I ordered another pair of sandals, also made by Keen. There was whole inch difference in the shoe length (comparing them toe to heel). This one fit much smaller, so back it goes.

Such a pretty Sandal--I so wanted it to work! Bought the light grey...the look is so cute with whatever you would wear...BUT...if looking for arch support, it is not there. At least for me, who has high arches. So, unfortunately, they will be returned.

The front of the sandal was to roomy and my big toe hit funny.

I have lots of Keens and love them, but find the sizes inconsistent. My average Keen size is 9.5, but I have at least one 8, one 8.5 and at least one 9. I ordered the Rose Sandal in 9.5 and it is too small, at least half a size, maybe a whole size. That said, they are darling. I got them in blue and love the color, which goes extremely well with denim, which I wear virtually every day. I had to struggle to get the heel strap on and my big toes were pushing against the protective bumper on the toe. My feet did fit in the foot bed, but barely. I will probably try a larger size. Will definitely be returning these. Also, as other reviewers have noted, the strap in front is barely, if at all adjustable. Hard to tell about the arch support due to fit, but Keens generally have very good arch support for me.

I don't really like these shoes. The material under the rubber toe doesn't seem like it will last, the ankle strap is odd as the underlying fixed strap is partly stretchy and the velcro secondary part of the strap could tighten the shoe further but then the fixed part under it bunches up, the toe box is too long, and finally, with the pair I received, the two shoes (left and right) don't match up visually in the toe area.

I absolutely love shoe for style and comfort, however it started giving me serious foot pain and weird ankle problems. So I have to return it. It was my absolute favorite show of all time until I realized it was the shoe giving me my problems.

Really liked the look of the shoe. Had to exchange for a different style, as the narrow side straps hurt my foot. I have a bunion.

I love the look, but there is no arch support. I was hoping to use this on my vacation, but I had to return it.

I ordered another pair of the Keen Rose because I have one that I bought a few years ago and really like. This is still a very comfortable sandal but the leather upper is much softer on this new pair. I was disappointed by that and the fit isn't quite right for me because of it. Decided to return them.

runs small. usually an 8.5. Tried a 9. Fit but outside instep too high on right foot.

These are really nice looking sandals that are more fashionable than many of the keens. They have a moderate arch support and are good for a moderate amount of walking. However, the strap that goes around the ankle, which is under the Velcro strap is NOT adjustable and it is quite tight. I have really thin ankles and it is too tight for me. There isn't much give in it.

could not get my wide foot through the internal narrow ankle strap. the outer strap is there to tighten maybe? don't know. the toe box is great and fit fine, without using the ankle strap. I gave it three stars because of the ankle strap

I ordered a pair of these sandals last summer in size 6 1/2, my usual size. They were slightly big and stretched even bigger, making me trip. I love the style so I decided to try a half size smaller this year. The size 6 is a perfect length, but the elastic around the ankle is way too tight. Also, they are not good on smooth slippery surfaces like tile. Water gets trapped in the treads. All in all...I love the stlye, but function needs improvement.

I'm usually a 9.5 or 10 in shoes. I ordered these in size 10 and they were easily a fully size too large. Even if they had fit they were not attractive on my foot..

Difficult for grandma to get her foot into sandal due to the elastic opening.

Once again I am so disappointed. Just a few years ago I had two pairs of an excellent Keen sandal that walked me all over many miles. This pair is rather wide in the toe area, but that kind of works for me as I do like loose shoes. But I have to send them back anyway because that strap across the ankle, as so many others have noted, does not adjust. I have small and think feet and thought a fixed strap couldn't be too small for me. But of course it is. It has stretchiness to it, but no one wants the feel of the strap constantly stretching as you move. I just don't understand how these shoe companies, and I try them all, can't test their products better.

These run very small! I wear an 8.5 or 9, these 9s were way too small, now trying the 9.5, I really want them to work, but they seem to not fit my foot right, my feet are narrow with very high arch. I really like everything about them, I wish the fit worked.

I ordered this in a size 7.5 and found that it felt a bit short and the strap placements across the mid foot was strange. I exchanged it for a size 8 which solved to weird strap placement, but unfortunately it was way too long. Sending these back, too.

I love this shoe, except... The ankle strap is not fully adjustable, there is a webbing strap under the velcro strap that is just too tight. Had to return these.

Loved the look of this shoe but there is very little arch support. Had to return.

Very disappointed in Keen shoes now....I use to only wear Keen shoes. They have changed the width and what they are made with...I feel the quality isn't there anymore to account for the price

Inflexible straps made this too tight over arch and ball of foot -- too bad, as I like the style. Seemed narrower than other Keens.

These sandals run smaller than other Keen sandals. I wear a nine in another style, but found the 9.5 to fit best in this style. That being said, a 9.5 is more true to my size in footwear. So I would say this sandal runs true to size in general, but not as roomy a fit as other Keens.

The shoes fit fine; however, the insole was extremely uncomfortable on the bottom of my foot, particularly the ball of my foot.
