These shoes are beautiful and really comfortable. The heel is higher than I usually wear, but the Air Pump technology makes them feel great.

The Cole Haan Carma OT Air Pump is a "must have for all shoe fashionistas." It is a "classic design" which will stay in style for many years. I have it in black leather and brown patent. If I could afford it, I would buy it in every color. The shoe size runs a bit small. I wear a 9B, this is what I ordered; but the "shoe just fits." So, "if the shoe fits, wear it"! Great look!

I actually bought the gunmental mirrored directly from Cole Haan and they are hot! It's hard to find fun shoes in 11N, but not only do these look great, they are comfy as well. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful shoe, a great splurge for a wardrobe fundamental! There really is more comfort in this shoe. I have wide feet & purchased the wide width & it is very comfortable. It is very difficult to find a high quality, attractive shoe in wide width, but this is it! The first time I wore them I stood for about 4 hours that evening at a funeral service; my feet did not hurt that night or the morning after.

I have another pair of Cole Haan shoes similar to these without the peep toe so knew that these would fit true to size and feel great even though the heels are a little higher than I usually wear. These shoes are all-day comfortable. I dress for work around seven every morning and usually don't get home until around seven in the evening and don't even need to kick these shoes off the minute I get home.

These are the best shoes I\'ve ever had and so great I felt compelled to write a review. I have a narrow heel and wide foot with short little toes and nothing ever fits. These shoes fit perfectly and didn\'t hurt after 10 hours without hose for a wedding. Cole Haan doesn\'t always fit me well but these were well worth it.

This shoe is so incredibly comfy. I wore them for 12 hours and could've easily kept them on longer. They look great, too, and are very versatile!

I purchased the Cole Haan pumps in black/peep toe. Loved them. Wore them for several hours and was comfortable for the most part (I had them stretched slightly before wearing them to be on the safe side). Classic look and easy to wear!

I bought these shoes in the snakeskin to go with a fitted dressed for a wedding. What a fabulous pair of shoes. I had to walk up to the top of a cliff in them, and it was as though I was wearing sneakers. I used to never wear heels, but I\'m a believer now. Amazing.

I bought these shoes in black, size 9, which are true to size; however they felt a little snug in width when I first tried them on. I wore them around the house for about 20 minutes and massaged the leather sides for a minute or two to soften the uppers. The first time I wore them was to a trade show which requires me being on my feet for 8 hours over the course of three days with a lot of walking. In the past I would have to bring a different pair of shoes for each day to give my feet a break. I wore these all three days and felt great! These shoes are worth every penny! Instead of spending a lot more money in search of the perfect shoe, buy these! They are so comfortable you feel like you are walking in sneakers. I have sesmoiditis and the balls of my feet really hurt in most high heels, not these! I highly recommend these shoes. And Zappos is one of the best online retailers out there.

Classic comfortable pump. My only complaint with Cole Haan is the sizing. I have Cole Haan shoes in 6.5 B from a few years ago that fit fine, but I ordered these in a 7C and they just fit. I am still a 6.5 B in other brands, so maybe Cole Haan changed their sizing. I always order a half size up in this brand and try to find C widths in Cole Haan. Otherwise, very nice shoe and comfortable.

These are the most comfortable heels I own. Until I found the cole hann nike I didn\\\'t think it was possible to have a comfortable shoe that is also cute. I have several pairs of cole hann now and this pair is super cute and sexy. It looks great with skirts and pants!

These are beautiful shoes. I ordered both the metallic pewter and bronze in a size 8. On the first try, both were out of stock, but I left a Notify Me message and within only a few days they were available. Unfortunately both shoes pinched in the toe area just enough to lose the feeling of "air pump." I was so sorry to have to return them, but Zappos is still first on my "go to" list.

This is a high quality, high comfort shoe that fits true to size. It's very stylish without being overly trendy... definitely a classic look. I've worn this shoe on days where I am on my feet at least half of the time, and I'm still perfectly fine by evening. Would definitely purchase again.

I first bought the Carma peep toe 2 years ago, and now have them in 3 colors. They are the most comfortable heels I own. I can wear them all day at work and get lots of compliments and comments like "How do you wear those all day?" Among all the Cole Haan shoes with Nike Air technology, these are the most comfortable.

Although these the the most expensive shoes I own...they are worth every penny. They fit like a glove and I was able to wear them for 10+ hours without any problems. The most comfortable pair of heels made. True to length and width.

I LOVE THESE SHOES! They are true to size, and very very comfortable for a high heel. I don't normally wear a heel this height, but when I put them on and found that I could walk in them without pain I thought "go for it!" Imagine a sleek, sexy look with comfort!

I purchased these shoes from Zappos back in November, 2008 and I LOVE them. I usually wear them when I go out and the heel height is perfect! Not too tall and not too short so you won't be in a lot of pain come the end of the night. Yes, these shoes are extremely tight/stiff when you first get them. I wear a narrow and these in the AA were perfect! What you need to realize is that you can't just put them on and wear them right away outside your house. Your feet need to get used to wearing them otherwise you will be DYING after 2 hours. What I did is for an entire month; I only wore them around the house and "broke" them in. They WILL stretch out if you do this and then you will love them and they will feel very comfortable. The look is amazing, very classic and goes with everything - dresses to skinny jeans! I love that Zappos provides free shipping and no tax! Thanks again Zappos! :)
