I kept hearing from my co workers how comfortable Cole Haan by Nike was. After many months I decided to order 3 pairs and I ended up keeping two and gifting one. I normally wear a 7.5 and this was a little snug for me in all three styles. It gave me blisters the first three days and honestly I do not think it is as comfortable as everyone raves.

Admittedly I have hard feet to fit. A 6½S that sometimes becomes a 6½N. But I could not wear these shoes in 6½N! The heel was much too wide (even with a Heavenly Heelz) and yet I could not even fit my feet in them! The toe area was much too tight.

Beautiful shoe but I had to return them because they were too tight and the toe opening was rubbing against my toe.

Bought these in my normal size of a 9 N and my heel slipped really bad. Reordered in a 8 1/2 N and kept them and wore them and after having on for small time the heel was slipping really bad again. This made them horribly uncomfortable. Don't know if I will wear them again, so waste of money.

This is my 2nd pair of Cole Haan pumps. I wore the first pair for the first time to a wedding and danced for hours! The most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! Not the slightest irritation. I expected the same with this pair. I ordered my usual 10.5 size. However, the heel area must run more wide as I found it flipping off my foot like a pair of flip flops! Not sure if the local shoe repair has a solution or if I need to order another pair in a 10. Wish I had not worn them to an event before finding the problem!

Unfortunately they just felt too tight and narrow and I was not up for the painful breaking in process.

Love the idea of this shoe, but unfortunately the dream hits reality with a bump. Very narrow - made my feet look squashed and uncomfortable. And I don't have wide feet at all.

Cole Haan sizing is not consistent between its flats and heels. I bought the Air Bacara in a 6.5 and it is too small. I bought these in a 6.5 and they are too large (there is a bit of heel slippage). I usually wear between a 6.5 and 7, so had been "sizing down" with a 6.5. These shoes also lack the "oomph" I was looking for. It's something about the overall effect of the platform, chunkier heel, and black leather (which is not shiny) which makes them a little bit ordinary. They did have a nice padded foot bed, but are slightly heavier than my other heels so I wonder if they would be more difficult to walk in, long-term. These are going back, unfortunately.

As someone who has yet to find a comfortable pair of high heels, I was really hoping that these would be 'the ones'. Unfortunately, they were not. They look super cute, but still uncomfortable. The heels kept slipping off as I walked, and the height is just a bit too high to be comfortable for me, even with the platform. I was hoping that the Nike air technology would feel amazing, but they only just felt OK. I don't think I could wear them and walk around for more than an hour at most.

These shoes look great and make you feel like a million dollars. However, for me it took awhile before they broke in so the first few wears of them weren't as comfortable as I thought Nike Air would feel. Also, for the price of it I expected more.

These a very well-made shoes and I really wished that they fit, but they didn\'t. I ordered the wide, and unfortunately, they were not wide at all. The wide might work for someone who has regular feet and just wants some extra room. If you actually have wide feet, the wide in these will likely be way too narrow.

I usually love Cole-Haan products, but this shoe is not well balanced. I bought it in 2 colors and was planning to use it for work, but it is not a walking shoe. The platform is too low and it pitches you forward on to your toes. It would make for a long day. Suitable for going out at night, but not a long night of dancing. Might be a good "going out for lunch" shoe, just bring something else to wear for shopping.

Ouch - Disappointed in these shoes. Absolutely drop dead sexy - good to stand around in - but for the price and the Oprah hype, I expected these to be much, much more comfortable. My toes were squeezed, squished and pinched with each step. Sigh. I don't know how I will begin to get my money's worth out of these.

No pain No gain - These shoes look fabulous on but after three hours of wearing I could hardly walk. I am hoping that they will get more comfortable with wearing but don't plan on having to stand in them for long periods at a time. The open toe did rub one of my toes but I think that will get better in with wearing. I hope these shoes do get more comfortable because they are so classy when on.

Ouch! I was so excited to get these, love the look, but they are so stiff and uncomfortable. I usually take a 7.5 but ordered an 8, and they are tight and stiff. I guess I expected a shoe for this price to feel better right out of the box...I am sending them back.

I wanted to love these shoes, but somehow, since having my kids, my feet are wider than they've ever been. The toe bed squished my toes so bad that I had to return them.

The shoe companies need to be held accountable! I order a pair of 6.5 and they're too small, and then the next pair of 6.5 is too large! Drastically. As in the first pair I ordered I could not get my foot in the back and the 2nd pair, I have nearly an inch of space on the back! Also, these particular shoes make a strange (and rather loud) squashing sound when you step and just walking in my kitchen for 10 minutes to see if I could manage to keep them (and finding that my foot continually slipped out because they're too big) they got scuffed on the too slippery bottoms. WORTHLESS SHOES. Especially for this price! I also expected them to be comfortable but they aren't any different than any other heels I have that don't have the "Nike air" technology. I give up.

These were comfortable, but I could hear "air" swooshing when I tested the shoes out. They look a little frumpy; the peep toe and the look of the leather, combined with the lower heel all contribute to the frumpy look.

Love the look of these shoes and they felt great on. Only thing was that the heel cup was too big, so even in a narrow and they slipped off with almost every step I took. My feet do run narrow so when I order a narrow size, I never have had a problem in the heel cup before. Sadly returning.

The shoe looked nice and I was excited to wear them but they were the most uncomfortable heel I ever purchased! The narrows were extremely wide and the leather bottom made the shoe unbearable to wear. I do not see where the Nike air pump cushioning was added because there was absolutely no support! Do not waste your money!

I think the sizing on this shoe runs big. I normally wear a 6 in pumps, but I found a 6 in this shoe was way too big. Also, I ordered a wide, which is too wide in the heel and too narrow at the toes. All in all, not a great fit for me.
