Runs small...I ordered an 8 1/2 C which is more or less my standard size and my toes were squished. Cute style though...am returning them and trying one size up.

Very attractive shoe. I wear a size 12, and that is the largest size made for this shoe. Unfortunately, they run small and I had to return them.

These shoes are beautiful, in a very classic sense. And the Air soles are fantastic. On the downside, they lack arch support and, for me, they are a bit too high causing my foot to slide down and squish my toes. I\'m working on a solution because I do love them.

Very comfortable, fit a little smaller than I would have expected so I went up one size. I love the patent leather in this line!

Color is more light taupe than tan, but a beautiful shoe. I wear 11N in other brands but need 10.5N in Cole Haan dress shoes. On first wearing, quite slippery inside and on sole making it hard to walk, so don\'t expect to wear them with stockings or you will slip out the open toe. Nice cushioning. Expensive, but far more durable than other brands - Cole Haan shoes last forever.

A great classic shoe. I bought the narrow and it was a good fit for me slightly narrow foot. The air cushion definitely helps with standing/walking for long periods of time. Also, the peep toe did not rub against my toes like other similar shoes have in the past. They fit right out of the box.

I like these shoes a lot. I walk and stand a ton at work and they are very comfortable for that. They are a bit tight across the toe. I believe they will stretch out a bit the longer I wear them and become even more comfortable over time. The ball of the foot cushioning is unbelievable and the real reason that I buy these shoes in the first place.

Very nice looking shoe. I get lots of compliments when I wear them. They are fairly comfortable for a relatively high heel, but I wouldn\'t want to walk miles in them or stay in them standing up all day. I like Cole Haan/Nike shoes--well made and more comfy than most, and of course I like Zappos.

Well, almost perfect. Unfortunately, the Wide width is just a C. I wish this had been stated somewhere, or I'd never have gotten my hopes up. If you wear an E, like me, this shoe will just not work. It was killing my big toe within 2 minutes of putting it on. Too bad, because this is a gorgeous shoe, and comfortable in every other regard. If they weren't this expensive, I'd probably keep them and try to stretch them to fit, but it's not worth the risk in case they never stretch enough to wear.

This is an extremely comfortable pump, as expected. Everything is great except that the leather-covered heel is easily damaged. Within my first few wears, I tore the leather a bit on the inside of both heels and now the shoe looks worn. As I wear the shoe I will have to have this repaired on an ongoing basis. A bit frustrating when you buy shoes at this price, but I guess to some degree it is unavoidable wear and tear. I would prefer an alternative to the leather-covered heel.

Really comfortable! I knocked off one star for overall rate for two reasons. I normally wear a 6.5, but this was a bit too tight around the toe area. I'm sure that it will stretch over time and I don't think getting a size 7 will help because I think it'll be too loose in terms of length. Another reason I knocked off a star is that I noticed that these shoes make a lot of noise when I walk in them on hard floors. First it was because I didn't have them re-soled so pieces of stones and dirt would rub against the soles causing scraping noise; then I had these shoes re-soled and now it's making loud rubbing noise as I walk on hard floors. I'm thinking maybe it's because the shoes are now unbalanced because of the newly added soles? I didn't have issues like this with other shoes that I have re-soled in the past; it could be poor workmanship, but who knows? I've gone to the same shoemaker all these years. Overall, these shoes are very comfortable. I'm sure the tightness will go away and I can deal with that, but I'm hoping the noise it makes against hard floor goes away.

These shoes are gorgeous, I got them in the champagne patent leather and love them – they go with everything! But the patent leather is hard to break in. The toes are a little tight and rub. Order a half size up and I'd even recommend going to a shoe guy to have them stretched for you. Once I did that, they were great!

Once broken in...Great looking and comfy shoe! I have several pairs of Cole Haan Nike Airs and this was the only one that squeaked when stepping down. It has since gone away though. I am a 7 and ordered a 7.5. Fits great. I have another pair (normal leather, not patent) that did stretch nicely with the shoe trees I bought on Zappos. The only complaint is that the inside lip of the patent leather version cut in to my foot. OUCH! Break these bad boys in for a few days and they'll treat you well and look cute :o)

Pretty but expected more - They look great. The soles are comfortable but the backs rubbed a bit...for the first time wear after 9 hours I had to take them off and rest the feet, but I bet in time these will be shoes you can wear and walk around in during a full day work and maybe even dinner after.

Comfort Shoes! I think they are much more comfortable than my other heels of the same height. It took a day of wearing them around the house with socks to really feel good. The look is very sophisticated. I would definitely buy another pair!

This shoe is beautiful but it doesn't work well with my feet. I made sure to wear it well before I had to go on a business trip and I even added some padding around the ankle so it wouldn't slip (I have very skinny ankles so this is normal for me) but I had to take these off at lunch. I had four different blisters on my feet. I'll wear them again for short periods of time but they didn't live up to the promise of comfort I was hoping for.

I am in between an 8 and 8.5 so I ordered both. The 8.5 fit. I also have high arches and am a normal width. The front of these squeezed the widest part of my feet and was very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, they are going back. I had high hopes for these! Still looking for comfy go to pumps.

I don't know what everyone was raving about. These shoes are okay but I have felt better. The idea is right: a slightly sexy comfortable heel but the execution was stiff and ran slightly small. My toes were cramped and there was little arch support. On the whole, I liked my Arturo Chang's better and they were cheaper.
