Very comfortable, and I am not a high heel lover. I have other Cole Haan shoes in size 5, but I ended up getting the 5.5 because the 5 was a little snug.

So comfortable! The shoe is beautiful - great color and design. The shoes fit well and feel wonderful. They are incredibly comfortable for high heels, and do not irritate my bunion. This is the second pair of Carma Air Pumps for me, and I'll continue to purchase different colors as they become available. So comfortable!!

The Most Comfortable Heels I Own - These are the most comfortable heels I own. The Nike Air technology really is amazing. I love wearing heels, but dread the sore feet. There's no faster way to ruin a night when all you can think about is sitting down! I got these at the suggestion of a friend, and they are a fantastic investment. I wear a 5.5 and they felt true to size. I even have wider feet, but the B width was just snug enough to make them stay on, but w/o pinching in any area. I have them in black patent, and want them in every color! The price may be up there, but I'd rather invest in some shoes that don't hurt my feet than continue to buy shoes I never wear anyway.

Amazing shoes - These shoes are great. The tortoise shell print is so fantastic, even straight men have complimented me on my shoes. Super comfortable Nike Air padding. They fit true to size everywhere but in the ball of the foot. I took them to a shoe guy to put on the stretcher, and now they are fantastic. Don't order a half size up -- will be too big. The shoe stretcher is the way to go.

Way too narrow! Gorgeous shoe, but way too narrow. Buy it in a wider width than you usually buy.

An awesome but narrow shoe - I love these shoes but have not worn them yet. The standard 7B is just a bit narrow and I am hoping Zappos will soon have a C width.

This is a GREAT shoe - It looks nice, the leather is good quality (it had better be for the price), and it really is a nice supportive fit. I wore them the first time at a wedding after I had to take off my 4" stiletto sandals. After 5 hours, including dancing, my feet were still happy in these pumps. Amazing! They do seem a bit narrow, though. Not enough to buy the next size up, but it would be nice if they came in a W width.

As advertised - The backs rubbed against my heels on first wear and I had to throw on band-aids within 20 minutes. They are well-made though and the padding/arch support is great.

Great shoe - This is the most comfortable pump I have ever worn. It looks very classy and feels great. I stand all day and these shoes make it through. I would highly recommend them.

Great, classy, pump - I got the champagne patent and they are gorgeous. They have a gold fleck in them and the gold band around the heel makes for a very sharp look. For me it doesn't matter how beautiful a shoe is if it's not comfortable. I wore these around my house a few times and then carried them to my office and wore them all day on the carpet before deciding to keep them since they are big $$$$. I must agree with the majority of reviewers. For a pump, it's very comfortable. I have never had a dress shoe that has the air cushion. It really does make a big difference. I will be replacing my black pump with this one as well. I highly recommend them.

Comfy classy heels! So comfortable! I never wear heels and they normally kill my feet, in these I didn't feel like I was in heels at all.

Beautiful shoes! These are great shoes that make my feet and legs look so amazing. They took a few days to stretch out, but are really comfy now. I'm definitely buying another pair of Cole Haan Air's in the future!

OY YEAH!!! Comfexy! Just bought these at The Rack. O-m-g...the MOST comfortable heel I have ever owned. Finally, a manufacturer takes our comfort into consideration WITH the sex appeal. Uber comfy, sexy, timeless, classy, did I say SEXY? Even my mother had fun walking in them and she doesn't do heels. BUY THEM!!! Oh, and the n‏ude color looks even classier!

Love them! Zappos is the only place I’ve seen that sells these in plain leather, rather than patent leather. The plain leather is still pretty shiny, so I find them more versatile and LOVE them.

Great shoes a little tight… Felt about a half size smaller than a regular size, but quickly felt better after wearing them. Very beautiful and well made...sexy too.

Great Shoe - Kudos to Zappos! I love these shoes! I could walk all day in them! Initially, I bought 7.5 (my usual size is 7) which was too big and would slip off my foot while walking. Zappos’ quick exchange for a size 7 is exactly what I needed! They are a little snug, but should stretch out as I wear them...

I am still shocked at how comfortable a high heel can be! I feel like jumping around and dancing in these shoes. I'd like them in another color....awesome shoe.

Tango shoes! I call these shoes my secret sneakers. They are squishy inside, at the ball of the foot and the heel. The only problem is that the leather, where my toes peek through, was a little stiff.

Fashion with comfort!! I wore this New Year's Eve. Most comfortable heel I've ever owned. I usually only buy more expensive designers, but will try Cole Haan again. They look better in person than online. Very flattering on the foot. Great fit in my usual size.

Great basic heel - Cole Haan has come a long way integrating Nike technology into their shoes. These are very comfortable. I wore these all day for the first time and was not in any hurry to take them off. Their style is still kind of plain and dowdy, which is why I dinged them on look, but if you want a pair of basic black pumps, these are for you.

Beautiful Shoe - I love this idea - Air insoles on high heeled shoes. The shoe is surprisingly comfortable for a 3 inch heel. And it looks great. I get many compliments on this shoe when I wear it. Only note: the open area around the toe is stiff and hurt a bit on the first few wearings. It appears to have soften a bit and seems ok now.

Changed my life! Seriously, these shoes changed my life. Sounds dramatic, but they make such a difference. This is my sixth pair of these shoes (in different colors and the open-toe and closed-toe versions). Why so many? After thinking I had to give up my heels, even lower two-inch heels, due to pain in the ball of my foot after wearing for a couple of hours...I can wear these ALL day and only feel more cushion. Imagine, not arriving home and immediately taking off heels! I was skeptical on the first pair, because the heels are pretty high for my 36-year old foot, but these are more comfortable than any heel I have ever owned. My Manolos and JC's just sit in their dust bags now. These are it. They run true to size and width, and for those of you ditching heels for sneakers, these may be your solution as well.

Gorgeous shoes. They run SMALL though. Every pair of shoes I own (and that's a LOT) are a size 8.5. Bought that size and they felt like a 7.5 or an 8. I returned them for a 9 and they're better. I wouldn't want to walk all day in them right off the bat, but I am hoping they will loosen up and get more comfortable. Nice padded foot bed, moderate support. The heel height is perfect; high enough to look dressy, but not too high.
