I've worn a variety of Keen's for years and was reliably a size 8. Now, I need an 8.5 for length, but find they are too narrow in the toe box. This has been the case with other Keen styles as well.

I have two pairs I purchase last year. These are smaller.

I had to return this pair of Keens after a few months of wearing--and watching the toe cap separate from the shoe material. I have many pairs of Keens---Venice, Newport, and Whisper---but these Rose sandals did not live up to the Keen reputation for quality. I was sorry to see them go, as it is hard to find cute styles for my size 11.5 feet.

I have another pair of this style. It's comfortable. I tried two new pair of this style in two different colors. The band that goes across the top of the foot was too tight on both pair. I measured the strap on my old pair and the strap on these new shoes. The strap that goes across the top of your foot is 1/2 inch shorter on the new shoes. Why would you shrink a strap when you can adjust the size with velcro? I had to return both pair because now they are making these too tight for a higher instep.

Believe everything you read about the non-adjustable lower strap. I can barely get my foot through it and it is uncomfortably tight when I do get it on. I do not wear shoes in wide sizes. I’m trying to decide if I want to return them. Another reviewer said she had a shoemaker remove the lower strap, which I may try. I have 3 pairs of Keen Clearwaters in size 11 and they are almost too long. The Rose sandal in 11 feels smaller and narrower than the Clearwater .The lavender color is beautiful and I find the footbed nicely cushy. These are nice sandals in a beautiful color. Why is the strap so tight and non-adjustable?

Ankle strap was too tight with no way to loosen. Stitching was rough inside the right shoe across the top of the foot but fine on the left. Loved the style but just not comfortable for me

I've got another pair of the Keen Rose sandals that are about 5 years old, and they seem to fit differently. These are the same size as I usually purchase in Keens, but they definitely were too tight. I love the look, but had to send this pair back. I'm sure a half size larger would have worked, but I decided to try a pair of Chachos instead.

Sadly, too small and upper as well as neoprene strap across ankle are too tight for my high instep. Sending back.

These shoes are so wide that my foot just looks lost in them. There are very few choices for those of us with narrow feet.

I wanted to keep this shoe, but just couldn't get the right fit. I'm normally a 9, and the 9 felt too short when I tried on at a dept. store. I ordered 9 1/2 from Zappos, and it was still too short, but the 10 is just too big. I think the shoe style just isn't for my narrow feet, so I'm returning. Thanks Zappos for your wonderful service.

I tried a smaller size first and my big toes were crushed so I got a larger size but the shoe was just too big so I've given up. I'm really disappointed. I think the shoe is really cute and wanted to them to fit.

Sandal was very comfortable and regular width fit my narrow heel. Strap was perfect. Toe box felt too big so I decided to return them. Thinking about ordering a half size smaller.

These shoes are beautiful I love the style, but...on one foot my toe is hurting a little when I wear them. I never had this happen before with Keens so I'm surprised and disappointed. And... the sizing has been crazy with Keens. My first pair similar to this style was a size 9. I usually wear a size 10 so I was shocked that 9 was the right size. The my next pair size 9 was too small but 9.5 fit perfect. Now with this style size 9.5 was too small and the size 10 fit just right. I feel like Goldilocks!

This is the fourth pair I bought. Too bad Keen’s design change—which I’m glad makes the shoe lighter—makes the tie box just a little bit shorter, but enough to be uncomfortable. I’ll try a half size up. Maybe that will help.

These shoes were ruined by the gaping toe covering! I assume this material was there to protect the toes, but it is like an extra piece of fabric stuffed into the shoe. I had to work to keep it from folding under my toes. Otherwise the shoe felt true to size and had good support.

I thought I’d love these, but did not. They were about a half size too short as compared to the Keen Whisper and just not as comfortable.

Length and width fit was as expected. The strap was not truly adjustable, as other reviews mentioned, which made the overall fit not as comfortable. Though the style was very cute, I returned these as the shoe rubbed on the top front edge.

this pair feels different from the same shoe, different color, i bought last month locally. it think it has something to do with the adjustable ankle strap that is not so adjustable.

I so wanted to love these shoes, love they style. However, I have a high arch and the strap on the ankle doesn't adjust and is just too snug, so back they go.

Returned the shoes. I have fairly wide feet at my toes. I found these shoes really cute. Bought my shoe size but they felt too big, exchanged them for smaller size but they rubbed the top of my toes. I just didn't find them comfortable enough so I returned them.

First bought size 6; too small. Granddaughter couldn't get her foot in. Xchanged for size 7. This fits but still struggled to get her foot in b/c of very little stretch beneath Velcro strap. The left shoe is perfect. The right shoe toe bumper is pushed down where rubber and fabric meet causing bumper to dig into her toes; very painful but granddtr loves the style so much and the pink color (just like her mothers Keen) we will return for another size 7 & hope its perfect. If not, no more Rose sandal, will try another Keen style.

Dressier than most Keens but no support for arch. The Whisper has more support but looks sportier.

I really loved the look of these but the straps are a bit flimsy and curl under when inserting your foot. I want something I can easily throw on when going in the water and I had to fuss with these way too much. They were also a bit snug along the top of the foot and I could feel the stapling above my big toe. Returned.

Sandal is super cute, but ankle strap is not totally adjustable and it felt to tight to me especially for lots of walking. I'll be returning.
