looking great, no damage. This is a favorite sneaker brand for both of our kids.

My three year-old LOVES these sneakers! He's excited about wearing them and can easily put them on by himself. They look adorable. They're a little pricey for toddler sneakers, but so far, they seem to be holding up much better than many of the cheaper brands. Highly recommend these.

We have ordered these shoes multiple times. Our son loves them and can get them on easily (he is 2 years old) and they hold up so well in the wash! I have washed one pair at least 6 times and they still look brand new!

These are super cute. They hold up well to The Toddler's abuse, and fit his wide feet. They do run big, so order a half-size down.

Bright but cute. I love Tsukihoshi sneakers because they are lightweight, machine washable, well made, hold up well, and are generally very stylish. I found these to be a bit bright primary colored - but my son loves them so we are keeping them. These fit well on the feet and stay on, and easy to put on and take off. They do however run a bit big, even for Tsukoshis which already run a little big. You may want to size down.

My three-year-old loves these. He puts them on by himself and they're his go-to shoe for every day--we struggle on winter-weather days when I want him to wear boots and all he wants are his sneakers. Lightweight and cute. We're six months in and they're holding up well.

These are the best shoes I ever got for my son. They held up great and look very nice. They are extranet well made and very comfortable. They were breathable so they don't get smelly. Highly recommend for any toddler.

Great shoe. My 6 year old has a wider foot and these fit great. He is very tough on shoes and these lasted almost 6 months, where other pairs have been done in 6 weeks. Cute style, he can do on/off hismelf and they are machine washable. Really like this shoe.

I have been buying this same sneaker for years for both of my twin boys. I love that you can throw them in the wash. They are durable and comfortable.

Great shoes! My son loves them and the quality is top notch! Nike has something to learn from these guys.
