I really wanted to like these sandals. Unfortunately, the strap around the ankle is too tight and not adjustable. It hurt the top of my foot so had to return them.

These are really attractive shoes. If only they would make the ankle straps adjustable, they'd be perfect

I really liked this style but if you have a high instep, these won't work for you. I had to return them unfortunately.

Unfortunately the shoe rubbed on my toes too much for comfort, just wearing them around in my house for a few minutes.

I really loved how these looked and almost considered keeping them despite the fact that the toe area felt all bunched up and puckered and rubbed my foot. Comfort comes first --

I've worn Keen shoes for years and years. I always buy a size 7 in the regular width. These were very tight and uncomfortable across the ball of the foot. The actual width of the footbed was fine, but the straps were just too tight, and because they're not leather, they likely would not stretch. Too expensive to take the risk because I was hoping these would work for travel/walking sandals that could also get wet. The length was as expected for a 7M. Going back...

The straps rubbed uncomfortably across the top of my foot, which is really too bad. The shoe is cute as anything! I'm not an easy fit, and it was worth trying.

Love the shoe...especially the multi-color ones...BUT what a horrendous strap concept. Once I struggled to get my foot in, it was comfortable. If I keep, I will have to make sure I always have access to a shoe horn to help shove my foot in. Who’s dumb idea was that?

I like the concept of these sporty sandals, and I like the multiple colors that go with many things in my wardrobe, and the rugged soles. I used to have a pair of keens clog-type shoes that fit well and were very comfortable. Unfortunately, these are made for feet of a very different shape from mine, and these looked and felt sorta like floppy clown shoes on my feet. I also found the strap awkward because it stays attached and only opens up so far, so it was a bit of a struggle to put them on. That might get easier once you get used to it, but since they didn’t fit properly when on, I’ll be returning. I think these could be very cute and comfortable for someone with a different shape of foot, specifically wider in the toe box area than mine. They seem to have good support.

I really like the style of these, but was hoping for arch support. Unfortunately these are going back.

The shoe fit and is very comfortable except for the strap across the top of the foot/ankle. It is in a position that is higher up on the foot than other colors of the same shoe purchased last year. So it rubs when you walk. sadly, I had to return.

Didn't work with my wide feet and high arch. Especially didn't like that the strap on the top part of foot didn't open big enough, it was a struggle to get foot into shoe and then it wasn't long enough when closed.

The shoes are very cute and might have been comfortable but for my bunions. The straps cut right across them and put deep grooves in them. Sadly they’re going back.

Cute sandal, unfortunately, I could not get in. The ankle strap is enclosed and not adjustable. Took me several tries to get into the shoe but then the strap felt very uncomfortable. Sending back.

The size was fine, but the shoe lacked arche support. I didn't feel it was worth the price for how little I planned to wear the shoes, so I bought a cheaper version at Target in the boys' department (Cat & Jack).

Waaay too tight around the ankle. A bigger shoe would just be too big, as the footbed and width were right-sized. Too bad - it is a pretty sandal.

Love these sandals, I wore out my first pair after almost ten years of walking, but in this new pair the berry color wasn't the red I was expecting, too purple, looking for the previous orange red color. Will keep looking for it, unless it's not being made anymore.

I bought the gargoyle/raven (gray) color in size 5.5 from Zappos. At the same time, I bought the blue opal/provincial blue color in size 5.5 directly from Keen. The blue ones arrived in time for my vacation and I love them. When I opened the Zappos package upon my return from vacation, I was surprised and disappointed that the gray size 5.5 sandals were too small. I put the two size 5.5 pairs together sole-to-sole and the gray sandals are about 3/8" to 1/2" smaller than the blue sandals and my heels fall off the back. Since I loved the blue sandals so much, I had intended on keeping the gray sandals. I will order a size 6.0 if it's available, but I fear it will be a true 6.0 and will be too big.

Loved the look of these sandals but the back strap was too tight and there is no way to adjust.

My feet are slightly wide and that is why I chose Keens for the slightly wider toe box. However, these Keens are narrower and were uncomfortable. My pinkie toe would get caught in the webbing. I also have a high arch and these are definitely no meant for those with high arch. The strap is not fully adjustable and will rub on the top of the foot. I liked the style but it did not work for me.

I couldn't get my foot into the shoe. Ordered 7.5. I'm usually between 7.5 and 8 size. If the ankle strap was fully adjustable I probably could get my foot into the shoe. I don't have high arches either. Returned the shoes

Saw these shoes on a friend and neighbor, and thought them cute. She said then were very comfortable, and great for camping and just general wear. Told me the maker, which I had never heard of; thought, I would have to search high and low. Surfing through Zappo's, which I am want to do, and there they were. Was excited to receive them. Tired they on immediately, and disappointed. Very hard to get on, the strappy front was very narrow. The Shoe overall is still very cute, but could not wear them. Phyllis must have a narrow foot, or at least narrower than mine.

The back heel strap has no way to adjust and rubs on my ankle. There is no way to just slide my foot in, had to nearly force it onto my foot. The footbed is just fine, but the heel strap is too short, or needs some elastic or velcro to allow a bit of give. Very cut shoe though.

Bought this pair along with 2 other Keen sandals. This pair was noticeably smaller than the other two pairs. I checked to see if the wrong size shoe was in the box, but the stamp on the sandal said 8.5.
